I love chewy! Since adopting our 2 kittens from a shelter, it has been super convenient to have the items delivered to my door. Especially when I have 4 little kids at home as well. Shopping at the store with little ones and carrying heavy loads of litter or trying to find the best kitten/cat food can be a challenge. Here, I do it at the convenience of my fingertips whenever I am available. Subscribing allows me to find items I need, always know the price ahead and comes every month or two as needed. The best part is the delivery happens within 3 days without any major delays. Trustworthy, affordable, and best customer service! I highly recommend it!

I like this brand because it makes getting pet supplies fast and easy. I don't use it too often, but they never disappoint me when I do use them. They offer a pretty large selection as well.

I use them to order my dog's food, toys, and sometimes other items. I find that their customer service is excellent! They also offer items at a great price point. I highly recommend it! Very convenient!

Chewy was a godsend for pet owners during the pandemic. It's a great, fair-priced competitor to Amazon and has excellent customer service.

It’s a little expensive. I like the variety of pet stuff though. My cat loved this toys and treats. Wouldn’t get this all the time, maybe just holidays

I cannot imagine an easier pet shopping experience than the one I have with Chewy. They have basically everything you could need for your pet, the option to have products on subscription, pet medications - the full gambit. They also have REALLY great gifts - I recently bought one of my girlfriends their "Pupflix and Chill" toy/treat set for her new puppy! And as most people know, they have pretty much the best customer support in the world. Love Chewy; thankful Chewy exists!

Whether it’s for a one time purchase or monthly delivery great customer service and company. I’ve had to return a food that my dog didn’t like and they told me to donate it instead of send it back. You can also get prescription foods

I don’t own a dog but my parent’s use chewy and it is excellent. Plus, I love how much they care about your furry friend. I’ve seen so many beautiful posts about pet owners sharing a note and flowers that chewy sends when their pet passes. Love a brand like that!

I feel so net neutral about Chewy. Pros: they've got everything. the medication situation is great. Cons: they need to catch up with Amazon on shipping-- they say 1-3 days, in my experience they ship with FedEx and it's all over the place and not consistently on time or even close to when they initially tell you it will arrive. For meds, I'm a Chewy girl, but for some other essentials... unfortunately I feel like Amazon is more reliable.

I’ve had multiple issues surrounding shipping & don’t see myself ever buying from them again. Shipping delays (especially without any warning) are so unprofessional, but when it comes to getting an animals food delivered- it’s just unacceptable. Provide liberal quotes for shipping times & keep customers in the loop if there are delays!

The most incredible place to shop for your pet. Customer service is flawless. Literally the best prices around. Insanely fast shipping. Wide variety of products. They sent me a handwritten birthday card for my dog's upcoming birthday. Take all my money, Chewy!

We bought a year subscription for our great Dane’s first year with us from pup to 1 year. He got the aggressive chewers box & would destroy every toy immediately. The treats were samples that he went through quickly. For the price as opposed to purchasing items for other aggressive chewers, wasn’t worth it unfortunately. I have a lot of friends who subscribe who love it however & so do their dogs. Just not feasible for our Great Dane. Too expensive for items that he could destroy that very day.

Chewy has competitive deals against other companies. Their customer service is top tier I have never experienced anything like it. My dog's medicine is auto-shipped every month so I never have to worry about forgetting to order it.

If you’re a pet owner, run don’t walk to your computer to order your pets foods and other products from Chewy. I’ve been ordering from this company for a couple of years and love it. Products are shipped, arrive on time, reasonably priced and easy pessy.

I buy the majority of my cat's toys from here. The quality varies, but it seems like they'll have whatever you need for the most part.
