I use them to order my dog's food, toys, and sometimes other items. I find that their customer service is excellent! 

They also offer items at a great price point. I highly recommend it! Very convenient! 

I buy the majority of my cat's toys from here. The quality varies, but it seems like they'll have whatever you need for the most part.

I cannot imagine an easier pet shopping experience than the one I have with Chewy. They have basically everything you could need for your pet, the option to have products on subscription, pet medications - the full gambit. I like this brand because it makes getting pet supplies fast and easy. I don't use it too often, but they never disappoint me when I do use them. They offer a pretty large selection as well.

I don’t own a dog but my parent’s use chewy and it is excellent. Plus, I love how much they care about your furry friend. I’ve seen so many beautiful posts about pet owners sharing a note and flowers that chewy sends when their pet passes. Love a brand like that!

Having 2 dogs, I am a huge fan of Chewy!!!! They are the amazon of all things pet - meaning they have everything you could ever need, more brands than any pet store, quick and easy shipping, and amazing customer service! They even offer prescription services and a great integration which obtains approval from your pet’s vet for any medication that needing a vet prescription (ex: heartworm medication). The system automatically contacts the vet for you once you order (or auto ship order) the meds!

On top of that, they offer everything at reasonable prices with regular discounts available. 

We love the auto ship option for dog food so we never have to remember to go buy it last minute. It really is a life saver - you can get even choose the frequency of shipping so it’s specific to you & your animal. Not only that, but you can choose a specific auto ship frequency for each item you buy - so for dog food we get it every month while we get their heartworm, flea, & tick meds every 6 months!

Lastly, their customer service is one of the best!!!! If a package gets lost or stolen, Chewy is so understanding and helpful.

I truly believe they are a company that cares for pets and their owners. 10/10!!
