Chewy makes it so easy for me to get pet supplies. I never have to worry about forgetting to restock rabbit litter or hay. It’s also clutch for when I have a foster animal coming in and need a few last minute items that my pet stores don’t have in stock. The variety of products for all different pets is really impressive— the one thing I found they were limited in was cute dog collars. As a foster dog mom, finding cute accessories for “unadoptable” dogs is a must. Chewy doesn’t have the best selection, but is really good about keeping specialty dog foods/snacks/toys/enrichment in stock for some of my shelter babies. The customer service is elite, and you’ve probably seen the viral videos of Chewy HR reaching out to those who’ve recently lost a pet with heartfelt, handwritten notes and gifts. My one gripe is that the mobile app kind of sucks— I find that it lags a lot and has messed up my delivery address more than once.

Chewy drives me absolutely bananas, but there's no one else like them! There aren't many other online retailers where you can order all your pet stuff in one place. That being said, I avoid ordering from them if I can. One issue is that the shipping can take a while (even though they advertise that it's fast), so if something is available on Amazon I would 100% rather order off there instead. The other thing that always bugs me is that the deals that they promote are so convoluted. They'll say "get a $X gift card when you spend $X", but it's really $X of eligible items, and it's not like it's just one or two brands that are excluded. You really have to hunt to find the items labeled with each promotion. You definitely can get deals, but it's just way more trouble than it's worth, and the way they phrase things always seems misleading. Their customer service also isn't greats

Chewy is an absolute lifesaver! Their selection of pet products is unbeatable, and their prices are always competitive. Whether I’m shopping for food, toys, or essentials, I can count on Chewy to have exactly what I need. The customer service is phenomenal—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. Shipping is super fast, and I love the convenience of their Autoship feature for regular deliveries. My pets are happy, and so am I! If you’re a pet parent looking for a reliable, affordable, and caring company, Chewy is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Love Chewy! I order my dog food from this company and it really saves me! They always have great discounts which save me a ton of money. I used to get dog food from the grocery store but it was always so expensive and they never had the really big bags. So this company has been incredibly helpful!

I have 3 subscriptions set up through Chewy. They are such an amazing company. For one, everything always comes super fast. They have amazing customer service and if I need to return something, they have credited my account and told me to donate to a local shelter. I absolutely love that. They truly care, and even send birthday cards to my cats. Truly a great company.

I love chewies the customer service is on point recently I bought some dog food and actively shipped to my old address and they re-shipped it to my new address with no extra cost within two days. I will always buy my pet items from Chewy.

delivery is super fast, i pretty much receive my products next day, amazing for standard shipping. their house brand 'frisco' grass litter is the best i've ever used, but their autoship "discounts" are laughable.

Chewy is the greatest! We get our dog food from here... and toys, and treats, and dog shampoo. They have great variety, it's fun to try new products along with the things we get every order, and the shipping is always fast. Plus, incredible customer service, which keeps us loyal Chewy fans!

I use Chewy's autoship feature for food and meds for my dog and two cats. Their pricing is competitive and shipping is fast. The website works well and it's easy to find what I need. The best part is that they mail birthday cards to each of my pets every year. It's going to mean so much to them when they finally learn to read.

I cannot speak enough good things about chewy. From their customer support to their products, it’s a pet owners dream to shop here. Fast and free delivery (either using chewy+ or meeting the minimum). Anytime I’ve had an issue, I’ve called and received assistance immediately with a friendly representative.

This company has great promos and makes it easy to order things straight to my door. We have a subscribe and save for dog food set up so we do not have to go to the store every month. It has been very helpful.

I highly recommend chewy pharmacy for those with kiddo's who need meds. It's affordable and they're really good at connecting with your vet office to make sure you gets pet meds filled on time and affordably.

I love Chewy. Their website is so easy to navigate. They recommend pet items specifically for me as the consumer. For example, they don't recommend dog items because that's not my pet situation. I would recommend checking them out!

Chewy always has great deals on toys, treats, and heartworm medication for my dog. Every once in a while I will do a price comparison between Chewy and Amazon and Petco and PetSmart and Chewy is always either better or the same.

Chewy has hands-down the BEST customer service. When I first got my puppy I had a bunch of questions and live-chatted them and not only were they so helpful, the following week I received a hand-written note welcoming Roo home with a Chewy ball. Their customer service is so easy to get in touch with, their products are great, and the pricing and deals are always great as well. Love their toy selection and the fact that I can easily order my dog's prescriptions on here!

Having 2 dogs, I am a huge fan of Chewy!!!! They are the amazon of all things pet - meaning they have everything you could ever need, more brands than any pet store, quick and easy shipping, and amazing customer service! They even offer prescription services and a great integration which obtains approval from your pet’s vet for any medication that needing a vet prescription (ex: heartworm medication). The system automatically contacts the vet for you once you order (or auto ship order) the meds! On top of that, they offer everything at reasonable prices with regular discounts available. We love the auto ship option for dog food so we never have to remember to go buy it last minute. It really is a life saver - you can get even choose the frequency of shipping so it’s specific to you & your animal. Not only that, but you can choose a specific auto ship frequency for each item you buy - so for dog food we get it every month while we get their heartworm, flea, & tick meds every 6 months! Lastly, their customer service is one of the best!!!! If a package gets lost or stolen, Chewy is so understanding and helpful. I truly believe they are a company that cares for pets and their owners. 10/10!!
