Beautiful sweaters at a price point that doesn't break the bank. I have gifted Nadaam multiple times and it would be a chic, luxury item in anyone's wardrobe.

Their styles are wonderful but I’ve purchased several things from Naadam and their cashmere pills really quickly. I think other brands are better quality for the money.

Love this brand just for the $75 sweaters. It's obviously not going to be the softest cashmere out there, but it's very good quality, affordable, and easy to wear. I also love that they made XS & XXS sizes for smaller-framed guys like myself.

I have a few of their original sweaters in V-neck and Crew. the quality and feel of the sweaters are amazing and the fit is great if you like something a little less fitted! I gave these as gifts for Christmas one year and they were a hit. I have had these sweaters for years and they are still in just as good condition as when I purchased them. (i hand wash these with a cashmere detergent, haven't needed to dry clean them yet)

I purchased a secondhand cashmere zip sweater and find it to be super cozy, stylish and durable.

Overall, Naadam is really good. Their cashmere is nice quality, although I have noticed some heavy pilling on a few items over the years. Naadam has been a top choice for not only my own personal cashmere pieces, but also cashmere gifts for friends and family. The heavier weight male wool/cashmere cardigan gets many compliments when I wear it, and the cashmere shawl cardigan is adored by my partner and sister-in-law. A cozy everyday piece.

Beware the return charges!!!!!!!! the sweater I ordered was ok, but not a great fit and a bit thinner than I expected. Quite frankly the uniqlo cashmere is thicker. So I returned the sweater and they deducted $22,70 for handling and shipping. the total cost of the sweater was $136, (including tax & shipping) so they essentially took a 15% fee on the total purchase price to allow me to return. absolute thievery. Avoid them.

While I agree with others that the quality can be lacking on certain peices- I'm most disappointed with the customer service and inability to adjust shipping with ease. If you have a lot of time to wait and don't have the extra cash to spend on brands like Naked Cashmere- it could be worth the wait. Just know that what you save in price you will pay for in pilling and exceptioanlly low quality customer service.

Buying from Naadam as an international buyer is like playing Russian roulette. The customer service at Naadam is fully system-generated, also known as "Rodrigo," and cannot help with any problems you may face with international shipping. Naadam will not assist with returns from countries outside the United States, so be warned: what you buy, you won't be able to return, or you will return with a loss of 50-70% of the purchase price. In my experience, after the first system-generated response, you won't receive follow-up communication if you have more specific questions. In conclusion, Naadam is suitable for the United States only—don't risk buying from different countries. The quality of the products is fine, but not worth the hassle.

UNRELIABLE WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. When they're on, it's good. Quality and price is there. However, on more than one occasion (always during their sales) I successfully ordered a product only to receive a cancellation several days later due to lack of stock. Not hours later, days later. By then the sale was over! Each time, I responded with my polite frustration only to have customer service basically repeat their email back to me in a sterile manner as if I hadn't read it, fail to offer any discount on a similar item, nor provide any insight on when the item might be back in stock. I simply don't think they care about this scenario, which is unfortunately not uncommon.

I have ordered several sweaters, two dresses, and pjs from Naadam. Each piece is soft and made with high quality. I waited for sales as they offer great sales. Size up when ordering unless you layer and prefer snug fits.

I love all my sweaters from here! I even got one for my dog. Very good value for the money and soft! I machine wash them in a garment bag on handwashing's and then lay them flat to dry. Looks brand new after!
