  • Stylish, contemporary frame designs
  • Seamless home try-on experience
  • Helpful, knowledgeable staff
  • Durable, long-wearing options
  • Easily smudging, scratch-prone lenses
  • Loosening screws and hinges
  • Inconsistent fit for low bridges

Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

  • Good quality product for a fair price. Had to change my prescription and they were very helpful.

  • I absolutely love the Warby Parker branding! I didn't test the 'Home Try-On' process and found my glasses in-store in LA. However, my glasses broke upon returning to Europe, and arranging a new pair (to be sent over by a friend in the US) worked out very quickly and swimmingly with the Warby Parker team. The style of my glasses is so perfect for the shape of my face and is so beautifully designed. They have *honestly* stood the test of time - 5 years strong! I also really love the Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program. ❤️

  • Stylish glasses, super easy returns, great salespeople. I've gone through 5 different pairs of glasses since I began wearing them in the 4th grade, and the frames from WP are the best style I've found!

  • Every optometrist I go to hates on Warby Parker- but I think it's because of how they've revolutionized the eyewear industry, and how they're making it more affordable for all people at every income level. Yeah, I understand that the lenses and frames not be up to the standards of an optometrist- but when your vision continually changes, it's been nice to have an eyewear brand that is affordable enough to make switching prescriptions easy to do! Their designs are fantastic, the process is easy and fun and I've appreciated their in-person store experiences as it's sped up the decision making process.

The only thing I'd love to see (which they currently don't have) are clip-on sunglass lenses. They have a transitional lens option, but after trying it, it's just not the same- plus, it doesn't work while you're driving, which is when I need it the most.

  • Warby Parker has disrupted the eyeglasses market. They offer great styles, service and experience at a great price point.

  • You can't beat Warby Parker's price and quality. They're always coming out with new frames and customer service is fantastic.

I would love to see some of their contacts for astigmatism

  • They make getting an eye appt super easy, which I love, so 5/5 there. However, the glasses smudge like nobody's business. I don't touch the lens and somehow they smudge after 5 to 10 mins of me cleaning them.

  • I have been an eyeglass wearer for most of my life and I swear by warby parker. I’ve owned many pairs of eyeglasses from them and from other places and warby parker does it the best. They have unbelievable customer service and make you feel good about buying a pair of glasses. They offer such a range of options that I always have a few on my list and can’t resist buying a few pairs because of how great the price point is. It truly does not compare to any experience I’ve had at other eye shops. I cannot recommend Warby Parker enough. OH, and they have an excellent return policy so if something isn’t working out you can take it right back.

  • Average durability. Did not hold up well during sports activities but it did ok in normal activities.

  • Love the company and the concept - love that they make changes in eyewear accessible, love the free exams.

  • I love the look of Warby Parker glasses and their attention to detail in branding and customer service. Their try at home program is genius - I love being able to have them for a few day to truly assess in a comfortable setting and let friends and family weigh in but I've had some issues getting the frames I want available for that program. I'm fortunate enough to live near some IRL Warby Shops but sadly I've had difficulty finding frames that fit and flatter my size face.

  • So overpriced. Horrible quality. And they lie about the free repairs. My glasses from warby scratched so easily, I don’t even know how that managed to happen. They almost immediately were out of alignment & were very uncomfortable to wear. Such a waste of money. I have at least a dozen cheaper pairs of frames & ive never had any of them scratch- despite never putting them in a case & just throwing the in my bag or car.

  • Warby Parker was the only brand that I used for eyewear, before getting Lasik surgery done. I loved the quality of my glasses and specially being able to receive 5 pairs at home to try on before deciding on which one to keep. I recommend this brand to everyone!

  • I was obsessed when they first launched as they were so different. Over the years I have bought maybe 5 pairs of glasses from them (including eye exams at their retail locations). Great choice if you are looking for affordable glasses.

  • love warby parker! I ended up buying sunglasses from them and they do not disappoint! Highly worth it and quality is amazing as well.
