Cards Against Humanity

4.5

Cards Against Humanity wins big in reviews for delivering uproarious, easy-to-learn party play that sparks belly laughs, quick bonding, and late-night chaos—especially with larger groups and expansion packs—so yes, it works. Reviews also flag clear drawbacks: humor can be crass/NSFW and alienating for sensitive or mixed-age crowds, cards lose shock value with repetition, and some prompts feel dated or hard to play with certain audiences.

Always a fun game that provides lots of laughs!
Always a good laugh. Only complaint is that it becomes less fun over time when you are more familiar with the cards.
This game will have you laughing all night long and making long-lasting memories. Super simple game with easy instructions.

Love it!
Fun game to play at group gatherings. Super portable and easy to lug around. Always a fun game to have around

Funny game but kind of over the prompts. It’s to the point where everyone already knows what’s coming so the game is a little dry. Was super fun when it first came out.
this is a classic game night game, i think everyone and their mother owns this. it really is a fun and interactive game, I get a little bored after a while but it is so fun when you get started.

A bit outdated? The novelty of these jokes has worn off to reveal that this isn't really a timeless game, but a drag to pull out and not really taboo/avant-garde anymore.
Problematic!! There are some very offensive cards that perpetuate hatred against marginalized groups. Sure this game was something when it came out, but now there are many similar games on the market that don’t need to make jokes at the expense of people who have faced genocide.

These cards are the best for group games!! If you want to "dig" or understand more about yourself or your friends, this game is the best.

Fun game but novelty wears off after a few plays and usually only more fun if with people you know
This game has become essential at any game night I host or attend. It is truly laugh-out-loud funny and never fails to amuse, even after a few years. The expansion packs are well considered and sometimes even better than the original cards. Just definitely avoid playing with relatives or co-workers unless you have a strong threshold for awkwardness.

This game is right up my alley. When I played it at a friend's house, I knew right away that I was going to come home and order my own. I also love that you can buy extender packs along various themes. 10/10
Always a crowd favorite when we get together with friends or family. We all love this game, it never gets old, it is super entertaining. I love all the expansion packs, I think they are such a wonderful addition. Great work!!

Super fun game
It's fun a few times but gets old pretty quickly as all the jokes start to feel the same and there's not a lot of added creativity from the participants beyond the pairings.
Always fun — except when you play with your grandma. Speaking from experience.
My mom one time fell out of a chair playing this game because she was laughing so hard. She's sixty. 10/10 recommend.
