I like the color and the fit. The sweater just wore out quickly. I got a hole under the armpit after 4 wearings . Now I have a sweater that they won’t take back and I can’t wear.

Absolutely love the essential cashmere sweater. Worth every penny!

I ordered an open collar sweater and 3 basic tees. 
The quality of the sweater isn't as good as they claimed, the t-shirt I wore under was full of hair from the sweater from day 1. 
Also, the basic tees doesn't fit me that well, so I tried to return it. 
But they make the return process really complicated, and basically block the return in their website, which made me lost the confidence in this brand.

I love all my sweaters from here! I even got one for my dog. Very good value for the money and soft! I machine wash them in a garment bag on handwashing's and then lay them flat to dry. Looks brand new after!

I have a few of their original sweaters in V-neck and Crew. the quality and feel of the sweaters are amazing and the fit is great if you like something a little less fitted! I gave these as gifts for Christmas one year and they were a hit. I have had these sweaters for years and they are still in just as good condition as when I purchased them. (i hand wash these with a cashmere detergent, haven't needed to dry clean them yet) 

I love my Naadam sweater! Had it for years and the fact is' a washable cashmere - that's actually held up through multiple washes! - makes it a yes for me. Not all the products have been a hit though - some issues with sizing or fit - but I still appreciate their mission and their standard crew sweater is a classic. 

Very nice quality cashmere sweaters. Much better quality than Uniqlo, and for a similar price point. The sweaters have gonee from 75 to 98 usd, do with that what you will.

I have ordered several sweaters, two dresses, and pjs from Naadam. Each piece is soft and made with high quality. I waited for sales as they offer great sales. Size up when ordering unless you layer and prefer snug fits. 

UNRELIABLE WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

When they're on, it's good.  Quality and price is there.  However, on more than one occasion (always during their sales) I successfully ordered a product only to receive a cancellation several days later due to lack of stock.  Not hours later, days later.  By then the sale was over!  Each time, I responded with my polite frustration only to have customer service basically repeat their email back to me in a sterile manner as if I hadn't read it, fail to offer any discount on a similar item, nor provide any insight on when the item might be back in stock.  I simply don't think they care about this scenario, which is unfortunately not uncommon.


Their sweaters are so cozy and soft and warm and lightweight. Big fan, completely get the hype around the brand
