Peloton wins praise in reviews for motivating, studio-caliber classes, engaging instructors (Cody Rigsby, Alex Toussaint, Robin Arzón), seamless app breadth, and sturdy, smooth hardware that makes at‑home workouts convenient and habit‑forming; however, recurring membership costs are widely criticized, the bike seat comfort and occasional hardware maintenance issues recur, and some find the experience overrated or less effective than live classes. Overall, Peloton is good if you’ll use it consistently and value variety and community, but buyers should weigh subscription demands and ergonomics.

I love my peloton and I love the peloton app. It's really great to be able to workout whenever I want to. I love the variety in classes--from short rides to long rides and even in different languages. I will say that it does take my a long time to get service when something happens to my bike. I had a broken pedal that took months to fix and it was really difficult to contact customer service. I was without a working bike for over 4 months, but once that was settled, I was able to ride again normally. I also like to use the app for outdoor workouts or when Im away travelling. I give the product a 4/5 but the customer service a 2/5 because they are hard to reach, don't communicate with one another, and not everyone provides the best care.
have a bike at home so amazing !
Some people hate to admit how much they love Peloton…I love to admit how much I love it. With an endless variety of workout options that will fit your schedule, movement preference, music taste, instructor energy, whatever you need, Peloton can provide it. I’m a big fan because I know that even if I spend 15 min on that bike, I’ll feel proud of what I accomplished. Their customer service is also pretty good and fast to respond. I appreciate how accommodating they are to people of all shapes and sizes (5’ girl here reaching for the pedals), but I fit! I’m not an every day Peloton girl, but I love when I make my way to the bike.
Ah, Peloton, the fancy exercise bike that stole our hearts and emptied our wallets during the pandemic. We fell for the hype, paid a hefty $4,000, and now it mostly serves as a shiny coat hanger in our living rooms. Sure, it's great for those occasional bursts of motivation when we actually decide to sweat it out. But let's be real, it spends more time gathering dust than helping us shed pounds. Who knew a coat hanger could be disguised as exercise equipment? But hey, at least it looks good in the background of our Zoom calls, right? So, if you're in the mood to invest in an expensive dust magnet that might also help you get fit... sometimes, Peloton is the bike for you. Just don't forget to hang your coats properly, too!
A life saver during lockdown. For someone who doesn't enjoy exercising and wants the least effort possible - having this at home is ideal. Yes the price-point is high, but the quality of rides and instructors is brilliant, the app also offers yoga, breath work, pilates amongst others which again is brill if you don't enjoy physically going to classes.
I love my Peloton bike! The at-home experience is great. I love the variety of classes they offer for both on and off the bike
I used a peloton bike while traveling for work. I liked being able to login and do a live class with live participants!
I got the OG bike and I cannot say enough how it’s has changed my workout routine! I used to pay for pricey subscriptions to the gym or for boutique workout classes - but this bike does it all. It combines the boutique workout class feeling with a gym experience all in the comfort of my own home! Such a great investment and the customer support is phenomenal!
My wife and I bought a Peloton bike- the previous version. We both love it. There are soooo many classes. She uses the bike a lot as well as core classes. She also runs to some of the classes on our treadmill or outside. I use it for the strength workouts. I love how you can use the app on the tv, your phone, or bike. It is pricier than other brands but I feel you get so much more with Peloton.
Get fit, feel rich. You can have that peloton. No charge no nothin. I was at an Airbnb one time and hit one of these all week while I was on meetings. So sick. You can just like sit and watch hot people motivate you too.
The company is offering less and less new classes it seems. I enjoy the bike, but have issues with customer service, especially on the apparel side. They also do a bait and switch on their referral program.
terrible bike for its price and poor customer support.

I had so much thigh pain after riding for 2 weeks straight. The seat is poorly made.
I love the Peloton. It's super fun and hardly feels like you're exercising.
I've only tried Peloton a handful of times, using my friends bikes or when they're available at a hotel. I don't really think the experience is for me, since I prefer being able to choose my own music.
Absolute standard in my workout routine. My favorite fitness community!

I've used Peloton at my gym. I like it. I like the more traditional bikes better, just from a feel perspective. Bunch of friends who have Pelotons in their home who rave about it. If I didn't live so close to a gym with equipment, I'd probably do the same!
I love peloton! I love how the offerings have expanded. I have the bike but do the yoga / meditation just as much. I think it is worth it because it helps if you lack self motivation
LOVE MY PELOTON! Can't wait to get the tread in the future as well, love the app & other workouts available

Game changing. Having a Peloton is more than just a stationary bike and you should not listen to anyone who has any negative comments about the price tag. I think it should actually be double the price with how life changing having one it. It is a full gym in your home on your time.
