Had I reviewed the company when I joined Beauty Pie 3 years ago this would probably have been a 5 star review.
The products are (in the main) excellent quality & deliver on their intended uses.
The Über Youth Probiotic Serum mist, Triple Hyaluronic Acid eye cream, Dr Glycolic foot peel socks and the nail polishes are all repeat buys for me.
I loved the fact that when I first joined you had to be invited to review a product a couple of weeks after you received it - I felt this made for true & accurate user reviews.
The customer service for my first 18months was pretty good. Now, sadly, not so much.
Whilst I realise that due to circumstances beyond their control certain ingredients are either in short supply or no longer available so formulations have required changes. But these changeshave not been communicated well & items such as the Healthy Skin shower gel are now a totally different product to the one I used to love.
It’s a shame that the ethos of a “buyers club for members” and letting members & the products speak for the brand has been eschewed for ads & influencers because that’s not what I signed up for.

Communication with customers needs to improve massively - if a formula changes send out the info in an email.
The products are good & competitively priced but not the steal they used to be.
