Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

Great experiences ordering both online and going in store. Feels like a no frills attached, speedy way to shop for glasses. The only thing is, as with online shopping in general, I find it hard to actually understand what the glasses would look like online. But they have a lot of options which I love!
Just OK. I also got sucked into the Warby Parker hype early on, in around 2016. I loved the appeal of trying on glasses shipped directly to your door. It felt fun and commitment free! But as the years have passed I haven’t really returned to Warby Parker. I feel like their frames and other products are fine but there are much cheaper alternatives out there that I use. Plus, I’m more of a contacts wearer on a daily basis so I’m looking for a pair of glasses that I can use at night/occasionally and don’t need all the fluff Warby Parker tries to offer.
Love the theoretical styles and concept, but somehow the felt cheap or maybe just in my mind? The lenses are significantly more scratched than any other brand of glasses I have though.

I like their glasses but I find by the time I add all the lens features I need (blue light blocking, scratch resistance, progressive lens etc) they aren’t much of a savings from other places. However, I would go back to them for frames. I had a bad experience with the contact lenses which the optometrist said damaged my eyes because the lens material doesn’t breathe as much and while cheaper was relatively unhealthy. So, I recommend looking around and comparing.
I went through the try on at home process, but I never actually went through with purchase. The take home process way great! It was nice to be able to try on and wear around the glasses for a bit before making a decision. The pair I initially loved online ended up being my least favorite pair! While I ultimately went with another manufacturer, the expedite with Warby Parker was great and the pricing were comparable to other online retailers
Love the mission and their ability to make glasses affordable. The purchase process is very easy and turn around time not that bad.

I find the actual quality of the lenses not as good as when I go to a specialist. As my eyesight gets worse, I need quality lenses.
I used Warby Parker to get my first pair of glasses and I love them so much!! I loved getting to try them for free and customer service was so helpful in helping me decide which pair was right. Once I got them they customized the fit to my face. I was able to get them covered by insurance so they were super affordable!

I've had glasses for most of my life and Warby Parker was the best experience choosing glasses ever. So many cool styles, everyone is very helpful and the way they give you options so you can make the right decision is awesome.

Warby Parker is the standard-bearer for a reason. They offer a great value, the designs are consistently nice, and the service is hard to beat. No, they aren't the best frames in the world, but for the price, you really can't do better. Plus, their stores are incredibly convenient. I can't count how many times they've repaired or adjusted a pair of glasses free of charge.
I have had my same pair of Warby Parkers for 4+ years now, including multiple lens replacements for a fraction of a price anytime my prescription changed (worsened :/). Super easy to try on and figure out what works, and despite looking for replacements I have not found a WP replacement. Definitely recommend checking replacement lens for your existing frames if you want to be consistent like me!
I don't think I have a complicated prescription but in 2019 Warby Parker consistently got it wrong multiple times and I had the wrong prescription for long enough (over 6 months of back and forth) that it caused long lasting eye problems. I've since heard other people getting their prescriptions wrong and I no longer trust them to do glasses since I value my vision too much. I'm really curious what the labs are doing. Before that I had been wearing Warby Parker from maybe 2011. Up until that they were really great and I would have recommended them highly--the home try on was revolutionary. The price was also good and the glasses were very stylish and high quality. Now I go to a local eye shop that does everything in house.

Affordable, stylish, and convenient. I remember the process before - going into a physical store, trying on expensive frames, then adding in my prescription and seeing the bill soar through the roof. Warby has streamlined all of that. I love the try at home option too so you understand how it fits your face.

I’ve been buying Warby Parker glasses/sunglasses for years now and they never miss. Always super high quality, surprisingly affordable at $95, and they hold up great. Definitely my go-to—never once regretted it!
As a contact lens wearer, I like to have a pair of glasses on backup. I ordered some from Warby Parker for a good price. I like the style and I didn't need anything too fancy as I don't wear glasses daily. Acceptable shipping.
Warby Parker offers a fantastic combination of stylish, high-quality eyewear at a reasonable price. Their innovative try-on process, wide frame selection, and commitment to social responsibility make them a top choice for anyone in need of new glasses. Whether you’re updating your prescription or just looking for a stylish new pair, Warby Parker provides a seamless, enjoyable shopping experience. If you're looking for glasses that are both fashionable and functional, Warby Parker is definitely worth checking out.
I have sunglasses from this brand, and they are very stylish. It has a round frame that fits my face shape well. I get a lot of compliments of these sunglass frames from people. It also comes in cute colors.
Warby Parker makes really cute glasses. I don't really think they're "affordable" like they market them to be. Also the type of person who wears their glasses is often kind of annoying lol. I would probably shop elsewhere.
we visited the local Austin store on Congress and we absolutely loved it. The service and the displays were amazing and we loved how knowledgeable the workers were. These glasses really are great quality and we love the look of them.
Warby Parker is definitely a game-changer for buying glasses. The try-at-home program is fantastic — I was able to pick out five frames to try on, all delivered to my door for free. It made the process of choosing the right style much easier and less stressful than trying to decide in-store. The quality of the glasses is great, and the lenses are clear, durable, and comfortable to wear. What I really appreciate is how stylish the frames are. They offer a wide variety of modern and classic designs, and there’s something for every face shape. Plus, the pricing is reasonable compared to other optical retailers, especially considering how high-quality the frames and lenses are. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is because the prescription was slightly off when I first received my glasses. The customer service team was quick to help and had the issue fixed, but it did take a bit longer than I expected. Still, the experience overall was positive. Great glasses, easy process, and a reasonable price — I’m definitely sticking with Warby Parker for my next pair.
