Four Sigmatic coffee beans might have health benefits from the mushrooms but I find it to be almost undrinkable. Somehow their instant coffees are much more palatable and also easier to prepare to get in your daily dose of shrooms. I also like the mushroom matcha latte mix when using two packs mixed with non dairy milk to make it matcha-y enough for my taste.

Interesting concept, but I’m a coffee drinker through and through. These didn’t make the cut, but would be great if I ever needed to reduce my caffeine intake.

I really enjoy the feeling after this compared to a coffee, feels more stable and long-lasting personally. If you're interested in getting functional mushrooms this is probably the most convenient way to accomplish that and also I've heard from friends they find this way less acidic than coffee if you have a sensitive stomach

Tried one of the mushroom supplement mix ins after constantly hearing the podcast ads. Can’t really speak to how it affected my health as I didn’t take it for very long given the taste wasn’t great. I know there’s supposed to be a lot of health benefits though but I couldn’t get with it

This is a fun drink to mix up your morning hot beverage routine, but it's not something I would buy regularly as it's quite expensive for the amount that you get. Love the concept but didn't particularly notice anything different.

We've been Four Sigmatic subscribers for a while now and love the variety offered, especially the coffees which are super-convenient when traveling.

Not my cup of tea... Taste wasn't all there for me unfortunately. Really wanted to love it.

This review is only for their mushroom cacao mixes. I have a soft spot in my heart for hot chocolate, but traditional Swiss Miss, etc are too sweet for me. I love the earthy, chocolatey flavors of these, and the Chill Cacao is an ideal chilly evening night-cap :)

Coffee tasted pretty bad but I expected that for the mushroom content. That said I didn’t feel any impact over regular coffee. Went through about half the box before giving up and going back to regular.

Loved as a pistachio latte at NeueHouse back in the day. Delicious. Bougie. Occasionally worth it.

I have tried everything the brand offers and the Four Sigmatic, Matcha Latte Mix with Lion's Mane is my absolute favourite for a quick on-the-go matcha when travelling. Would absolutely recommend!

I've used their vanilla protein powder a lot. I like the product, comparable in price to others but slightly better ingredients. I don't feel any effect from any of the nootropic mushrooms and supplements in addition to protein, but can't hurt.

I love their individual packets for their mixes. They let me try different flavors without the commitment of a whole bag. I really like the ingredients they use and the idea of creating an alternative to coffee! They taste great - my favorite so far is the turmeric one :)

10/10 feel the adaptogens in these teas. Love the turmeric latte for inflammation and the cacao with reishi for bedtime. Also a great replacement for sugar cravings.

Really big fan of their coffees and hot chocolate. As someone who is sensitive to too much coffee and regularly only drinks half a cup, I found the light nature of Four Sigmatic coffee sachets very drinkable and light.

I keep wanting mushrooms to change my life but, so far, mushrooms haven't changed my life. The world is stressful. Sometimes I have a hard time sleeping. Sometimes I have a hard time staying focused. I've tried Four Sigmatic's instant coffee and their bedtime hot chocolate. Let's get the coffee out of the way: it doesn't taste good. I'm someone who likes instant coffee (team Nescafe, and Starbucks Via is amazing) but this still tastes like what I'd find in the back of my grandmother's cabinets. The bedtime hot chocolate is pretty good, though! Relatively low in sugar and it tastes nice. Unfortunately, I don't notice the mushrooms doing anything for me beyond what the non-mushroom equivalents would do.

appreciate what they’re doing, but as a coffee lover this does not come close. no, i am not a white chocolate caramel girlie so its not the sugar i’m missing. its more so that it tastes like dirt and is very bitter but not in a fun coffee way.

I’m not a fan of mushrooms but they do have great health benefits. I love Four Sigmatics coffee and their hot chocolate. Tastes really good and overall makes me feel more refreshed for the next few hours after consuming.
