Our Place earns polarized reviews: the Always Pan and Perfect Pot look stunning, clean easily, and the integrated spatula rest, steamer baskets, and thoughtful lid-strainer design impress, but durability falters—nonstick coatings often degrade within months, exteriors stain and chip, handles run hot, and high heat ruins performance. Reviews affirm the brand can work well with careful, low-to-medium heat use and gentle cleaning, yet many cooks report uneven longevity and prefer stainless or cast iron for lasting sear and reliability.

I didn't end up liking this pan. The concept is great but I found that was not non-stick and sticky foods like eggs were difficult to cook. It did work with my portable induction stove which was useful.
Very aesthetic and heavy duty. Needs proper care (no metal in the pan) to be able to keep the nonstick!
I’ve tried the Always pan twice now, and each time, the coating wore off 6-7 months into using it. Doesn’t feel like a sustainable product, although it’s pretty.

The pan that is THE easiest to clean. It's my go-to pan for everyday cooking, and best of all it looks great on the table too.
When I first got this pan, it was the only pan I would use. But, after numerous usage, everything became to stick and made it a very temperamental pan to use as my go-to. I found some work-around. But, slightly disappointed.
I was a hold out on this and didn’t think I needed yet another non stick pan. I was wrong. This this really is great. Unlike my cast iron it’s light and easy to handle and washes up like a dream. I hate to admit I’m now looking at some of their other products.
I recently got plates from them and I am absolutely in love. They are super cute, and have the right size (not too big not too small). I love the materials of it, plus I have got a lot of compliments from my family about it.
I get the appeal. It’s all in one, non stick, and looks cool. The problem is that it’s really not that great of a product. The nonstick eventually wears off, the spatula included is awful quality, and I don’t think I’ve used the steam basket once. I’ll keep using it until it starts peeling but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Our Place has taken over my kitchen. Does the always pan replace 8 other cooking items? Absolutely not. The advertising is a bit over the top. That being said, it’s a damn good pan. The ceramic nonstick is safer for cooking than a lot of other “non-stick” chemical coatings, and I love that you can move a lot of the products from the stove top to the oven. The colours options and design are so nice that I leave my Perfect Pot on my stove top most of the time.

I love my Our Place cookware, glasses & serving bowls. The pans are incredibly versatile & add a pop of colour to my kitchen. As well as being of a high quality. My favourite products are my cast iron always pan & my perfect pot. Customer service was great & the items shipped speedily. Returns were super easy too. Without the discounts I had I do think that the items original prices are expensive.

Looks like beautiful cookware and is good for the most part, but after a year, everything sticks when it’s a non stick pan
I've had the Always Pan for 2 years now, and it is still completely non-stick. I don't use metal utensils or scrub sponges on it (you won't need to) , as the instructions indicate these can damage the ceramic coating. The original, 10 in diameter pan is somewhat heavy, but much better weight that typical cast iron pans. I wish the holder on the side of the pan was insulated.

So happy to see there is now a smaller size 8.5 in diameter The original is sometimes too large when cooking for 1 or 2 people.

Overall, I love the pops of color and the mini phone uses of the our place pans. I am not pleased with my experience as my nonstick skillet is now very sticky. What I have heard from many reviewers is that the nonstick film peels off after a few months of use. For the price that I paid I had wished that it had a long shelf life.
Feedback
I wish I could put the cast-iron into the oven for baking. The nonstick film came right off after five months of use and there is very little. I can do with it currently. I had wanted to replace this for my every day cookware, but now I have to stop using it because I don't know if it's safe after the nonstick had came off.
When I bought this I was super excited to have this. I quickly realized that I can’t really cook past medium heat. It’s okay but for the price I wouldn’t purchase again.

I’d consider getting a pot/brand that you can use the pot for literally anything. This isn’t that. You have to be cautious with what you make in it.

The nonstick of the infamous pan stopped working after 1 year. I contacted customer service and they essentially said it was the consumer's fault for not handling/washing the pan properly. But I take that seriously - I have carbon steel pans + enamel cast iron pots, so I am very meticulous with how I care for my products and what tools I use with them.

Meh. Sleep on the pan. The plates look nice, though.
I find my pan very useful and versatile. The first pan I bought the nonstick did not work but when I contacted customer service they exchanged and the second one works much better. You definitely have to be careful about the level of heat used and only oils (no spray).

Make it more resilient to heat and washing
A nice have for the kitchen! It's not highly versatile (can't cook on high heat or place in the oven), but it is excellent for folks who don't cook very often or cook simple meals. For example, I love using this to cook Trader Joes' frozen gyoza. The steam basket makes it easy to switch from steaming to frying.
I've had my Our Place pan for a couple of years now. It's looking pretty rough at this point, but still works great and we use it for so many things.

It would be amazing if there was a trade-in program to send back an old pan and get a new one for a discounted cost!
I love the size and depth of this pan. It's great for everyday cooking for 2. However, the non-stick wore off rather quickly.
