I've enjoyed the thick hair treatment masque - great to use weekly. I find that the shampoo and conditioner fragrance is on the strong floral side - it's pleasant but it's not my favorite. The products seem OK for my hair - didn't make it overly dry but wasn't amazing. However, I do LOVE the detox shampoo and have used it in the past. It feels like a deep cleanse of the hair but it doesn't leave your hair feeling like straw. My other favorite is the St. Bart's body cleanser - it transports you to a beach!

I have thin, fine hair that’s prone to oily roots and dry ends, so I’m always a bit cautious with new hair products. But this detox shampoo has honestly been such a win. It cleans my hair really well without making it feel dry, stripped or weirdly coated, and my roots stay fresh for so much longer. The hair mask is also really, really lovely. It’s super nourishing but somehow still lightweight, so my hair feels soft and smooth without being weighed down or greasy. My ends in particular feel so much healthier after using it. And the fragrance — I’m obsessed. I’m very much a “make everything feel like a spa day at home” kind of person, and using these products actually gives me that little self-care moment. It just makes the whole hair routine feel nicer, calmer and more enjoyable. I genuinely look forward to wash day now.

The OUAI Wave Spray is one of the best salt sprays I’ve tried. It gives that effortless beach texture without making hair feel crunchy or dry like a lot of sea salt sprays do. Just a few sprays adds volume, movement, and a natural matte finish. It smells amazing too, which is a nice bonus. Perfect if you want that relaxed, slightly messy style without much effort.

I purchased this product to use once a week for a deep clean. It definitely gets the job done and leaves my hair in the scalp feeling so clean. I double wash because I feel like that as an extra level of cleanliness. The product has a nice smell and is not overwhelming. I have fine hair and I couldn’t use this every day but once a week is perfect.

I’ve tried several OUAI products, from travel kits to full-size essentials. Everything is gentle and effective, and the clean, fresh fragrances really stand out across the line. The OUAI Makes Scents Discovery set and the travel sets are a great way to sample without committing, and while the products aren’t radically different from other high-end brands, they’re reliable staples with really nice scents. In the past, I also tried their Anti-Dandruff Shampoo, which I found quite effective.

I typically love their products in this product is the only one that I’ve ever felt like made about everything else. I’ve been obsessed about the scent is fantastic. She’s sweet. She’s floral. It’s everything you would expect from one of their products. The mask itself. It’s thick it’s creamy. It’s thick just like it’s for thick hair but when I put it in and rinse it out, it doesn’t feel special. It’s pretty mad. I feel like even drugstore brands can make better ones than this so just kind of letdown.

I cannot say enough good things about this, it works wonders and definitely makes my hair feel stronger. It only takes three minutes and it really works so well, it smells amazing too. My hair seems more manageable and has less breakage.

I absolutely love the St. Barts scent line. This is one of my favorite moisturizers and I actually finished it (even though I have lots of half full products to choose from). The texture is perfect for when you get out of the shower and there's a fresh scent.

I have incredibly fine hair that gets oily very fast. I use the detox shampoo once a week to really cleanse my hair of all the buildup my hair feels like all the gunk has been gotten out after using it and looks fantastic for the next two days without any dry shampoo.

I’ve always loved Ouai as a brand mostly because their scents are appealing and unique. A few years ago I had a Melrose Place candle and it hooked me, so when Ouai showed up on Thingdrop I knew it was finally time to try the hair products. I went with the Fine Hair Shampoo and Conditioner and also grabbed a shampoo refill. First off, the packaging is very my vibe. Simple, clean, and looks good in the shower. The shampoo itself is slightly thicker than what I’m used to, but in a good way. It feels concentrated and once you add water it really activates. I usually double wash and noticed a ton of suds even on the first wash, which made my hair feel clean. I also didn’t need much product. The conditioner was lightweight but still moisturizing and didn’t weigh my fine hair down. The scent is honestly the standout. It lingers in my hair way longer than what I expected. I could still smell it 24 hours later, which almost never happens for me. My hair felt clean, soft, and had nice volume without feeling fluffy or dry. Overall, I’m really happy with how my hair looked and felt. I also want to call out their customer service. The refill shampoo bag I ordered arrived punctured and was slowly leaking. I reached out with a photo and they sent a replacement refill quickly and with zero hassle. That alone makes me feel good about buying from them again. Overall, great scents, solid performance, and a really good experience.

This detox was a hair saver. From Lake water, well water, products, treated city water… my hair has been thru it. I needed a shampoo to detox my locks! I keep A trail size in my carry on to clean my hair from all the travel woes my hair goes thru. Clean hair is healthy hair.

Absolutely delicious smell. It leaves the body feeling smooth and soft. A bit difficult to apply on the scalp and wash out due to it's large sugar pieces, so I use it on my body more than scalp. I feel like it has little to no effect for the scalp here. Quiet expensive, would probably not repurchase.

Absolutely love this product. Sometimes my hair feels heavy and using this cleansing detox shampoo leaves it feeling light and "clean" again, removing build up from other products that weigh the hair down over time. Highly recommend.

Most either left residue behind or made my scalp feel stripped and tight. This one actually does what a detox shampoo should do. It deeply cleans the scalp, removes buildup, and resets your hair without that squeaky-clean dryness. My scalp feels fresh and balanced afterward, and my hair never feels weighed down or brittle. If you’re looking for a true reset shampoo that cleans thoroughly but still respects your scalp barrier, this one is worth it.

I've really enjoyed this hair oil! It leaves my hair feeling fresh and hydrated without making it feel weighted down. The smell is nice and fresh but not too fake. I use it on my damp hair, after washing and also on the ends of my dried hair. Keeping my hair nice and hydrated!

I didn't even know this brand made deodorant but, now that I do, I'm willing to splurge. This smells heavenly. It goes on smooth, doesn't make a mess and lasts for hours. My new favorite product - looking forward to trying the other scents.

I love their detox shampoo; I am a repeat buyer! I love pairing it with the K18 leave in conditioner once a week for a deep clean feel. I just had brain surgery and before I went into the OR, I used the detox shampoo and leave in hair conditioner mask as my “final” wash before surgery. Leaves me feeling clean and don’t need to wash for days. The leave in made my hair super soft, feels lovely! The first photo is of me pre surgery with the detox and leave in. My husband and I both have curly / wavy hair texture and his go to is the Ouai curl creme. I gave it a go the other day and was impressed as well! Love the scent as well. I did go a little bananas with the Thingdrop recently because there were "new to me "Ouai products I have been wanting to try! I am most impressed by the Deodorant! It smells incredible and immediately takes me to a summer / beach / happy place. Obviously, as a Swiftie, I need to try the St. Barts body wash, stand by for review once I deplete what I have left. Out the gate, i do not get the same citrus / coconut top notes like i do from the deodorant. I recently went to a wedding in Cabo and when I hugged the bride on the dance floor, I exclaimed, "You smell so good! What is that!?" It was the St. Barts hair and body mist! A long day of getting ready, nerves, stress, love, dinner, and dancing and this scent LASTED! You had me on the dance floor. If you buy kits within an order of singles, beware, they do not come grouped together. I had to go back to my original order email and see what went with what. Some were even sent in different shipments. UPDATE, I did make some returns and the customer service was AMAZING, SO FAST and NO HASSLE!
