Youth to the People delivers effective, clean-leaning skincare according to reviews, with standouts like the Kale + Green Tea Spinach Superfood Cleanser, Adaptogen Deep Moisture Cream, and Superberry Hydrate + Glow Dream Mask boosting glow, balancing acne‑prone skin, and offering luxurious textures and recyclable glass packaging. Reviews also flag notable drawbacks: the cleanser can feel drying or too harsh for sensitive or very dry skin, some formulas underwhelm or cause breakouts, scents can be strong, and textures (e.g., cleansing balm) or toner can be tacky.

I’m absolutely obsessed with this face wash! Youth to the People nailed it with the Superfood Cleanser — it leaves my skin feeling clean but never stripped or dry. It has a fresh, natural scent and a satisfying gel texture that lathers beautifully. My skin feels balanced, smooth, and genuinely healthier since using it regularly. A little goes a long way, so it lasts, too. This has easily become a holy grail product for me. Can’t recommend it enough!

I've tried so many different cleansers over the years and I keep coming back to Youth to the People's Superfood Cleanser. I love the way it smells and lathers up and it really makes my face feel clean and fresh. I don't use it consistently because it's a bit pricey compared to some alternative drugstore cleansers, but I do think about this product a lot and always snag it if I see a discount!
Works so well for my sensitive skin and great prices
I love the kale face wash! It's super gentle and acne-friendly. I really want to try more of their products because so far I've really loved everything I've tried and the smells are always super gentle and clean.

I only tried 2 of their products so far but they're both so good! My skin is super sensitive and acne-prone and their products work well with my face. They're gentle and super moisturizing. They also have travel sizes which is super convenient! I own both the life-sized and travel-sized products :)
I would give this product a 5/5 if it weren’t for the price. I wish I could buy this face wash more often, but it is a treat. It smells nice and I like the way it foams up. It leaves my skin feeling nourished and moisturized. And most importantly, it did not break me out/ prevented break outs. I will stick to my LaRoche Posay face wash for now but would be excited to receive this as a gift.
All-in-all, I really loved my trial run with Youth to the People, and especially loved/still have their superfood cleanser on-hand. You can tell the products are clean and consciously sourced, along with its packaging. I love the look of the brand and all of their advertising thus far, too (aka why I bought it to begin with!) That being said, I've noticed that like all skincare lines, some products have greater value than others. I noticed the cleanser and brightening serum to be the most effective and long-lasting. I had adverse effects when using their eye cream, but that could be just due to sensitive skin. If you aren't sure about buying a full bottle, I highly recommend giving the line a shot first to ensure your skin is a good match.
All of the products I’ve used I’ve had a really nice smooth consistency. They are pricey, but I always keep an eye out for when they’re on sale.

A bit far fetched name; but Product is good. Just not good enough for subscription.
i generally like YTTP’s products - have tried the cleanser, air whipped moisturizer, eye cream, and a few others here and there. the products are fairly light, which i enjoy. i also like that they have the mini sampler packs which allow you to try different products out!
I like that the brand is focused on using clean ingredients, but unfortunately the products I used just didn't live up to my expectations. I used the superfood cleanser and superberry dream mask for about six months, and didn't notice any improvements in my skin. It didn't make my skin get worse, but I just was expecting a little more from these products especially given their price. I know people who personally use it morning and night and love it, so it's worth trying out if you're debating (especially if you can get it on a cyber monday sale or something)! It just didn't end up being worth it for me, and I found alternatives that suited my skin better.
Product smells amazing, is eco Friendly and the brand is legit. I’m very particular with my skin, so not for me but definitely recommend with folks with “non troublesome “ skin.
I am a religious user of their kale and green tea spinach vitamins cleanser! I feel like most other "gentle" cleansers still break me out but this cleanser is my tried and true for a deep and gentle cleanse. I also like their brand philosophies and the fact that most of their packaging is reusable.
As a cleanser it works to clean your face, but for the price I would not get it just as a basic cleanser. Tried their Superfood Cleanser and it did not work for my combo skin - it left my face way too dry afterwards. I didn't notice any changes in skin either (plumper, brighter etc...)
I've tried Youth to the People's cleanser, moisturizer, and serums. I'm a big fan of the serums, but I wish the price point was better. Both the cleanser and moisturizer left me wanting more, which was disappointing. I'm a big fan, however, of the packaging and mission. If the product quality was improved, it'd be a home run.
This was a brand I was excited to check out, but sadly it didn't work out for me. I tried the cleanser and it made me break out so I threw it away.

I really like their Superfood cleanser, Dream oil, and the Dream mask. nice packaging and they work well!
Just started using the kale cleanser and I'm obsessed. Perfect for my combination skin and actually cleans my face/removes any makeup. Now recommending it to everyone who asks about my skincare routine!

The Youth to the People skincare brand was amazing! Love the superfood blends in their products because I could use some on my skin in addition to my food consumption. I can’t wait to see what the brand does next.
This cleanser feels great on the skin and is not stripping. It contains real fruits and vegetables in the ingredient list so you get all of their added antioxidants benefiting the skin in the product.
