Reviews mention

  • Elegant, modern aesthetic cookware
  • Thoughtful, integrated design features
  • Easy, low-effort cleaning
  • Versatile, multiuse functionality
  • Inconsistent nonstick coating longevity
  • Stain-prone, chip-prone exterior
  • Uncomfortably hot, bulky handles
  • Poor high-heat searing performance

Our Place earns polarized reviews: the Always Pan and Perfect Pot look stunning, clean easily, and the integrated spatula rest, steamer baskets, and thoughtful lid-strainer design impress, but durability falters—nonstick coatings often degrade within months, exteriors stain and chip, handles run hot, and high heat ruins performance. Reviews affirm the brand can work well with careful, low-to-medium heat use and gentle cleaning, yet many cooks report uneven longevity and prefer stainless or cast iron for lasting sear and reliability.

  • I have the pot by Our Place and i read the measurements and everything, but it was still a lot bigger than I expected! Bigger than what I would use everyday / for everything.

Better relative size copy on their site. Good quality overall though.

  • I’ve tried Our Place, and overall, it’s okay. The idea behind it is aesthetically pleasing, and it looks beautiful in my kitchen, but there are a few issues. The paint on the cookware starts peeling over time, and the bottom of the pots burns more easily than I’d like, even when I’m careful with heat. It’s a bit pricey, so while I’d love to give it another go and see if things improve, I’m not sure it’s worth the investment just yet. It’s functional and pretty, but there are definitely a few areas that could use some work.

  • I have used the Always Pan and Pot for 6 months now and I really love them. They are easy to clean and have stayed in good condition so far. They have really cute colors, and I love the scrubber that it comes with, along with the care instruction card.

  • I really wanted to like this product but it fell below a few expectations. The nonstick portion of the pan started to become less nonstick after a few months despite not being put in the dishwasher. Pan should also really only be hand washed.

  • Great concept and trendy color ways but overall an awful pan. As someone that cooks multiple days a week this pan is clearly not made with durable materials. While the paint looks nice and has an almost matte touch, the non stick features barely lasted 1 month. Anything cooked in the pan immediately sticks and leaves intense residue.

  • I got the always pan and loved it for the first few months. We cook a lot, and it just could not stand up to everyday use. We had to throw it out as the nonstick started chipping and that just sketches me out. I'm going back to cast iron.

  • Always pan is the best and only pan I use. The nonstick had not faded and I love the color! I love that the wood spoon can sit on the pan while I cook, keeps everything clean.

  • Super lightweight, versatile, and easy to use. I've had my pan for a couple of years now, and have retired it as my go-to when I purchased Caraway. I still take it out for steaming purposes or random uses. However, I felt like the non-stick wore pretty quickly and I think it looks more beautiful in photos than it does in person.

  • wanted to love this sooo badly but I had it for less than 5 months before it had scratches on the cooking surface. It's worth noting that I did not use metal on the pan and so either my plastic spatula caused the scratches or the wooden spatula that comes with it. love the design otherwise

  • Aesthetically it looks great. I like the concept of the wooden spatula and the steaming basket as it really makes for a great multipurpose pan. I really wanted to love it but after a few use the pan started sticking really bad. Good for new cooks starting out and if you only can have 1 pan,

  • I recently purchased the "Always Pan" and truly embraced its name. I discarded all my other pans. Following that, I acquired the "Always Pot". These two are now the only cooking items I have, and I use them daily.

  • The pan is all smoke and mirrors. (And advertising dollars.) While I did get this pan when it ran a super sale, I do not think its worth more than $9.99 at TJ Maxx. The handle feels goofy, it's too heavy for it's own good, and the non-stick barrier or whatever it is burned off in a couple months, rendering the pan useless! It's in my yard sale pile now.

  • I like my "Always Pan" but would not say it is worth the steep price tag as it is nothing special. Don't fall for the trend.

  • Super cute pan! I love the steamer rack that it came with. You definitely have to be disciplined to take care of it so it lasts, which is one downside. It’s functional but leans more towards aesthetic.

  • Cool looking product, but the ceramic non-stick is average compared to its peers. This should be a piece that is on display in the kitchen but not used on a regular basis.

  • I got my immigrant Indian mother obsessed with their pots and pans. That’s it. That’s the review. In all honestly, the quality really is fantastic. And not just the pans. I really don’t think you can get such fantastic kitchen knives anywhere else unless you drop like $500. Ultimately, I don’t really see myself getting kitchenware from anywhere else but from Our Place here on out. They understand what I mean when I say I want a kitchen that is functional, minimalist, and aesthetic. And it doesn’t hurt that the company’s values are just ✨ chef’s kiss ✨

  • I love my pots and pans from Our Place. They work well for the nonstick function. The color choices are beautiful.

  • The nonstick did not last long and the coating on the sides of the pan maybe melted after getting to hot? I have a gas stove and after using the past year it is either melted or just worn away because the texture is different. I still cook with it all the time but I will not buy again.

  • A great-looking piece of hardware that can handle a lot of different cooking methods. However, the pans are durable to a fault, distribute heat unevenly, and the form, while attractive, can be hard to work around when cooking certain things.
