Reviews mention

  • Elegant, modern aesthetic cookware
  • Thoughtful, integrated design features
  • Easy, low-effort cleaning
  • Versatile, multiuse functionality
  • Inconsistent nonstick coating longevity
  • Stain-prone, chip-prone exterior
  • Uncomfortably hot, bulky handles
  • Poor high-heat searing performance

Our Place earns polarized reviews: the Always Pan and Perfect Pot look stunning, clean easily, and the integrated spatula rest, steamer baskets, and thoughtful lid-strainer design impress, but durability falters—nonstick coatings often degrade within months, exteriors stain and chip, handles run hot, and high heat ruins performance. Reviews affirm the brand can work well with careful, low-to-medium heat use and gentle cleaning, yet many cooks report uneven longevity and prefer stainless or cast iron for lasting sear and reliability.

  • I live in an apartment and was looking for a multi-functional kitchen tool so I wouldn’t have to clutter up my counter space. I like that the wonder oven can air fry and toast. It is also a lot more reasonably priced than other similar options. It is a cute little almost easy-bake oven-looking unit. The racks that came inside it for cooking seemed a bit cheap and thin frankly. It does well on the air fry option, maybe a touch less crispy than what I could achieve in my basket air fryer. Overall, does what it is supposed to though! After having a basket air fryer, I probably would say that if you are primarily looking for a unit to air fry that basket air fryers are better. For example, when I put the chicken wings on the pre-heated rack, it’s basically impossible for me not to have chicken juice end up spilling into the inside of the door. It also isn’t as easy to flip things around half way (not like shaking a basket air fryer.) Overall, I’m satisfied with the wonder oven, but would go back to a basket air fryer in the future.

  • I love this pan and how easy the cleanup is. It’s one of our most used pans in the kitchen. The only thing I don’t love is that the handle has peeled and even though it says it’s dishwasher safe sometimes some black residue gets on your hands. I love that It is free from toxins and the overall mission of the company.

  • My last non stick ‘green’ frying pan warped and no longer had a level base. I did some research and this brand was in the top three of a number of lists recommending non-toxic non-stick frying pans. I just started using it, and it’s delightful. It heats quickly so there’s a slight learning curve as I almost burned food on the first two attempts. But it works beautifully and cleaning was straightforward. A quick swipe of oil afterwards and it’s done. It’s very expensive, though. However the quality is excellent.

  • The pot does its job, but nothing outstanding. It is overpriced since you can probably find a cheaper pot that does the same job. I’ve had it for almost four years now and it doesn’t look too bad. I’ve even washed it in the dishwasher, even though it’s not dishwasher safe.

  • I love our wonder oven!! I have the large one and it is perfect for our family. If you are looking for a air fryer that is clean without forever materials this brand is your go to! I wish the digital one was available when I purchased min.

  • UPDATE: Received the replacement, it took a while but it works and looks great. I also brought up the price difference (it had since dropped even more) and they agreed to price match. So far, the features work great and I'm very happy with the Wonder Oven Pro (not in stainless). __________ I've been looking for a toaster oven for years, but my counter space is limited in both height and depth. When I saw Kenji Lopez-Alt endorse the Wonder Oven Pro from Our Place, I jumped on it, Kenji has never let me down with his thorough research and testing. I bought the stainless steel version, and received it within a couple of days. At first glance the metal is a fingerprint magnet, more than regular stainless steel. After running the recommended test, I noticed an opaque smudge forming on the glass door. Then I saw some fraying around the display panel, I thought it was just a plastic film, but it turned out the display itself was actually bulging out of the frame. I contacted customer service and they issued an exchange, so I opted for the cream color to avoid the stainless smudging. I had to carry the oven to UPS myself, which wasn't fun. The cream version is $25 cheaper, but my price wasn’t adjusted. When I reached out, customer service said there was nothing they could do, not going to waste my time arguing with them for $25, but strange response. So… not a great start. The quality control seems questionable and customer service hasn’t been great. I’ll update once I receive the replacement.

