Big fan of the thick hair shampoo and conditioner. Love the packaging, the product is high quality and super clarifying. Great price for such an effective product.

The hair oil is great, does not feel greasy and smells amazing. The dry shampoo is also a great product - I really like that it's a mouse which allows me to control the application better and does not leave any white powder as compared to other spray products. The smell is also great.

Really loving using the Treatment Masque, which smells divine and leaves my hair feeling so soft, whether I leave it in for 10 minutes or several hours. A luxurious at home treat that works like a dream! Excited to try other products from the brand.

Products are definitely more premium. The smell is not too overpowering which I like. Everything is scented so it gets a bit tricky when you are combining products like the wavy hair spray and the anti-frizz cream. The products work okay, not fully convinced just yet.

I purchased the clarifying detox shampoo and use it every few weeks or so. A little bit goes a LONG way, and I think it works really well. It makes my scalp feels super squeaky clean too. I would totally recommend!

I love the leave-in conditioner spray, it works well and smells AMAZING. It does have a strong scent, so it might not be a good match for people who are sensitive to scent.

I love Ouai! I've used their shampoo and conditioner, along with their hair gloss, hair oil, and hair mask. My hair feels so smooth after using it and prevents damage. The hair oil / leave in conditioner is 10/10, takes away every flyaway, and hydrates my hair.

Leave in conditioner smells AMAZING!!

The combination of the fine hair shampoo and conditioner, along with the treatment masque for fine to medium hair, has truly worked wonders for my hair. My hair is healthier, has more bounce and stays cleaner for extended periods of time. I wholeheartedly endorse this combination—it's been remarkable.

Absolute favorite hair care line - from the way it smells, to the way it feels and the way my hair looks....its fantastic and worth the money. OUAI has a really wide spectrum of products too inclduing medium, fine and thick hair products as well as products for dandruff. My favorite of them all is the leave in conditioner (travel size so i can take it everywhere!) Worth the price, switched to this from Olaplex and Oribe

The shampoo smells great but that's kinda it. Don't really feel like it does anything for your hair.

I have tried a few products from Ouai. I have wavy, thick hair that tends to get oily quickly. - The sugar scalp scrub was okay, but didn't do much for me to warrant a repurchase. - Unfortunately the wave spray & the thick hair shampoo made my hair heavy. - I do love the Detox Shampoo for a 1-2 time a month clean, and love that they have a travel size version now! I would say give their products a try to see if it works for you! Some of them are definitely great, but hit or miss for my hair type.

Quality products that are worth the money. A little bit goes a long way! Made my hair feel hydrated and healthy.

If you deal with fragrance triggered migraines, tread lightly! Everything I've tried from this brand left me in pain.

I use their Detox shampoo every hair wash day as a deep cleansing step before washing with my "normal" shampoo. It provides a great cleanse, foams easily, and doesn't leave an unpleasant or even noticeable smell. I have repurchased three times and will continue to!

I absolutely love the Ouai Detox Shampoo. It makes my hair feel so clean and smells so good. It is a bit expensive for a shampoo, but it’s definitely a splurge I’m willing to make.

If I was on a desert island and could only uses one brand of hair and body products, it would be Ouai. Over the years, I have repurchased the detox shampoo, leave- in conditioner, and St. Bart's scrub and body wash multiple times. The scents are complex, beautiful, and won't compete with anything else you're using. The products all feel luxurious while remaining reasonable priced. I also love and have used the fragrances over the years. In particular, I love Dean Street for the spring and summer.

Best fragrances of any body care brand I've encountered. The body washes don't dry out my skin, my hair likes their shampoo and conditioner. The body wash lathers up a fair amount but won't smother you in bubbles if that's what you're looking for. The Melrose Place perfume smells lovely (light, not cloying at all) but I just wish it had more longevity.

I try not to wash my hair every day and use the detox shampoo for a deep scalp cleanse and the formula is so rich!‘also tip don’t apply of the ends of the hair it does dry them out !‘but beside that this product is perfect!!!
