If you want to return a product, forget about quick service and whether you will even get a refund. Number orders 808550 i 810179. This is the last time I ordered anything from this company. The previous item was better than what I received. The money you pay for products demands respect for the customer, which they don't have. The problem was with the return label not being generated and the returns page not working at all. They didn't respond to emails. Someone on the chat message told me to wait because they were looking into the matter. I waited a day, and no one responded. I can wait, but not when there's no contact at all and you have 250 pounds worth of products. My frustration came from the fact that absolutely no one responded with even a single sentence. If you want to order something and return it, I warn you to be careful. If a company is ecological and wants to avoid returns, they should change their regulations and inform their customers. Besides, I have a hoodie from their past years, and the material is much thicker and better than the one I received this time. I'll report them to my institution and bank to get my money back because they're completely ignoring me.

I’ve owned a lot of hoodies, but the Pangaia Heavyweight Hoodie made me rethink what a hoodie could be. The first thing I noticed was the weight — not “dragging me down” heavy, but solid, substantial, and warm in a way that feels like a constant, cozy hug. The organic cotton has a dense, premium feel, and you can tell it’s built to last from the stitching to the structure. It’s the kind of fabric that drapes just right and holds its shape wash after wash.

I have been ordering from Pangaia for several years. I have spent about $1000 dollars. Back in May I asked for a measurement of their men's 365 shorts. After numerous emails and meaningless apologies I still do not have the measurement that I requested. And it has been 45 DAYS!!!! Products are good but there is ZERO customer service. At Pangaia it simply does not exist. At this point I would think twice before ordering from this company. They apparently only care about sales. Nothing more. I would not buy from this company again.

The branding of pangaia is phenomenal. I love the concept and colors, but for me, it always comes down to the quality of the product. I have a pair of leggings and a zip sweatshirt and the quality feels low for both. I like the sustainability mission, but I would get way more uses out of their products if they were higher quality. To me, the most sustainable thing we can do is keep wearing our clothes again and again.

I have a pair of the women’s shorts in plum from one of the drops in summer 2020. I haven’t purchased anything from the brand since, but I still wear the shorts at least once a week. Side note- I was so bummed to see so many brands copy their designs (everyone from Aritizia to Zara)!

Really nice sweatsuits. Have had two for a few years and love them. Unfortunately the sweatpants have ended up with a small hole.

Great mission BUT - the products fade, the customer service is terrible, the quality control is waaaay sub-par.

I got this as a gift for a friend and the website was easy to use and shipping was quick.

Love the brand's purpose. Purchased the hoodie 2 years back but the material got worn out and less comfortable pretty early on. Maybe the newer models will be a bit longer-lasting.

I am obsessed with my Pangaia sweater! I'm a big believer in buying sweats that make me feel put together and Pangaia certainly fits the bill. Love the range of colours and also their partnership with the SDG for the UN is truly a fit and a vibe!

Really comfortable clothing, and love love LOVE the ethics of the brand. Moreover, really love the collabs and colours they have. I've been using the same pair of white shorts for a while now, and its my absolute favourite at-home lounge ware. However, price is a bit steep for what you pay for.

Super comfy, stylish and big eco credentials. I get a lot of compliments for my tracksuit bottoms. However they seem to shed a lot of fluff which gets all over the house and is kinda annoying! I can live with it though!

Just okay, but all brand communication is about big wow around the product. So the expectations are high, an interesting material with an unusual texture, weave or simply pleasant to the touch is expected, the result is a product that seems to be made of normal cotton in the touch and appearance. So just ok.

Really awesome colours, you feel good about buying and wearing this product too. And super comfy!

I have both the heavyweight and lightweight sweatsuit and they are the most comfortable items in my closet. The lightweight is perfect for all seasons and the colors they come in are so pretty!

Good quality, fast shipping, easy website. A little pricey all things considered but cheaper than some other options and the items seem like they will last

The quality of the clothing is really incredible. I have had multiple items that have still look brand new after a few years. The items also came really quickly and I love that the items are unisex.
