Who Gives a Crap earns largely positive reviews for sustainable, plastic‑free toilet paper and witty, display‑ready wrapping, but opinions split on softness and thickness. Reviews praise the premium bamboo rolls for being soft, strong, lint‑free, long‑lasting, and subscription‑friendly, while recycled options and some recent batches are described as thin, rough, or downgraded in quality; tissues and paper towels skew less absorbent and softer than desired.

As a long time customer, I suggest everyone Re-review Who Gives A Crap recycled toilet paper. For years this was my only toilet paper. They have now reduced the quality substantially. Three ply recycled toilet paper is now two ply and 385 sheets vs 400. What I find the most amazing is that they thought they could pass the new, inferior product off as if it were the same as the original! Not at all the same. I am shocked at the deceit coming from a company I once loved.

I have been a purchasing for many years. The last batch I received was shockingly deficient. The rolls have at least 50% less on them and the paper is so thin that it has holes in it. It is a shame that they are not holding to their original quality.

Away from home and down to our last sheet of the TP. I popped into the local convenience store on the hunt. That's wherw I came across a cute little present. The packaging was striking, one was like cake sprinkles. My favourite! I purchased two and off we went back to our hoilday cottage. I have no complaints on the toilet paper. It was soft and thick, a pleasure to wipe. It lasted ages, unlike some of the cheaper rolls. It also made me happy that it was 100% recycled and biodegradable. We have to do our bit for the Earth where we can, even when pooping.
Feedback
I was quite surprised with the quality and how long the toilet paper lasted. I can't see any need for improvement so far.

Who Gives a Crap toilet paper is my absolute favorite. I received it for the first time as a gift from my cousin when my husband and I moved into our new apartment together as a joke from the pandemic and the need to always have some in stock! It has now turned into a regular Re-purchase in my house. It may sound funny to say, but this TP is pure quality. It doesn’t created unwanted rips and I love that the packaging is 1. Cute 2. Sustainable and 3. Sanitary! I highly encourage people to give it a try.

At first, I thought this was extremely expensive TP, but once I tried it, I loved it. I recommend all the time to friends and family. I’d recommend some more break downs of cost because I know my husband and I did the actual math in comparison with generic brand and name-brands from Walmart and Who Gives a Crap actually came out to be the better quality and better cost.

When I first saw this brand I thought it was quite expensive... until I tried it! This is double length and genuinely lasts twice as long, I got a box in November and (between my boyfriend and myself) we still have three rolls left and it's nearly May! Got my mum and work place to both purchase.

The paper that its wrapped in is so cute, I save it all to reduce waste but need ideas on how to use it and I'm not sure how necessary it is?

The subscription model means that I don't have to think about buying something as mundane as toilet paper. It is great that I can adjust the dates as well to suit how quickly the family gets through a box of 48!
Feedback
The texture of the toilet paper could be softer as other brands. I would prefer it if the Who Gives A Crap logo wasn't so massive on the box. When I am not at home to receive a delivery, it has to be left at my neighbors. Collecting toilet paper from them can feel a little awkward sometimes.

Love their mission. Also, love the cheeky brand name.
My roommates and I purchased this during the first few months of school at the start of the pandemic and it was a LIFESAVER! High quality, cute packaging, contactless delivery and efficient purchasing!
This was a great experience overall. I purchased a box of toilet paper and it came quick. The packaging is cute and eco-friendly
The packaging is super cute and I loved the ease of subscribing and never running out of tp but I personally didn’t like using the bamboo tp as much as most brands I can get at the supermarket. Also, do the rolls really need to be individually wrapped in more bamboo packaging?
They have amazing branding and the packaging makes me smile. I didn't think toilet paper could excite me. It's not as soft as Charmin TP but it's better for the environment, so that makes it worth it.
I tried the bamboo toilet paper and it works great.
Fun packaging, fun mission, and occasionally available on Martie, which I had the opportunity to purchase when I could! The individual paper packaging definitely makes them easier to store underneath our sink.
High-quality product for sure and I love their mission.

Very rough, toilet paper and quite expensive. Great packaging overall and the sustainability aspect is great, but I prefer something softer.
I don’t know who does? It’s good product
A brand that truly lives its mission. And it's pretty, too. We've been using the Bamboo one for years, and keep a few of the fun patterned rolls out as "decor". The recycled is super thin, but not bad, either! We just prefer the bamboo.

Bit more exy than normal toilet paper, but absolutely no waste and has an element of fun.
I completely had my doubts about buying this. But it's incredible. Super soft. And their paper towels are great!
Fun unboxing and great branding! I just started my subscription and I'm glad with my purchase.
