Reviews mention

  • Plush cushioning comfort
  • Secure no-show grip
  • Supportive arch compression
  • Breathable performance fabrics
  • Inconsistent fabric durability
  • Tight calf compression
  • Thick knit heat buildup
  • Sizing inconsistency across styles

Bombas delivers notably comfortable, supportive socks that many reviews call their daily go-to—no-show styles stay put, performance and running pairs cushion without bulk, and kids’ grippy socks impress—yet durability is inconsistent, with multiple reports of holes, pilling, and shrinkage. Reviews on Bombas also praise breathable materials, arch-hugging fit, and the brand’s donation model, while flagging product-inherent drawbacks like thick fabrics feeling too warm or tight on wide calves, variable sizing between styles, and a price that feels steep for socks.

  • I am an avid gym goer and runner and these are the only socks I wear. They’re well made and have a nice cushion to keep your feet comfortable even after continuous hours of wear. There are also many variations of the sock to best meet your needs. I especially like the ankle socks for hiking and the lower socks for running. They’re great for the whole family too—offering kids and adult sizing.

  • love love love my bombas socks for running and everyday use. The do not slip or slide around and definitely hold up in the wash

  • Bombas socks are a solid choice for anyone seeking comfort and durability. My favorite color has to be the classic black, as it goes well with almost any outfit. The comfort level is exceptional, thanks to the honeycomb arch support system that justly hugs your feet. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because they are pricier.

  • Love that this company has a warranty (I've had socks replaced that got holes while hiking too much) and that it donates to those who need it. Highly recommend their socks and slippers!

  • While I have gotten a few pairs of these in the past my experience has been mixed here. Yea, they have a solid mission and I do feel there is decent quality but more aligned with socks I would get at target than lets say stance socks or real running socks. So while I am not mad at em.. Im not sure Id be first in line if I needed new socks.. Yet if someone gave me some I wouldnt abandon so I guess that says it.

  • Todos en casa amamos estas medias, su material es de buena calidad y aparte tienen variedad de colores.

  • I love every pair of Bombas socks I've purchased. Their no-show socks are my favorite socks to wear with tennies, or ankle boots, and I love wearing their OG ankle socks around the house. They're the perfect weight. I do think they changed the fit of the no-show socks, so they come up a bit higher now, so they do show if I try to wear them with slip-on sneakers, but not having to worry about them scooting down my ankle all day long is worth it for me!

  • I have struggled with my blood circulation all my life, toes and feet are always cold not matter what, except for when I wear my Bombas. Huge fan. Three of us in my family wear them, especially in winter time. I love that there is different styles too.

  • I don't get the hype. The special toe initially had the opposite effect on me - it pulled weirdly on my toes. Additionally, the pair is a little too big and I have extra room in the back when I'm putting on my sneakers. Perhaps I got a pair from an odd lot, don't know, but they are not the first socks I put on from the drawer for sure.

  • One of my favorite socks and they’ve really held up in washing/drying and all day wear. I’ve gifted a few pairs to family as well and they’ve been a hit.

  • I got a pair of Bombas socks as a gift and loved the quality. They fit and felt great.

  • Received a pair from a charity race. Comfortable, crew socks that stayed up. Keep my feet warm at work in the OR.

  • Very expensive but they do make good socks. Plus their concept of donating one every time they sell one is nice.

  • Great ads and good mission. Not crazy about its design although comfortable to wear.

Price reasonable but after 3 wash socks become flimsy.

  • LOVE my bombas. So comfy and they're my new favorite socks. Love the short lengthed socks and the higher rise ones - love them and will definitely buy again.

  • I have been buying Bombas socks for years now. they are the only socks my husband and I will wear. I also love their tank tops!

At this point, I would say ~80% of the socks I own are from Bombas. They’re extremely comfortable, abc I especially love the ankle ones for when I’m being active (running, playing tennis, etc.) My only complaint would be for the non-performance socks - I do find that they tend to wear out on the quicker side.

  • These are hands down the best socks ever! I wanted to try them as soon as they were on Shark Tank. It has been a few years and I pretty much only have and wear these. They are comfortable but also do not slip. I even bought them for my stepson when he was younger and they were the only socks that he did not have to flip them inside out due to the traditional seam to wear them. I want to try their clothing! The sizing on the inside back heel helps with sorting for laundry too.

I wish there was a way to be able to know the thickness of the socks. I have a few pairs that are a bit thicker and I love those the most. However, I have no idea which ones they are on the website!

  • These were the only socks my boys did not wear through immediately. And when they did, I contacted bombas and they sent me a new pair. Although very pricey, they held up so well. The only reason I give it a 4 is the price and the pairs I purchased for myself are very tight on my ankles (I have normal size ankles) and can be uncomfortable.

  • I first bought Bombas because they seemed to have some of the nicest / fullest "no show" socks in the market, but have since also bought ankle socks, running & athletic socks, and quarter-length socks from them. I find them soft and comfortable.

The "no show" socks did get holes in the toes after only a year or two which seemed a bit fast. I'm sure it's a balance between thick enough to withstand wear and thin enough to be in the shoes that usually require no-shows which tend to be fairly snug, not like sneakers. But I wish for the price they would remain hole-free longer.
