Peloton wins praise in reviews for motivating, studio-caliber classes, engaging instructors (Cody Rigsby, Alex Toussaint, Robin Arzón), seamless app breadth, and sturdy, smooth hardware that makes at‑home workouts convenient and habit‑forming; however, recurring membership costs are widely criticized, the bike seat comfort and occasional hardware maintenance issues recur, and some find the experience overrated or less effective than live classes. Overall, Peloton is good if you’ll use it consistently and value variety and community, but buyers should weigh subscription demands and ergonomics.

I am on year 4 of my Peloton ownership and honestly its still just as great as it was on day 1. Its a serious purchase and the steep monthly fee is a pain but honestly the platform is great and the build quality is so great.
Feedback
Honestly I would love a cheaper monthly membership as I only use the bike for rides and feel like I am subsidizing all these other classes... but all in all its great.

I do not have a bike or tread and strictly use the app. It’s amazing! It’s so user friendly and I love how I can stack classes. I’ve tried so many new things (barre!) and have become totally addicted. I use Peloton almost everyday, even if it’s just for stretching and meditation. Of course, my week would never be complete without a ride with Cody.
I really enjoy a workout on the Peloton bike. Is always a fun change of pace.

I've really enjoyed my Peloton. The gamification is such a motivator, and biking with friends on other Pelotons is so fun! The best of social + health.
Feedback
Very specifically, I think that the leisure rides through parks setting should change resistance as you bike up "hills"
I use the App ONLY and really enjoy it. The workouts vary in time, style, etc which really gives a good mix. They now have a stacking feature and a feature to download if you don't want to use data. I really like seeing how many times I have worked out per month as well.
Feedback
I wish they offered more 20 minute HIIT classes.

I didn't think that I liked stationary bikes until trying Peloton but after trying a friend's, I'm absolutely hooked. I love their classes and instructors, and their bikes have huge displays and comfortable(ish) seats.

Just wish they weren't $$$$
I ran out of the home workout ideas during the Covid lockdown... until I discovered Peloton. Love the variety of classes, love the filters & the recommended classes based on my interests and preferences. It just arrived in Australia yesterday (14th July 2021), I've already recommended it to everyone I know. I don't own a bike yet but I would definitely get one when I move to a bigger place.

The app on Google TV doesn't seem to have the recommended classes and the programs that I have on my phone (it's an iPhone)... Maybe my TV is not updated properly? It's not a big deal I can use Chromecast to project it onto my TV but it'd be great if the app across platforms are more consistent.

For the person who likes to work out alone but have a coach yell at you, this is the bomb. Big fan of the outdoor running tracks!
I know there are some haters, but Peloton has been one of my best purchases I've made in the past few years. I have the Bike +, and I use it at least 5x a week - from rides to bootcamps, it has been so motivating! I love the app when on the go, and use the guided outdoor runs when I don't feel like thinking.
Upgrading to owning my own Peloton bike from taking classes at their Manhattan studio has been game-changing. The convenience of home workouts with live and on-demand classes keeps me motivated and on track with my fitness goals.

I have the peloton bike which is a great way to exercise in my home. My partner and I I have used all sorts of classes on the app including yoga, core workout, outdoor running And the bike.
I bought a Peloton during the pandemic and was obsessed. I think it's a great product and do enjoy the variety of classes. I haven't been using the bike as much over the past year, as I've been mixing up my fitness routine getting in running and in person HIIT classes.
The best! Love exercising on my bike😎

Love the app experience for yoga and strength training. The variety of workouts is great and I already have a few favorite instructors.

I never understood the appeal. I do have relatives that still do it, are obsessed with the 'personalities' of the trainers, live for getting shoutouts on Instagram, etc. I guess if it motivates you to work out, great, but I think we should all spend way less time affixed to our screens. What's wrong with lifting weights or taking a walk outside? Or just riding a normal bicycle? Seriously.
I am genuinely impressed with the Peloton bike, as it has not only met but exceeded my expectations. The seamless and user-friendly ordering process, coupled with a timely delivery, set a positive tone from the beginning. The bike itself is a testament to superior build quality, providing a stable and comfortable platform for workouts. What truly sets Peloton apart is its dynamic and interactive classes delivered through the platform. The instructors are not only experts in their fields but also remarkably motivational, making each session an engaging and effective fitness experience. The incorporation of technology into the biking experience is seamless and enhances the overall workout, offering a level of interactivity that keeps me consistently engaged. Furthermore, the attentive and responsive customer support team has been instrumental in addressing any queries promptly. Peloton's commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction is evident throughout the entire experience, making it a standout choice in the realm of home fitness equipment.

I love my Peloton bike! I’ve had the original for 3+ years. I do go through phases of inactivity but always come back to it. Their membership is affordable and allows you access to thousands of workouts! Even if you don’t own a bike you can create an account and do their meditation, walking, running, abs, legs, weights, stretching (just to name a few) videos. The instructors are fun, motivating, and all have great playlists!
