Therabody earns strong reviews for delivering powerful, ergonomic recovery tools—Theragun and TheraFace notably ease soreness, speed post-workout recovery, and relieve jaw tension—yet the brand draws criticism for loud operation, overly intense lowest settings, bulky/heavy designs, and inconsistent battery longevity. Reviews also flag doubts about certain LED benefits and app utility, plus occasional durability issues and poor support, making Therabody highly effective but not universally comfortable or fuss-free.

I love my theragun mini!! I was worried it wouldn't be powerful enough since it's so small, but it is small and MIGHTY! It also comes in a cute pink color.

I love my Mini Theragun, the perfect size for travel or just to store on your bedside table. It's small but mighty!! And it's amazing not only for muscle recovery / active people. My mum loved it and it gave her so much neck pain relief! Unfortunately, I didn't had case for it when i put it on my suitcase, so i start working and it damage a bit the foam head. So I recommend to have a case.

The product is very good and I do feel it helps with my recovery from gym/climbing. However it’s a bit too expensive for what it delivers, not sure about other brands. A weaker setting would be nice for massage effects (the punches are a bit harsh, so don’t expect a pleasant massage experience)

The ultimate fix it yourself machine! I used it post workout, during pregnancy for random pains and helping avoid charlie horses — love my theragun loads. I wish I had some type of guidance through it … I think there’s an app out now that I should try. I’m also looking into the wave solo for targeted areas as I can see that benefiting spots where I use a lacrosse ball

Just got the Thereagun Mini in Desert Rose and I am in tears. I have chronic pain, and I have a huge trip coming up that is going to take a lot out of me. I am so excited to to have this after the long excursions, It is quite heavy but definitely small enough for my carry-on.

This is a great gadget to work with trigger points and relieving muscle spasms and other stuff. If used over clothes, to me it was pretty itchy. Overall it has been very useful for me and would buy again. It also has different sizes for different parts of the body and that it nice.

We LOVE our Theragun. Say goodbye to your aches and pains, and hello to an at-home massage (kind of). It helps with my recovery after a run or intense yoga class -- can be used at varying level of intensity, but is easy to do yourself (which is nice if you are single, or your partner isn't willing to constantly massage your sore muscles). We keep ours in our living room because we use it so often. It's not cheap, but it's definitely worth the price.

I'm using the Theragun Elite, and it's really effective at reaching deep into the muscles, unlike cheaper massage guns. The only issue I've encountered is that the jack for charging on the body side has become loose. If they improve that aspect, it would be a perfect item.

I bought the Theragun in 2016 and have had the pro version since then. I used highly on days I left the gym super tired or from a really long day of work. I use all over my body and have been using on my back my neck and my feet constantly to ease any discomfort or tension. I share the gift with my mom and siblings. They love to use it too!

Very okay. I have had the theragun, and prefer the PowerPlate gun instead. the theragun is super loud, and the settings are not as good.
Therabody is a top-tier company when it comes to massage equipment. I bought the Theragun Sense and found it extremely helpful in relieving sore muscles. Excellent quality product; the price is well worth it for the quality and durability.
I’ve had my theragun for 3 years now and I love it! As someone who loves to be active by hiking, walking, or biking it is a great tool to make you feel less sore. The app is a great component as it tells you how to use the theragun for a certain area of your body where you are experiencing tightness.
I have the TheraFace Pro & it's so nice... If you've considered getting a microcurrent device such as NuFace, then this is such a better option because it does 6 things including micocurrent lifting! The face massager is so nice, 3 lights like blue light, red, and infrared... the Cleansing brush is a bit difficult to use, but all in all it's worth it!
Have the Theragun Mini and it's been working as intended with no issues for a while now. My boyfriend and I are quite active so we use it often for recovery. I like this brand, seems reliable; I have encountered their other devices as well and will consider purchasing another model in the future.

I've had the Theragun Pro for years now. And while I don't use it every day it does seem built to last. I think i'd use it more if i had someone else to hold it for me lol
I have owned the Theragun Pro for three years and the TheraFace for nearly two. Both devices have been a great addition to my relaxation routine. The TheraFace is particularly enjoyable for its ease of use; it's perfect for a session of self-care while lounging on the couch and catching up on TV shows. However, the Theragun Pro, despite its effectiveness in relaxing tight muscles, is quite loud, which could be disruptive to others nearby. My primary grievance, and the reason I'm inclined to rate this as a three-star review, pertains to the Theragun Pro's battery life. It's subpar at best. Of the three batteries I possess, only one holds a charge, and even then, it only charges halfway. This allows for just a single use before necessitating another charge. It's unclear whether I received a faulty unit or the batteries themselves are of poor quality, but this has been a significant drawback in my experience.
I got one and then returned it! I thought it would be a great to help with sore muscles and hard to reach places. It was too jarring and vibrating for me. I like hard massages but this was more of an uncomfortable vibration.
I've tried massage guns from other brands, and they really are not as powerful as a Therabody. I have the Theragun Prime 4th gen. The price tag is hefty, but if you're going to spend money on a massage gun, I'd recommend you just go for the real deal.
I've had a Theragun for almost two years now, and it does wonders to loosen up muscles when I have back problems, and it still holds its charge well. I don't use the interchangeable heads, but I like the carrying case, and the shape of it makes it easy to hold in weird positions

I bought the white color, and it definitely has yellowed a bit so that's something to be aware of
My partner is an ultramarathon runner and has one of these; I've tried it whenever I've been feeling tense or sore after a workout, and it worked almost TOO well-- it's very powerful! For someone like me who does workout classes, this can be a bit much, but for someone habitually running upwards of 30 miles, this is absolutely a godsend.