  • I have to be honest, I am not a huge fan. I have quite a few items from them and all of mid-quality. The non-stick wears out very fast on the pans (and yes I did clean correctly and took excellent care). The bowls say non-chip but they chip and the dish towels looked frayed and worn immediately. The branding is amazing and the LOOK of the products are awesome! I just think the quality should be much better for the price:( Customer service was also not great.

  • The Always Pan is as beautiful as it is functional. I love having something on my stovetop that looks elegant while minimizing clutter. It replaced a few bulky pieces and made clean-up a breeze. That said, I do wish the nonstick surface held up a bit longer without such delicate care—no metal utensils, no dishwasher. Still, for style, space-saving, and multi-functionality, Our Place delivers. Perfect for someone who values aesthetics and efficiency in the kitchen.

  • I think their products are nice to look at, but in theory, you're paying for marketing and not quality products. I've owned one big always pan, a cutting board and a small always pan. After I really enjoyed my pan, but after about a year, the coating starting to wear off. If I'm also being honest, unless you cook a ton of one-pan meals (I do not), the claim that you're replacing all of the cookware is kinda moot because I still always needed at least one other pan. Despite knowing what happened with the first pan, I bought a second because it was cute and small as well as a cutting board. As I started to transition into more non-toxic products, I threw the small pan away (got an all-clad pan for basically the same price) and a bamboo cutting board because everytime i took a knife to the cutting board, the plastic was getting SLICED AND DICED!

  • Love my always pan! I use it every day so it just sits out on my stovetop permanently. Fortunately, the color is nice to look at (vs. stainless steel), so I don't mind having it always in sight. I love how easy this is to clean. I appreciate some of the design details, like the slot for the wooden spoon to rest. Big fan of this and I'd gladly buy it again.

  • I have replaced my toaster and ninja air fryer with the Our Place large Wonder Oven. I've had it for about a month and love it so far. It's nice that it has multiple functions and can hold 3 layers of food so we aren't waiting on anything. It's easy to clean and is apparently made without harmful plastics.

  • Great customer service, our pan started chipping and they sent a new one promptly. However, the new pan is also starting to wear already and its lost a lot of its "non-stick" capabilities, making it pretty hard to clean.

  • This pan started out great, but then quickly deteriorated. The non-stick coating has come off, and the pan has a lot of brown stains deeply embedded, even after many deep cleanings. I think the various extra features - like the spoon rest - are nice, but not worth the hefty tag with how much the pan has worn out over time.

  • Most utilized gift I've ever received. Easy to clean. Sleek enough to keep out on the stove if wanted/needed. Innovative handle and spatula. Oven safe. I threw out almost all of my other pans since I don't need them anymore with this.

  • Really love my Always Pan. I have it in the red color - and LOVE the pop of color it gives to my kitchen when I use it. Very high quality. I really like that it comes with the wooden spatula and the steaming basket - it does feel like you can do anything in it. I will likely buy more from this brand.

  • I absolutely love this brand! Their branding, the quality and usage of the products, and the style... Love everything about it!

  • I appreciate the thoughtful design that went into the pan. However, the non-stick does not last after one year. I cleaned it per instructions and took great care of it but it's difficult to cook a single egg now. I would not re-purchase the pan. I do have and enjoy their glasses. The plates are pretty but show scratches. Customer service was nice to deal with.

    Feedback

The pan feels very light and not hefty/sturdy as you would expect. The non-stick does not last which is ironic as it's called the 'always' pan.

  • Bought the Always pan in a really pretty green color way. It’s super aesthetic and looks nice just sitting on the counter which is definitely a pro. However the pan is suuuuper heavy which will probably get annoying over time.

  • I ordered the pan, plates and the bowls. I really love the plates and bowls. They have a great weight to them, they look great, and stack easily. I ordered more plates and now have 8.

    Feedback

I was a bit underwhelmed with the pan. It looks really substantial in the photos but it doesn't feel as luxe in person. The other thing I noticed was that the oil pools in odd places when you're using it. There are so many types of companies in this space I would probably so more research next time vs. being won over by the aesthetic.
