Therabody earns strong reviews for delivering powerful, ergonomic recovery tools—Theragun and TheraFace notably ease soreness, speed post-workout recovery, and relieve jaw tension—yet the brand draws criticism for loud operation, overly intense lowest settings, bulky/heavy designs, and inconsistent battery longevity. Reviews also flag doubts about certain LED benefits and app utility, plus occasional durability issues and poor support, making Therabody highly effective but not universally comfortable or fuss-free.

Such a brilliant device that is very useful and effective. I used to take a stretch workout class that would use a theragun on us and it is a wonderful tool. Only 2 issues: one it's very expensive and that is going to stop a lot of people from affording it. Two, like most massages it is hard to do yourself. You can get the front of your body pretty easily but to do the back, you really need another hand which kind of defeats the purpose.
bought the mini after our friend brought it with her on a trip. felt the most affordable and a good size, and does the trick!
I have used the Theragun Liv for a few years now on a weekly basis and I would absolutely recommend it!
I used to be a hardcore runner and I always had Theragun on deck. Even though I don’t work out that hard anymore I still use it if I have terrible posture or if I have cramps. Perfect though if you have body aches from being sick. It works wonders.

I own the Theragun Pro. For all that they hype the design, it's extremely badly designed for holding in one hand. Competing designs probably make more sense. The app experience is innovative but the product isn't quite worth the price.

Way too expensive relative to other options.
Am a big runner and love using this after a workout!
I tried the theragun prime and mini. The build quality is great and I like that they come in a travel friendly pouch. However, I ended up returning since I felt like the motor was too strong even on its lowest setting. Using it on my shoulders ended up giving me pretty bad case of frozen shoulder/neck (despite me being very careful not to use it on my neck - not because the brand advises so but because I saw a doctor's review online)
I love how innovative their products are, but I don't know if I can say it's worth the price. When looking at the competitor market, they all do the same things but at different price points. I will say, I really want their new TheraFace tool and looking forward to trying it.

Pricing, availability, product packaging, and combo deals. They charge for every single add-on instead of just including everything together.

I have the mini version, which—from what I can tell—works just as well as the full-sized. It definitely helps with sore, tight muscles and speeding up recovery!
Feedback
I wouldn't mind it it was a tad less $$$ but still worth the price.

These are fantastic, only hang up is as a single person it’s hard sometimes to reach spots that are hurting but still helps so much!
I have the mini and I love it! I sent one to my sister and want to get one for everyone I know. Easy to travel with and easy to use!
Splurged a bit but I think the Therabody are definitely the best in its category. I've tried out cheaper versions but feel that they're not as good as the Therabody. I have their travel version which I think is a good compromise between cost and function.
I have two of these products (the mini and the ball) and love them. They go on all our ski trips aren’t too heavy or bulky. I realistically use one if not both once a week. The app for me was a bit of a miss which was too bad because it had a lot of promise in terms of recommended patterns, durations, etc. still highly recommend and curious about a number of their other products.
Honestly a life saver, high build quality with a very user friendly set up, I can absolutely recommend this product

I've used therabody products for about 6+ years now. Time and time again, I've come to appreciate the power of the Theragun and the ease of which it is to travel and use. It's helped me a lot with athletic warmups, pre-game loosening, and post round soreness.
an athlete's most needed recovery tool. i love it. i dont own it but my gym does, a need.
I received this as a gift and I am so happy ! The Theragun works great for muscle recovery.
I love the Theragun Mini. It's great after a long run. The charge on it lasts a long time and recharges quickly. The one thing I don't love is that when using it for a long time, it's not the most comfortable to hold because of the design.
I got a theragun pro for my mom because she has a lot of body aches from doing a lot of physical work back then. It was honestly a huge splurge because $500 is not cheap at all. Within a year, the theragun broke and would not turn on. Could not even charge, so I assume the battery pack inside is burnt out or something. I reached out to customer service and they could not help me. What an absolute waste of money. I got a way cheaper massage gun on Amazon, that works just as good for less than half the price.

If you're wondering about the SmartGoggles, LISTEN UP!!!! I just got these because I am an eye mask aficionado and thought, "an eye mask that has a heating element and also massages you? Neat!" But then I really tried it and wooooooowwwww. It's not a dinky little face massage, those massagers REALLY get in there on your pressure points and it feels GOOD. And the heat is wonderful for relaxing. It's also kinda like a weighted blanket for your eyes! I love the three modes, one of which is for focus. I've never been big on meditating (or otherwise closing my eyes and trying to still my thoughts), but the focus mode kind of forces you to do that and then you get to reap the benefits. I also love that there's all kinds of sessions available on the Therabody app that you can try out. I'm beyond excited to try this on a plane to help with my flight anxiety or help me get some sleep. The ONLY CON here is that I find it uncomfortable to sleep with it because I'm mostly a side sleeper. If you're blessed with the ability to only sleep on your back, you'd love sleeping with these probably.
