  • I stumbled across soft serves where all good things are found— tik tok. As a holiday gift to myself I purchased theraplush in the “hold” fragrance and O M G. First off there’s something about the scent that is extreamly nostalgic and comforting but without being too overbearing. The design looks so cute on my night stand and I find myself excited to put it on my hands before bed. As for the efficacy of the product, I have noticed healthier cuticle beds and I have yet to experience any dry winter hands like I usually do. I’ve already purchased a refill & a backup!! 11/10!!!

  • I tried the buffing bar, smoothing solution and the mask. The mask definitely has a pretty mild effect ( for me) the buffing bar is amazing. The smoothing solution is an incredible concept - I love that soft services takes body care to the next level, giving it the same attention as the face :-) the packaging is so nice too.

I’m not really sure if I’m finding anything that needs improvement here… can’t wait to try more products.

  • I love the buffing bar! I have tried the original, the banana, and now this affogato, and I just love the new colors and smells. It is also very effective at dealing with KP and I look forward to buffing days.

  • As an athlete, the super speedsoak gel is a lifesaver and a time saver. The gel glides on and its gone in the blink of an eye. It does not leave behind andy residue, only soft skin. I have gone through two tubes so far and have no sign of stopping anytime soon, Sensory friendly

  • I've been using the Soft Services products for a few weeks, right at the onset of the cold winter months, and it's made a huge difference to my overall skin health. I struggle a lot with skin irritation on my legs from outdoor activities and these have helped a ton. I love having them as part of my daily routine. I also love the refillable bottles and discounted refills!

  • I absolutely have fallen in love with their soaps! A bit pricey, but worth it. I especially love the orange affogato bar. I just ordered the set that comes with 2 bars and their soap home so that I can preserve the bar in the shower! I also ordered a few more bars for stocking stuffers, I’m excited to smell the green banana! Haven’t tried any other products, but I like the concept of the hand cream packaging for the nightstand.

  • Soft Services is an all around homerun of a company. Their products are effective, a joy to use, and esthetically pleasing. Theraplush and the buffing bars are constantly stocked in my house. Carea Cream is perfect. I haven't met a product of theirs that I didn't love.

  • I tried the soap bar. No smells. Didn’t do anything. Felt like my skin was dry and sticky after using.

  • Packaging was NEXT level. Completed obsessed. Product quality is amazing too :) Will definitely be repurchasing!

  • My favorite brand out there right now. Every single product I've purchased (5 total) has been pretty much a slam dunk. Thoughtful and differentiated product experience and packaging is great too, but at the end of the day it's the efficacy that brings me back to Soft Services. Carea cream is great (reordered a few times), smoothing/exfoliating serum is good (not reordering just because it's not an active need for me), buffing bar is so good that I can't even travel without it for a few days. The new scent (New Spice!) is great but the old scent is just as good. I will try pretty much anything Soft Services puts out because they seem to crush it every time!

I bought Theraplush, the hand cream, which has a really cool packaging experience-- oh my god, it is the worst smelling hand cream on the planet. I believe it works, but it stinks to high heaven. It smells like rancid sour cream. Truthfully it is very hard to convince myself to put this on every night, even when I plug my nose. They note this on the product page now (I don't believe they did when I ordered!) and I know scent is quite personal, but if you're sensitive to the smell of... curdled yogurt... I would enter at your own risk!

  • I bought the Theraplush hand cream and was quite disappointed. Who was going to tell me it smelled like that? I understand that the brand is fragrance free, but it really smells quite eh. It's not necessarily bad, it just isn't great. I was also a little disappointed with the packaging. The case is plastic? That might be on me though. I was expecting something different. As far as moisture goes - it didn't make a dramatic difference over night but I have high hopes and can see potential in the upcoming weeks! Updated review: The product made a huge difference in my hands through winter! The brand did however have a product recall as someone found mould in their container. They handled it well by sending everyone a refund for the items they bought.

  • I got that clear after the shower exfoliating body thingy from them and it was goood, left a residue though and was kinda sticky like soap but over all did was tf it was supposed too!!! I will buy from yall again

  • You will have to pry this Buffing Bar out of my cold, dead hands. This product is outstanding, especially for the bikini area. Stunning. I wasn't particularly impressed with the Smoothing Solution (sticky) or the Speed Soak (plenty of other products perform similarly). But as long as they keep selling the Buffing Bar, I will be buying it.

  • Just starting out with Theraplush and really loving it so far. Beautiful packaging and simple/clean dispensing mechanism. My dry winter hands greatly appreciate my purchase!

  • The exfoliator bar has been amazing for my keratosis pilaris. It removes the skin buildup without being too scratchy or harsh, and has a pleasant fragrance. It also surprisingly doesn't dry my skin out afterwards!

  • Love the fragrance free and it’s great for my sensitive skin

  • embarrassing to admit but i never thought i'd stan a brand as much as i do with them. all of their aesthetic choices just scratch that part of my brain that needs beautiful little ✨things✨*~~ i've only tried their buffing bar in the 'new spice' scent so far and it's a great maintenance for chronic stubborn kp between hardcore exfoliating sessions

  • LOVE Soft Services. The buffing bar is truly an innovative product in my opinion - the bar leaves my skin feeling smooth and moisturized and I love the orange color and smell. I also have the shower gel and really like it, however, I don't think it is as much of a standout product as the buffing bar.

  • Love the buffing bar. Made the mistake of going to a work event outside without sunscreen and got an interesting burn which faded into tan lines that clashed with the neckline of my wedding dress. I read about the buffing bar on Cup of Jo and figured I would give it a try to see if it could help fade my tan line faster. It did! I will say, I did develop some bumps on my arms over time. Maybe I was overusing? In any case, I would still buy this again.

At the time I purchased it the buffing bar came in packages of 2 bars. I wish you could just get one at a time. It's also a little pricey.

  • I expected more from the buffing bar. Someone I know has keratosis pilaris and said this changed their life. I get awful ingrowns so I shelled out the money and it didn’t do much for me at all. And it didn’t last that long either, for the price. I now use a Korean Exfoliating Towel and I actually see my dead skin coming off. Way more cost effective too!
