Chewy is my go to for all things dogs. The shipping is incredibly fast which I’m so grateful as my dogs food gets real low. I love the auto ship discount and the ease of the website. They always have good recommendations and add one at a discount

I love chewy and we always order our dog food from chewy. They always have sales and promotions of all the same brands and they ship everything very fast. They also will return any dog food if it’s not right or they will tell you to donate it. Very good company and easy customer care.

I have just spoken to someone at your customer care line. The call lasted 3:36 minutes. I called as my package is late and still hasn’t arrived. I ordered in advance so that my cats would get their food. I now have no food and the lady I spoke to on the phone was so rude and accused me of shouting at her and fighting with her for 10 minutes. When I told her our call was just over three minutes she put the phone down on me. She was so ugly to me who is the paying customer. I will never order from Chewy again. Very said that your employees treat customers so badly. What happened to kind people??? So very sad for your company. Worst service ever
