Youth to the People is a much-loved brand for its commitment to sustainability, clean ingredients, and effective products. However, some find the products to be quite pricey and not all products suit everyone, with some reporting that certain items were too harsh for their sensitive skin.

  • This is a lightweight whipped facial moisturizer texture that firms and tightens my skin really well. Contains no parabens, phthalates, sulfates, phthalates, dimethicone, or mineral oil. I’ve never in my life had such a nice lightweight moisturizer that didn’t leave my skin feeling thick or shiny or heavy. I have fallen in love with this brand! I use this morning and night. I have dry skin and this product makes my skin hydrated all day! Superfood-Enhanced Hyaluronic Acid Cream - Kale is rich in skin-loving phytonutrients and vitamins C and E, while spinach is a lightweight skin-soother. Green tea superfood is packed with essential fatty acids and antioxidants to combat visible signs of aging. Perfect for everyone. 6 times more hydration, Stronger barrier function in one-hour, instant plus 48 hours of weightless hydration, great for acne prone, dry or sensitive skin types.

  • I tried a free sample and really liked the product. Felt high quality and luxurious. I put 4 stars because it is on the pricey side, which is why I haven’t purchased.

  • I saw a tiktok influencer named Hyram recommend this product so I wanted to try it. I definitely liked it but didn’t help my acne at all

  • I only tried 2 of their products so far but they're both so good! My skin is super sensitive and acne-prone and their products work well with my face. They're gentle and super moisturizing. They also have travel sizes which is super convenient! I own both the life-sized and travel-sized products :)

  • I would give this product a 5/5 if it weren’t for the price. I wish I could buy this face wash more often, but it is a treat. It smells nice and I like the way it foams up. It leaves my skin feeling nourished and moisturized. And most importantly, it did not break me out/ prevented break outs. I will stick to my LaRoche Posay face wash for now but would be excited to receive this as a gift.

  • Love the products, packaging, scents, and vibe. Wish it was a little cheaper regularly, but a good solution there is not buying it at Sephora specifically. The eye cream specifically gets me every time, it's even better if you keep it in the fridge. I feel good about buying YTTP skincare, but less good when I see my hoard of empties I refuse to recycle because they're too cute/reusable. Their cleanser and creams feel nice and do moisturize your skin, I wouldn't think they do anything specifically for you in the long run other than that.

  • YTTP Superberry mask is one of my favorite hydrating masks. After a good cleanse with my favorite cleanser it really hydrates and hasn’t caused any acne for me. I have sensitive and dry skin. The super berry line in general has been very helpful for my dryness.

  • Obsessed with their gentle yet effective skincare. I have sensitive skin and not a single product from this brand has irritated my skin. Superfood cleanser, oil serum, and the moisturizer are some of my favorite products. Everything smells great too, without being heavily fragranced.

  • Love this cleanser. Unfortunately the bottle broke when I was only halfway through. Good for sensitive slightly dry skin with little to no acne.

  • Their moisturizer and kale cleanser works really well. I use the kale cleanser as one of my double cleansers. It lathers well and smells nice. If you are trying to target a specific issue like acne, this wouldn't work for you and you would have to follow up with another cleanser geared towards that. They work well as basic skin care products.

  • the kale face wash saved my skin when it was very irritated and oily !! feels super smooth on the skin and doesn’t dry my skin out. a little goes a long way too and i love the sleek look of the glass bottle !! their superfood moisturizer keeps my skin hydrated as well without feeling greasy or oily :)

  • Best face wash - but be careful if you have dry skin, might not be for you.

  • Tbh I haven't used the face wash in a couple years, but I always catch myself thinking about starting to use it again. The ingredients are unmatched, the perfect light consistency while leaving the skin glowing and soft 😍 I didn't really notice a difference while using it but once you stop and use another cleanser, you most definitely will be able to feel and see the difference aha your skin just glows and the refreshed feeling it leaves, ughh the best hah the price is what gets me but you pay for the quality with this one.

  • Youth to the People skincare used to be my holy grail at the start of my skincare journey. However, as I delved deeper, I discovered affordable dupes for their cleanser and moisturizer that deliver similar results at half the price. While their products are undeniably effective, the high cost feels somewhat disproportionate to the basic formulations. My personal experience might differ from others, but for me, the initial allure has waned due to more budget-friendly alternatives offering comparable benefits.

  • I've used 3 different YTP products and I like them all (and clearly need to restock). I think the price point is a little high, but love the ingredients and sustainable packaging. The superfood cleanser is great and definitely lives up to the hype however I find that it can be drying if used every day. I absolutely love the Hydrate Mask for cooler months. The only product I haven't liked is the dream eye cream. I buy their products when there is a sale because I do like them, just wish they were a bit more affordable.

  • This. Is. The. Brand. Not a single product misses. Each formula has the most innovative ingredients, incredible textures and feels, and they all do exactly what they claim. LOVE this brand.

Please come out with a lip balm.

  • I purchased the starter kit with a bunch of different products and I loved the way my skin felt after using the green tea/spinach cleanser. It was super fresh smelling without being overpowering and my skin didn't feel tight at all. I look forward to exploring the rest of the collection.

I don't think I saw a retinol eye cream, would love one.

  • The Superfood cleanser is solid! It’s hard for me to come back to it because I like trying new cleansers once I finish a bottle but if you are into clean ingredients and nice packaging, this is a good choice. I’m working through the Superclay Purify + Clear Power Mask right now and it’s fine! I haven’t seen a big difference but it does soften my skin and pull a bit of oil out.
