My go-to boring and ugly American Tourister black carry-on gave out on me after 9 years of service (10/10 durability). On the market for a treat yo self stylish upgrade for my suitcase, I got the Monos Carry-On pro and I am obsessed. It's functional, has held up great over several international flights over the last few months, and the four wheel drive is impressively smooth. Above all - its just CUTE.

Bought the Carey on and checked bag as gifts for my mom. The handle broke during her first trip. Customer service was very bad. They wouldn’t respond for many days in a row and wouldn’t send a replacement only replacement parts that she would have to install herself with very little feedback. It took over 2 months to finally get fixed. Update. The wheels are now broken and we are going through the repair process again. Bags are less than a year old

Really stylish and support

I just bought one of the suitcases for my boyfriend for his birthday. He loves it. Its really high quality and looks great, He loves the compartmentalizing of the suitcase and the compression straps. It looks sleek and definitely an upgrade for a business man.

Love, love, love the mission of this company. I researched luggage, thinking I wanted to go with a competitor before finding Monos. I try to support ethical and innovative companies and that’s exactly what I found here. I’ve had my Monos carry-on for years and it continues to perform perfectly. It’s stayed nice, wheels perfectly, and fits all my needs for a 1-2 week trip!

Hands down my favorite carry on. I always get so many compliments whenever I use it. My only problem is not purchasing the plus option with laptop compartment.

I like the idea of Monos' modular accessories (i.e. the Metro duffle comes with a detachable pouch), but I find them to be a bit bulky. I purchased the Metro duffle but ultimately returned it for the Calpak Hue Duffle (which is more malleable and had organization that better fit my needs. The quality was impeccable though.

I really wanted to say that these were over-priced, but so far, they are worth it! Really well-designed, have held up on several trips now, and the larger carry-on size plus packing cubes helped me fit a 2-week trip into 1 carry-on. The leather backpack is also very attractive and stylish for work trips.

High quality and stylish. One knock down since it does scratch easily. They give you a buff pad but it doesn’t do much.

My Monos has now had a few trips with me and it's held up so well. Definitely switching from Away to Monos go-forward. Love their quality and colors!

I got a set as gift to replace my longtime Tumi luggage set. These feel high quality and are extremely lightweight, great for weight requirements for checked bags. The locks are very easy to use and I love the storage compartments.

I went with this brand instead of Away because of their transparency in testing products and the quality seems much better. I do not regret, really love their items. The colors are super fashionable :)

2023 update: still holding up perfectly after many many trips. I always get compliments on the wheels as they are SUPER smooth! The luggage is light yet sturdy, and I love the interior pockets. Thoughtful design - comes with shoe bags and plastic bag for liquids. I've never had problems with the wheels. Mine shipped really quickly (and I ordered it during the holiday season in 2021).

MY FAVORITE LUGGAGE! I have been on the hunt for a good luggage and this is it. The front shell lugggage is my favorite. My boyfriend and I both purchasesd these as gifts for each other for christmas

I have the carry on as well as the check-in large! I'll never go back to another luggage brand again. Great quality & super smooth wheels for getting through the airport. The check-in large is very roomy, but perfect for a long trip! I did go neutral with all black for both, but they have such good colors that it's hard to choose!!

I've had my carry-on suitcase for almost a year now and have taken it on many trips and many overhead bins. So far it's been a major upgrade from my previous soft-shell suitcase! I love the organized inside with the compression straps and all the drawstring bags that come with it, I can definitely fit way more in this bag than any other carry on I've used!

Very sturdy luggage. Does scratch easily, but the overall look remains sleek. Love the compression pad, really helps squeeze in more clothes. Worth the money & I expect it’ll last for years to come!

I have the hybrid carry on in silver aluminum and I love it. It's sleek, the wheels are smoother than Away, and the lock mechanism is wonderful. The compression mechanism is also much sturdier than Away's plastic tubing.

Love the look, the pockets/compartments in the suitcase, and their wonderful customer service. It’s been durable
