I have been ordering from Pangaia for several years. I have spent about $1000 dollars. Back in May I asked for a measurement of their men's 365 shorts. After numerous emails and meaningless apologies I still do not have the measurement that I requested. And it has been 45 DAYS!!!! Products are good but there is ZERO customer service. At Pangaia it simply does not exist. At this point I would think twice before ordering from this company. They apparently only care about sales. Nothing more. I would not buy from this company again.

UK203878 Hi, This is my order number. I’ve been trying to get a response for the past 3 days, but no one has replied after confirming that a refund would be issued to my bank account. I never received the package I ordered on the 26th of February. Pagania investigated and confirmed that the courier company could not locate the parcel. Pagania’s customer service, in the email chain, confirmed a replacement would be sent on the 7th of March. I waited for a week with no confirmation, and every time I followed up, I was only given the previous tracking number with no new update. After a month of waiting since my original order, I asked to cancel the order and issue a refund. You confirmed this in writing, but it has now been 4 days with no response, despite my repeated follow-ups. The stress you are causing me by making me chase this every day is unacceptable. I want someone to respond to my enquiry and issue the refund as soon as possible. This is my sixth time buying from Pagania – I love the quality of your products, but the customer service this time has been extremely disappointing.

I placed an order with this company 10 days ago, and they kept promising that it would ship “tomorrow,” yet it never did. Every time I followed up, I received the same excuse. After repeated delays and no shipment, I had to request a refund. This kind of dishonesty and lack of reliability is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient service.

I have placed an order more than one month ago and did not receive it till now! i’ve also been sending emails and they are reply with the same repsonse everytime that they are contacing the shipping partner and it is on the way. also, after one month of waiting I asked to return my money back and they said it is not possible! this is so unacceptable

Absolutely appalling customer service. order 760926, I waited over a month for this to arrive. Something that I wanted to wear on holiday but wasn't able to. After waiting so long and poor communication from this company I no longer even want the item. I even paid for NEXT DAY DELIVERY. I ordered on the 21st of May. Received on 18th of June. They received the return on the 30th of June. And to this day I still have no received my refund. (1st of August) Every time I email regarding where my refund is, i get the old "we are treating this as a matter of urgency" and then no more response after. I honestly have not idea what urgency means to them, but I did not see any at any point of my purchase experience. This is without a doubt the most appalling customer service I have ever dealt with.

I shelled out so much money for a tracksuit pair and I expected it to last longer than the 2 years I've had it before it started showing holes. It's not good quality unfortunately - would not recommend and not worth the price.

Loved the concept.. I recently purchased some active wear from Pangaia, and I must say that I am incredibly disappointed with the changes in the fabric. What used to be a comfortable and flattering material has now turned into an itchy, uncomfortable nightmare. The moment I put on the new active wear, I immediately noticed a significant difference in how it felt against my skin. The fabric used to be soft and smooth, but now it feels rough and irritating. It's incredibly disappointing to spend a premium price on clothing only to find out that the comfort factor has taken a nosedive. Not only is the fabric unpleasant to wear, but it also fails to flatter the body. The previous styles I owned from Pangaia hugged my curves in all the right places, providing a sleek and streamlined look. However, the new fabric seems to cling in all the wrong places, accentuating imperfections and making me feel self-conscious. To make matters worse, the customer service I encountered during my attempt to exchange the new style for the previous one was abysmal. When I reached out to them, hoping to resolve my dissatisfaction, I was met with unhelpful responses and a lack of empathy. Their unwillingness to accommodate my request left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. As a longtime supporter of Pangaia, this experience has truly left a sour taste in my mouth. I used to rave about their products to friends and family, but I can no longer recommend them with confidence. The combination of uncomfortable fabric and subpar customer service is a recipe for disappointment. In conclusion, the recent changes in Pangaia's active wear fabric have been a letdown. The itchy and uncomfortable material, coupled with unflattering fit, has made me regret my purchase. Furthermore, the unhelpful customer service I received when seeking an exchange only added to my dissatisfaction. As a loyal customer, I hope Pangaia takes these concerns seriously and reevaluates their fabric choices and customer service policies.

I love Pangaia! I only have one of their hoodies, but it is such a good product. The company does so much for sustainability and it shows in their products! Definitely a little pricier, but these middle-upper price point brands that have sustainable practices are so worth it! Would recommend checking out St. Agni, Alohas, and Ganni too!

Real sustainability is not part of Pangaia. - Marketing makes 90% of sustainability of Pangaia - Envelope used for the shipment is not 100% compostable as they say on the website, it's only partly compostable - Their mentality boosts fast fashion which is the real cause of fashion pollution. They continuously present new products, new colors, new collaborations, new materials. This increases stressful brand awareness, consumism, dyeing pollution - their materials are not durable, despite the high price. Recently purchased the seaweed t-shirt, I am using it as pijama since it's not really wearable even in the most informal occasions - their declarations about materials are not 100% truth, you can just see it because they never show an image of their process. Seaweed is a patented yarn used by specific brand, grape leather has been criticized to not be real 100% grape leather (search on Google). From this points, I gave 2 stars. I would have given 1, but I have given 2 because the effort and the advertisement Pangaia is making is very helpful and representative to raise awareness among young people, any brand should present itself like Pangaia, but their actions and products are just not sustainable as they say.
