However, its high cost, discomforting bike seats, frequent software updates, and mediocre customer service are areas that need improvement.

I am a spin girlie (I also always come in last place, it’s truly just fun for me) so my husband bought me the Peloton and I ride it daily. It’s the perfect way to exercise and de-stress

While the peloton bike is very expensive it provides a wide range of at home at home work outs. While I love going to spin class, nothing will top the experience and positivity I experience when riding and competing in live peloton classes. 

If you truly commit to using this product, you will see results!

I've used their app subscription and honestly it's amazing. The running ones are so helpful to get through any slump. Love how it is not stagnant classes, and every day you can do a new class. 

Boring and uncomfortable.  Wife got one a few months ago. She rode it for about a week. She lost interest pretty quickly. I found the seat nearly impossible to sit on. So hard and uncomfortable. The instructors are mostly unnaturally enthusiastic. Not interested in competing with other users. We sent it back less than two weeks later.

This brand is the best to do the at home workout system, though the price point is incredibly high and limiting. Wish there were more options at various price points. I would love to have the Peloton treadmill, but simply cannot justify the price point. However, these products are the best on the market and you truly cannot beat the quality. I will just have to continue to use these items at the gym instead of in my home. 

I bought a Peloton during the pandemic and was obsessed. I think it's a great product and do enjoy the variety of classes. I haven't been using the bike as much over the past year, as I've been mixing up my fitness routine getting in running and in person HIIT classes.

Tried it at my hotel when on a business trip. Will consider buying as I liked it.
