Rael earns strong reviews for effective period care and acne solutions, with organic cotton pads/tampons, gentle vulva care, and high‑performing Miracle Patch pimple patches that adhere well and visibly clear blemishes overnight. Reviews also flag drawbacks: a stripping Daily Zen toner, a greasy gel cream in the Daily Skin Care Kit, mixed experiences with heat patches’ warmth through clothing, and a defective tampon applicator reported by one user—making Rael compelling for clean materials and targeted results, but uneven in certain SKUs.

I have tried a few products from this brand, mainly the sheet masks and the overnight pimple patches. I usually purchase from my local CVS and i find the pricing to always be pretty reasonable. I think i prefer the hero pimple patches over these ones but the sheet masks i always really enjoy.

I love this roll on serum for when I have menstrual cramps. It really does help. It provides a soothing and calming smell and cooling feel. I picked this up on a whim and will definitely repurchase. I like using this before I try meds and it usually helps!

I feel like I’ve tried every pimple patch out there, and this one is by far my favorite for both price and quality. They stick really well, and I like putting one on before bed — by morning, you can see all the gunk come to the surface. It’s gentle on the skin and works much faster than other patches. I always stock up when they’re on sale.

The gel is so lightweight but surprisingly hydrating. It sinks in fast without feeling sticky, and it calms redness/irritation overnight. I use it every other day now, especially after shaving or exfoliation.

Wanted this to work better but it is basically just a hot hands with a sticker. It can’t sit on your skin allegedly but it doesn’t get warm enough to travel though your clothes really so I was disappointed. I would try again maybe.

I think the pads, liners and tampons are all great. I also stock up on the heating patches which work best when used on top of the tightest, thinnest undies possible. They are not meant to be used directly on skin and have no effect whatsoever when worn on top of fabric that is too thick.

I’ve been using this brand for a while now and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my cycle. It’s more consistent and I have way less cramps than I’ve had with more popular brands. Rael doesn’t use the harsh chemical that can harm and trigger horrible and irregular periods. My cycle comes on like clock work, I don’t feel the typical dread coming every month. They’re super comfortable and supportive. The adhesive stays exactly like it’s supposed to and they’re easy to adjust for wearing. I love how the sizing of the back area is on larger sizes, so I use them for nighttime wear. They provide me with comfort and less stress about spilling onto my bed. Great brand, wonderful products.

I have tried many brands of organic tampons and these were a random purchase but have quickly become my new favorite! They fit very well, with no leaking even with heavy periods, and the applicator use is very smooth. I absolutely recommend these.

I use their acne patches, and I consider them the queen of all acne patches. These work SO well! I use them when I see the white part of my pimple start to surface as well as during the recovery process to prevent myself from itching it and so that it catches all the yucky stuff. They stick on very well–I press it onto my skin for 10-15 seconds to ensure it stays. It's best for overnight, but I also use them during the day. The box has both a small and larger patch size, which is a plus.

I will say, it's best to dry the area of your skin you're about to put the patch onto so it latches on your skin well. Don't put it on directly after you put on lotion or any sort of product. It's gotta be on dry skin!

I love love love this brand!! Currently have only tried their Organic Cotton Pads but have heard a lot of great things!! These pads are so comfortable and I feel 10x better knowing that they aren't toxic for my body:) Can't wait to try more from them.

I've liked the Rael Pads and Hydrocolloid bandages I have tried. I find Cora carried at CVS/Target makes it more accessible sometimes, but I buy them interchangeably. I like that they have a number of different sizes and styles.

The heating patches actually stick and dont have to go inside of a strange belt. They work well and are super cozy for when you have cramps ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Okay, I swear by their disposable period underwear. 10/10!
one of the best non toxic personal care brands. Everything is great and packaging is easy!
I picked up some of the heating period patches when I was last in the US and I love them - they're way better than any UK brand I can find. You stick them to your underwear so you don't have to put them directly on the skin, and they gently heat up in a way that feels comfortable and comforting, not too hot. They stay warm for hours. I like the packaging and the brand's message is appealing, it feels like they understand periods. I bought them in a store so I can't comment on the shipping/e-commerce experience.
I love their Miracle Patches! Consistently have been a staple in my household. That being said, I haven't tried many pimple patches from other brands, so I don't have a comparison point. The Daily Skin Care Kit was not my favorite. I thought the cleanser was fine, but I found the Daily Zen toner to be a little too stripping, and the Daily Restoration gel cream to be a little too greasy.
I have used Rael’s line of vulva care products and really appreciated them. I love the simple ingredients and the transparency behind the products. I’m excited to try more of what they offer.

I used their products initally for Postpartum care - I wanted clean products as I healed and cared for a newborn. The products work so well! I've continued to use them well beyond the initial Postpartum period.
I haven’t tried their period products, but they do have really affordable micro needle patches that use a lot less packaging in comparison to competitors like Zitsticka. It may take two consecutive nights to see results, but they really do help to squelch an incoming pimple (especially those big, under-the-surface hormonal ones). You can buy them at Target or use your HSA dollars to buy them, which is really cool!
Y'all. I don't know how you manage to make a tampon applicator that doesn't eject the tampon, but that's what Rael has done. The bonus is that the applicator will actually pinch you when you push the slide all the way in, in your attempt to ~actually leave the tampon inside~. Buy these if you want to make an infuriating mess.
