Therabody is highly appreciated for its effective muscle recovery and relaxation products, especially after workouts or a long day of physical activity. Bought the mini because it was the highest-quality and lowest price point at $200 that I wanted to pay—and I felt like it covered all my needs, which were just weekly use post-workouts, travel-friendly, and easy to store. I've seen the larger versions being used on the sideline of NFL games that totally validated my purchase for this size, ha! It has exceeded expectations and I typically leave it out in my living room for use whenever. The size is perfect for my husband and me who aren't extreme athletes or have any pre-existing conditions—honestly, it's also good to use when you don't sleep right or after a long day of sitting in an office chair.

The three settings are nice and they offer different levels of pressure and speed. The charge does hold well and the carrying case is nice, BUT the charging cord doesn't fit in the case... and I lost it! I wish that was a little more intentional when designing the product, but overall I'm happy with it.

I bought the Theragun in 2016 and have had the pro version since then. I used highly on days I left the gym super tired or from a really long day of work. I use all over my body and have been using on my back my neck and my feet constantly to ease any discomfort or tension. I share the gift with my mom and siblings. They love to use it too!

Honestly, sometimes the product is like "too good"- too hard in their massage and hurts me- I wish it had some slightly lower settings. (The mini starts at a lower setting which I like) They can also hurt your hand/tire it our after using it for a while. 
Their site has a lot going on and it was hard for me to determine the real difference between the products and what I would need/should gift. 
I also wish their messaging was more inclusive... I feel like I see a lot of super strong, olympian types in their marketing. People with bodies of all shapes and sizes or all different fitness backgrounds like massages too and perhaps this product could have unique uses for people at different stages in their fitness journey. 

Love the products I have tried- I have tried the Elite, the Prime, and the Mini guns. They are excellent at massage- great for use after workouts, skiing, warming up etc. Also helpful with injury prevention depending on your needs. My favorite device is actually the Mini- because I find that the Elite and Prime have settings that are too high at the base for me. Also the mini one is so dang cute, and portable. Love being able to keep it in my bag to bring on ski weekends and for anytime the soreness hits! 

They also have a great app and videos about the best way to use based on you soreness or other struggles. I haven't tried their new roller products but they have done some really good innovation in those- which I love!

Amazing gift- group gift or special gift! Everyone in my family has gifted on to each other! 

The product is very good and I do feel it helps with my recovery from gym/climbing. However it’s a bit too expensive for what it delivers, not sure about other brands. 
A weaker setting would be nice for massage effects (the punches are a bit harsh, so don’t expect a pleasant massage experience)

This is a great gadget to work with trigger points and relieving muscle spasms and other stuff. If used over clothes, to me it was pretty itchy. Overall it has been very useful for me and would buy again. It also has different sizes for different parts of the body and that it nice. 

I'm using the Theragun Elite, and it's really effective at reaching deep into the muscles, unlike cheaper massage guns. The only issue I've encountered is that the jack for charging on the body side has become loose. If they improve that aspect, it would be a perfect item.

Expensive and painful device. It’s noisy too.

Finally caved and got the Theragun Prime. So far, I love it. It's quite powerful and it has a long battery life. I like how easy it is to use on yourself! 

Therabody is a top innovator in wellness technology. Their products are highly effective for muscle recovery and overall wellness. For a quieter option, I recommend trying their Theragun Mini.

My Theragun is my best friend. It’s been there for me through thick and thin. I feel safe pushing myself to the limit during a workout because I know my gun will be there for me when I get home 

I recently received the mini gun as a birthday gift and have been OBSESSED with it! It is soooo powerful, way more than some of their bigger devices, and it holds charge really well. I love using this on my traps/shoulders every night after a long stressful day of work! Nothing feels as good as when I use this <3

I’ve been using Therabody products for a while now, and they’re game-changers for recovery and relaxation! The Theragun, in particular, has been a lifesaver after tough workouts and long days. It’s powerful yet easy to use, and the different attachments really help target specific muscle groups. I also appreciate the sleek design and user-friendly app, which guides me through customized routines.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars is the price—it’s a bit of an investment. However, if you’re serious about muscle recovery or just want to treat yourself, Therabody products are well worth it!

I purchased my Theragun Pro Gun during the Black Friday Sale. Highly recommend! It has a lot of benefits with the type of job I have I am using a lot of my muscles and this has really helped me release a lot of tension and ease my muscles. I have slept so much better with using this. The customer service is very helpful. They answer your questions and get back to you quickly which is super nice and much appreciated! I also have their power dot machine Duo, that has been super helpful in recovery, building my quad muscles and there is a helpful app for locations to apply the pads. From a medical standpoint it is very helpful and from a consumer standpoint. It is worth your investment. I wanna badly try their TheraBeauty Pro Face Wand with different abilities to clean, microcurrent, and different recovery lights of red and blue light features. :) 🧖🏻‍♀️ ✨

The ultimate fix it yourself machine! I used it post workout, during pregnancy for random pains and helping avoid charlie horses — love my theragun loads. I wish I had some type of guidance through it … I think there’s an app out now that I should try. I’m also looking into the wave solo for targeted areas as I can see that benefiting spots where I use a lacrosse ball

It is a bit pricey and as mentioned in my experience, I recommend trying the prime.

Great product - I use to relax my muscles immediately after a workout.  I wasn't sure which theragun is the best option but I recommend trying the prime if you're looking to buy.     

We LOVE our Theragun. Say goodbye to your aches and pains, and hello to an at-home massage (kind of). It helps with my recovery after a run or intense yoga class -- can be used at varying level of intensity, but is easy to do yourself (which is nice if you are single, or your partner isn't willing to constantly massage your sore muscles). We keep ours in our living room because we use it so often. It's not cheap, but it's definitely worth the price.

I love my theragun mini!! I was worried it wouldn't be powerful enough since it's so small, but it is small and MIGHTY! It also comes in a cute pink color.
