Reviews on SKIMS’s website have a higher average rating compared to reviews on Thingtesting.
SKIMS delivers exceptionally soft, flattering basics and shapewear according to many reviews, but the brand is inconsistent: SKIMS wins praise for buttery “Fits Everybody” intimates, supportive sculpt bodysuits, inclusive shades/sizes, and ultra‑comfortable loungewear, while numerous reviews report unreliable sizing, rolling shapewear, thin or snag‑prone fabrics, seam failures, and poor customer support. Overall, SKIMS is good when you find the right fabric and fit, but buyers should expect trial‑and‑error and variable durability.

First of all, I love that the packaging includes recyclable and compostable material. I am 6’2” with an athletic build and I found the sizing fairly unremarkable. I ordered multiple sizes to try on and nothing really felt good, between the bottoms and tops options. It felt too loose or too tight in odd areas. I continue to look but haven’t found anything that works for my body from this line.
Huge fan - I have their underwear, body suits, bras, loungewear - I love it all. Fit is amazing and super soft.
Over the past year or so I've tried out a wide array of Skims items -- underwear, bras, and some of their basics (tank tops, tee-shirts, etc.). Across the board, the quality is definitely not there considering the price point, but some items do deliver. The inconsistency makes it hard to be a super loyal customer, but I'll keep trying out their bras + bralettes, and maybe underwear too, in the future.

They have very inclusive sizing, although I do think that some of the sizes aren't necessarily true-to-size.
I love this brand despite feeling uneasy about the fact that it's probably a sweatshop brand. The shapewear is the only shapewear that has ever worked for me-- and it works super well. The clothing and loungewear are super soft and flattering! I almost always get compliments when I wear them.

Bra sizing can be a bit inconsistent, so I recommend trying on!
The SKIMS cotton jersey scoop bralette is my favorite loungewear piece that I own. I have done alllll the research and have not been able to find one that is as comfortable and fits/supports as well as this one. I also really love the ribbed cotton tank as it can double as outdoor casual wear as well! The sculpt bodysuit I bought came so tiny I really doubted that it was going to fit. I was so shocked to see that it fit me perfectly after shimmying into it! I haven't gotten the chance to wear it out yet but it is very comfortable and does exactly what it's supposed to. Also, I thought I'd add that I really liked how all the individual packaging is biodegradable and recyclable! Edit: I ordered the Cotten Jersey bodysuit in the shade Bone recently and it's SUPER see-through??? Like to the point where it's so unwearable, which sucks because I'm not able to return/exchange it for a different color or anything and now I just feel like I wasted $44 lol

A lot of items on the site are constantly out of stock or do not have my size. I know that they are working on this so I would just attribute that to rapid growth for now.

I have a a lot of Skims item and overall , I would say the quality is not very good. Some items are very comfortable and aesthetic but they really don’t stand the test of time. I can’t think of a single item that I have that doesn’t already looking very used and worn.
Kim did it with this one, the fuzzy heart panties my man went crazy over in me so I will continue to support this brand now and I’m thick ! It’s very size inclusive and I felt confident wearing her stuff
The fabric quality is just NOT there, which at these price points is insane. I've tried different shapewear items and nothing has been any better than what can be found on Amazon or at Target.

Way too expensive for what they do. Didn't think it was very high quality. Truly not worth it just because it is a celebrity brand.
Skims is a high quality wear for a luxury price. If you want to splurge and and feel like royalty, this is your item! I would love to have in every color and style ( if my budget allowed) very A + item. ❤️❤️❤️
Skims should be called Skams. From the extra fees they charge you to the poor quality of these products, there are many reasons to stay away from this brand. The pilling on my tank tops and bodysuits is reflective of how cheap these items really are. I would suggest steering clear of this line and investing in something of quality.
I love their crop tanks, perfect for summer. Their scoop bralette is so comfy but it turns me into such an unattractive blob. I've only bought one of their bodysuits, thought I could get away with a small as everything else I've bought has been a small, but was severely wrong. It's left red welts on my shoulders, I do look amazing, but beauty is not that much pain. I'd try buying another pair in a medium and seeing how it goes. But for a crop tank, especially scored on sale, I would say hell yes.
fits nicely and comfortable, but overall not much better than other brands
I actually quite like my Skims products, but honestly they aren't great quality. One of the shirts I got had sleeves with dramatically different lengths, and even though I kind of like the material, it's clearly not an expensive type of fabric.
Tuck my muffin top in! One of those things u need one in life.
There are a few gems in this line - the cotton boxer shorts are AMAZING, so comfortable for everyday wear as a pajama/sleep short, and last forever. I bought mine almost 2 years ago and they're still going strong. Other pieces I'm not a fan of. The weightless underwear developed runs after a single wear, and some of the soft lounge boxers/leggings are so thin as to basically be see-through. I would stick to the cotton rib and shapewear lines as the most high-quality pieces, and avoid some of the trendier mesh and seamless styles which seem to be lower quality overall.
I like the softness and elasticity of the sheer, altough they are a little too tight in the front part on the bottoms.

Okay I LOVEEEE some of their pieces and then others I do not like. Im not sure if its just your goals or body type or what. But their short cotton robe, underwear, and bralets are MAGICAL... so comfy, good looking enough for basics... sits great under clothes. I did not like the shape wear piece that I purchased - a bodysuit without shorts ... it felt really small (I got a large while i would typically wear a M) - then it pushed my hips in a kind of funny pattern that gave me what i can only describe as an upside down muffin top. Like... a bulge on the bottom of the underwear area. And that is just not flattering. I intended to wear this under dresses but definitely cannot. So thats a bummer. Maybe can wear with jeans i guess.
I have two body suits, nothing really special but I love the quality and structure of fabric. Do not think I will be purchasing for a while because every drop sells out of larger sizes fast, but worth your curiosity.
I honestly don’t get the hype!

I have not liked anything from this brand. So overpriced, sizes run so small it’s ridiculous and you have to PAY FOR RETURNS!? I have one bra I actually kept and the quality is terrible. So overpriced and overhyped. Not a fan.
