I received the perfect pot as a gift less then 4 months ago and already the lid paint is peeling. I reached out to Customer Service at Our Place Canada and was told without a order number they can't talk to me! I mentioned over and over, it was a gift and I don't have the order number. Overall the quality is a lot less then I thought and for the price point it's not fully worth it. I've had paint chips in my food! There is no resolve, except a less then quality "perfect pot". I have attached pics, for a pot thats over 200, this is completely unacceptable!

A+ for beautiful and functional design. I appreciate the thoughtful versatility, which is what drew me to buy this. D- for durability. I took impeccable care of my yellow Always Pan and boy did it disappoint. For one, it's really heavy. I know being ceramic, that's to be expected, but I honestly can't drain anything that's hot without dumping it into a strainer. Another thing, the handles on both the pan and the lid get super super hot. Even with oven mitts, hot handles combined with the heavy weight makes it so much harder use on a day to day.

I took great care of my pan, and the nonstick coating wore away in about 3 months. It's par for the course with any type of nonstick coating, however, even with oil, a lot of things stick like glue to this pan.  

It hasn't necessarily deterred me quite yet from purchasing again, but this time, maybe not a pot or a pan, perhaps just the dinnerware. Although, I'll probably need to see a lot more positive reviews over time to really dive back into this brand.

I’ve heard bad things about the pan so I never bought it, but I have the plates and the bowls. The plates arrived broken, but after I complained to customer service they sent me new ones. I like that the bowls stack, it’s good for space saving. The plates don’t stack perfectly though (they’re a little slanted) which I don’t love.

I purchased the wonder oven about a month ago and have been using it daily. So far the only issue I’ve had is the size is significantly smaller than the countertop/toaster oven I was using previously and that took a bit of getting used to. My husband joked that it looks like an army branded easy bake oven (because of the color.) I don’t have any real negatives to point out other than the staggeringly high price point for such a small item. However, it does work really well and I like that the included sheet pan feels dense and high quality, which wasn’t true of my previous oven. I also thought I would hate the knobs, but I’ve come to prefer their functionality over the finicky button panel of my previous oven. All in all, if you don’t mind the small size, it’s a great product. For reference—it’s barely larger than an iPad mini and too small for a standard “toaster oven size” silpat mat. My reasoning for only four stars is because I think the nearly $200 price tag is unfair for such a small item, but I understand that’s capitalism for ya ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 

I must say, I absolutely love & appreciate my frying pan & pot. The colors they offering bring a pizzazz to the kitchen. The durability of the both are great as I’ve had them for 2 years now. I can use both to cook for my fiance & I. The wooden utensils provided with the cookware is perfect so it doesn’t scratch the bottoms.

It’s pretty good! I don’t think it’s a multipurpose pan but I love the color and when it burns, it easily comes off with their complementary scrubber 

Do not order anything from this site because they are scammers. My husband and I recently moved to Canada and ordered this cookware for our family. We ordered the Ultimate Cookware Set in steam color, since the color is not the same as on the website, I asked them to replace it in char color, since the replacement deadline is 100 days. They told me to pack everything as they sent me, which I did. I packed the two products in a large box, where the Always Pan 2.0 and Perfect pot are also located and stuck two stickers, since there are two products inside, and I sent the other two in two other boxes with stickers. In the post, they scanned three labels, since there are two products in one box (they scanned only one). My husband and I asked why she didn't scan the second one, the worker said that there was no need, because it was only one box, regardless of the fact that there are two products inside, so Our Place will check it when they receive the package. After a few days, the pan arrived at my address, but without the Always Pan 2.0. Then I realized that they don't check the returned packages at all and that they cheated me about Always Pan 2.0 and that they will never send it to me. Also, the Mini Always Pan 2.0 that was sent to me in char color was used and was damaged. When I sent them pictures of the damaged product, they didn't even bother to answer me. That's why they have an offer where you can use the product for free for 100 days and when you return it, they sell it to someone else, regardless of whether it's damaged or used. I have all the photos and emails and I can send them to everyone so that they can see how they cheated me and that they didn't send me the product I paid for. Please feel free to contact me, I will reply to everyone and forward photos and email correspondence with the company Our Place. Please don't buy anything from them because they are scammers. In my family, only my husband works and we barely earned the money to buy this dish for the New Year and they cheated us. I've been crying for days and I don't know what to do, I've never experienced anything like this before. I am asking all people if they can help me and advise me what to do and who to turn to for legal help. They don't give you a phone number, you can't contact them, they only contact you by email and you can't do anything.


Our Place has always been on my wishlist and I wanted to buy their cookware but I was waiting on the perfect color for me. As soon as I saw the ACID color I was sold! I been having these for a year and they are still in great condition. If you take care of them they will last you. You also have to keep in mind to cook on medium go low not on high. This will help them last longer :) I love their products! A great investment for myself since I cook everyday and looking at these every time I cook makes me happy so they are worth every penny!

I have used the Always Pan and Pot for 6 months now and I really love them. They are easy to clean and have stayed in good condition so far. They have really cute colors, and I love the scrubber that it comes with, along with the care instruction card.

My Always Pan looks so pretty in my kitchen. I use the pan nearly everyday it is perfect for most of the food I cook. The metal steam tray is awesome along with the spot to hold the wooden spoon. However, the cookware pricey.

Got a bundle set and have to say they last a long time! I loved so I gave the set to my mom and she loves them! Pricey but worth the price and they’re healthy to cook in. 

I didn't end up liking this pan. The concept is great but I found that was not non-stick and sticky foods like eggs were difficult to cook. It did work with my portable induction stove which was useful.

I was so excited to get my first pan. The design and convenience of the product was great. Only downside is the inner peeled and damaged so fast, it did not last more than 2 months and I had to toss it. Feels like a good concept but they need to work on the quality.

Cute, but not really worth the price because it doesn't really do anything special ...other than being aesthetic and heavy good quality/durability overall! I think I have seen some quite similar in look and colours at winners/marshalls for a quarter of the price though, so it depends if your buying it more for looks or not, but I can say that the quality is strong still <3 

Been following the brand for a while now - always loved the aesthetic. Purchased the pot, pan and the air fryer. I love using them and how they look in my kitchen :)

This pan was great at first. However, I found that over time the nonstick coating came off. also the wooden spoon didn’t last long

It works and my pan has laster, but the coating deteriorates and the handle on the side of the pan gets very hot and feels useless.

Beautiful pieces of cookware that are modern in appearance. Versatile cookware. Unfortunately, my piece started having signs of wear and tear within a few months.

My daughter spent her hard-earned money on the Always Pan® 2.0 back on 11/25/21.

I take meticulous care of everything I own. For the most part all I use this pan for is eggs. I never crack the eggs in the side of the pan, and is always hand washed.

The finish has started to chip and peel. I asked for a replacement and they want no part of me. They keep reciting their not so generous 1-year warranty policy. They have no interest in keeping a customer happy … or, for that matter, even keeping a customer.

The quality of the merchandise stinks and their customer service is worse. No telephone number so they simply hide behind emails.

We have cookware from when we got married in 1979 that has stood the test of time better than this has in three years.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY OF THIS COMPANY’S PRODUCTS.

I absolutely love this brand! Their branding, the quality and usage of the products, and the style... Love everything about it!
