  • I ordered a carry on a medium size check bag. On the very first flight, the check in bag was dented and the zipper broke. Customer service did replace it, but they did attempt to push back on it. Since then, no problems with many flights. Perhaps just a fluke. Excellent colors.

  • Monos has completely redefined travel for me! Their luggage, bags, and accessories are the perfect blend of simplicity, style, and functionality. Inspired by the Japanese concept of *mono no aware*, the designs focus on elegance and a deep appreciation for the beauty of impermanence. The quality is outstanding—everything feels well-crafted and durable, yet lightweight. I especially love the luggage; it’s spacious, easy to maneuver, and looks sleek. Whether it’s for a short trip or a long adventure, Monos has thought of everything to make travel more enjoyable and hassle-free. If you're looking for travel gear that’s not only practical but also thoughtfully designed, Monos is a must-have!

  • MY FAVORITE LUGGAGE! I have been on the hunt for a good luggage and this is it. The front shell lugggage is my favorite. My boyfriend and I both purchasesd these as gifts for each other for christmas

  • I ordered the wrong item (absolutely my fault). I meant to order the weekender but instead I ordered the duffel. It was a gift for my mom for her 65th birthday. I reached out to their customer service a couple of days before to see if I ordered the right one (and paid the $50+ for express delivery) that hopefully someone could help ensure it got shipped out right away. That did not happen. There was no way to speak to a real person, just a bot. Even when the bot told me they were getting a real person, I'm pretty sure it was just a bot again. I had also reached out to them via email and no one ever got back to me. Just really unsympathetic and unhelpful. This is not the customer service of a company that is supposed to be a bit more luxury. Although I (admittedly) made an initial error in ordering, I was willing to pay for next-day delivery (and did pay $54CAD + tax for delivery in 1-2 business days), however, I did not receive my item when I needed it and instead had a really hard time dealing with customer service. I hate not being able to speak to someone. There's no accountability and no human kindness in the interaction.
