NAADAM earns enthusiastic reviews for soft, cozy cashmere staples—especially the Essential/$75 sweater—and many cite long‑wearing pieces that wash well and draw compliments, confirming the brand is good for everyday knits. Reviews also flag drawbacks: frequent pilling, occasional thin or see‑through knits, premature holes, and frustrations with returns and customer service, so quality and durability feel uneven.

love how soft these sweater feels and the affordability - not sure if my own issue with moth bites, or if a few holes are due to the thinness of the sweater. can only wear at home now, but still super soft.

I placed my very 1st order NADAM on November 21st, the shipment never made it in time for Hanukah or Christmas gift giving. I ordered $900.00 dollars in gifts before the Black Friday sales started and intentionally did so, to ensure that I would receive the merchandise and the sizes. Instead of shipping me right away I got an updated on 12/21 that my order was on it's way and expected to arrive on 12/24. LOL. I emailed them on 12/12 but they didn't answer me with a tracking # which what I requested. They apologized for their oversight and offered me 20% off on next order, which was insulting . Especially since I didn't have my order. All the merchandise I ordered on 11/21 was already on sale & further discounting applied. I was just upset. I ordered $900.00 dollars in gifts. Now I am getting text updates from Fed Ex with a shipment status of arriving today 12/26 and then changed to 12/29 I have emailed NADAM 4X cancelling my order which they have refused to acknowledge. I was charged by the credit card and paid my bill as usual now in a dispute tyring to get money refunded. NOT A FAN OF THE WAY THEY ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS. NEVER RECOMMEND!

Naadam is my favorite for basic sweaters and cardigans. The value, particularly for their cashmere is unmatched. I usually stock up and get 2-3 every Fall to have some fresh staples for the winter. I've been buying for going on 4 years and all of my sweaters are still in great condition.

I really like my nadaam cashmere sweater. It definitely gets a lot of use and fits well. I got it on sale so it was a really good value. I would buy another one when it goes on sale again. I only have the one item.

I really like Naadam’s cashmere overall and have several pieces. The “basic” jumper is soft, cozy, and comes in such beautiful colors—I get compliments on mine all the time. I also appreciate Naadam’s focus on sustainability and ethical sourcing, which makes me feel good about supporting the brand. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the pilling on the basic jumper. It still looks great with a little care, but I wish it held up better for everyday wear. That said, the holiday discounts make their sweaters an especially good value, and I’ll definitely be buying again.

I love this brand! Everything I buy from them is so soft and comfortable. My only complaint is that the material tends to pill more quickly than some of my other cashmere items from different brands. I have tons of sweaters from them and they are my go-to for luxurious holiday gifts.

How to deal with pilling

I got the Essential Cashmere Hoodie and it's become my favorite sweater for going out to nice dinners or parties/group events. The hoodie is ridiculously soft and comfortable, warm without being stuffy, and drapes well. And it looks noticeably nicer than a typical hoodie in a way that I've received compliments from other guys who have asked about the brand.

I just wish I could wear this thing more often without worrying about staining it!! Maybe I need more.

I find clothing to be difficult to reason with others regarding price point. Everyone wants good quality for cheap due to fast fashion. And I’ve found that just because something is more expensive does not mean it has any better quality. However I really love NAADAM! I usually shop for it secondhand because it’s out of my price point but the quality is unbeatable. Everything feels so well crafted. Their cashmeres are silky smooth. I would 100% buy again from NAADAM ( I would even buy at full price because of how much I’ve enjoyed their items)

Pretty good cashmere for the price. A little bit of bobbing particularly in the underarm area, but not out of the ordinary. Overall very decent cashmere at a reasonable price point and great basics. Bonus for some fun colors :)

Very nice quality cashmere sweaters. Much better quality than Uniqlo, and for a similar price point. The sweaters have gonee from 75 to 98 usd, do with that what you will.
I really wanted to love this! I bought a sweater & pant set from them a few years ago that I love the look of, but the quality just wasn't totally there. I wore holes into it after only about 4 wears. (When you buy a cashmere sweatsuit, it ain't cheap! I needed it to last.) I reached out to customer care to see if there was anything they could do for me and they were not so nice. It was a hard no. So now I can only wear my hole-y expensive cashmere matching set alone in my house. I've thought about purchasing again but now that I know that the quality is hit or miss and the brand only really cares about taking my money and not about my experience I'm feeling like I can't actually pull the trigger.

I'd definitely give Naadam a second try if I'd had a better experience with customer service! Feel like I could have been a loyal customer, visually I like a lot of their stuff but there are plenty of other brands in the space who could deliver similar products with a kinder customer experience.
I got a Naadam jumper as a gift for my boyfriend, which in reality means it's become part of my regular wardrobe rotation. Super cosy, and shipping to the UK didn't take too long.
Madam sweaters are incredibly cozy and soft—perfect for lounging or layering. The texture feels luxurious without being heavy, making them a great go-to for comfort and style. If you’re looking for something that combines softness with effortless elegance, Madam sweaters are a fantastic choice.
I have a couple of Naadam sweaters and love them dearly. Great quality and at a good price point - they have various sales throughout the year if you want to test them out. Their scarves and gloves make great gifts - I personally would feel silly using cashmere gloves, but if someone were to gift them to me, I would be delighted. They are very warm and comfortable!

I have a hoodie/jogger set… and i got my boyfriend the same set… and i got my dog the matching sweater. Seriously, the softest cashmere. The shape holds after washing too. I love the cut of the hoodie as well, nothing too oversized, but comfy nonetheless.
The cardigan I have from here is a beautiful color and SO SOFT, it definitely feels luxurious. The construction of the garment is good and feels like it'll last me a lifetime. Pricey but I feel like it's worth it.

Add petite sizing.
I love my Naadam sweater! Had it for years and the fact is' a washable cashmere - that's actually held up through multiple washes! - makes it a yes for me. Not all the products have been a hit though - some issues with sizing or fit - but I still appreciate their mission and their standard crew sweater is a classic.
I purchased their cashmere sweater after seeing tons of ads for it. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it felt very thin and low quality. I was able to return it thankfully.

I am so glad that this brand exists. Their products feel and look great, there's a lot of variety without being overwhelming, and I feel good about the price and sustainability. Since I'm working on having fewer, better things in my closet, Naadam is great for that. A solid price (not cheap but definitely more affordable) for cashmere but quality that lasts. Really, really appreciate this!
Affordable cashmere in styles that aren't boring or preppy, what's not to love? I've had my sweater for maybe 8 years now (honestly probably longer) and the stitching on the hoodie pocket has come undone, but the sweater is still soft as ever and barely pills.
