I've only used the detox shampoo, and honestly I feel like there wasn't much of a difference. I do live in a place with hard water, and I use hard water shampoos once a week, and those seem to be more effective. But I wanted to try out something that maybe wasn't so harsh on my hair, but the detox shampoo did not so the trick. Will probably end up gifting it to someone who wants it.

I absolutely LOVE Ouai hair care products! The smell is incredible, doesn’t make your hair feel “weighed down,” and if you need a FANTASTIC dry shampoo that gives you all of the Volume, OUAI Super Dry Shampoo is a must! 

This shampoo and conditioner has been a GAME CHANGER for me -- and it's for real, not just because I like the packaging. The luxury hype and price point match up with the results -- see for yourself. My thin, often times frail and breaking hair is now nourished and growing.

I love the smell a rich jasmine scent which is so calming and I love that the oil is not very heavy or greasy it is the perfect consistency 

I have very thick wavy texture hair that dries out very quickly so I’ve been on a quest for hair products that actually leave my hair moisturized and soft. I was intrigued because they have shampoo and conditioner based on hair thickness and I originally tried a sample and liked it. In the end, I ended up finally shelling out the money for Oribe which has worked wonders. I have pretty difficult hair, so Ouai might work better for others. 

Of all the products I tried over the course of a year: 

Favorites:
- detox shampoo: can actually feel a difference and feels like it really cleans my hair
- hair oil: obsessed with it, smells amazing and it’s so light but moisturizing but doesn’t leave my hair looking greasy, the one product I buy over and over again and recommend to friends with thick textured hair and they love it too

Didn’t get much out of: 
- thick hair shampoo & conditioner: doesn’t feel like it actually moisturized any better than drugstore shampoo or conditioner
- curl cream: didn’t work well for my texture, hair felt dry after  
- hair mask: this one took a while to decide if I liked or not because my hair felt so soft coming out of the shower, but I don’t think it actually stays that way for long vs Oribe where my hair actually feels soft for days
