I’ve tried several flavors of liquid IV. I prefer to dilute these a little more than recommended only due to the sweetness of some of the flavors. These make drinking water much easier though! I like the added health benefits. Honestly a little on the expensive side.

As someone who feels dehydrated often, I always have one of these near me. The sugar free lemon/lime is my favorite flavor -- not too strong.

Really wanted to love this. Works great, dehydration wise, if you can get it down. Also, a little pricey. I will stick to Gatorade and water.

Pro/neutral: price seems to be average among electrolyte drink mixes. I can't comment on the nutritional aspects beyond acknowledging that these are of course better than your average sports drink. Con: it's salty. Too salty for me to buy again. Note: I would recommend these for a larger water bottle for sure. Their packets are larger than some others, so one pack has a bigger punch in terms of flavor than some other brands.

I've tried the passion fruit and then the Citrus ones and the lime and I can definitely say passion food is where it's at it's tasty and is hydrating for sure. Unfortunately they do have added sugar and it's just not as clean as I would like.

I dehydrate very easily and far too quickly. This product helps keep me balanced and healthy! Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a boost from sickness, fun in the sun, or a good ol binge drinking session! I am only giving 4 stars because I don’t like flavored drinks, but this definitely packs a punch and gets me back to my normal!

Liquid IV is such a miracle worker when it comes to dehrydation after a long flight or a heavy night of drinking. That being said, I really don't love the taste. It's very artificial but willing to put up with it for its effectiveness.

I use liquid IV when I am feeling a bit dehydrated and also when I or someone in my home is sick. I have also served it to my husband when he is working outside in the hot summer sun in order to keep him healthy and hydrated. So not only are these effective, but they are convenient to use in single serve sticks. The flavor is also very delicious.

I have POTS from long covid. Liquid IV was recommended by my cardiologist along, one a day, and 80- 100 oz of fluids a day. I started with the watermelon and guava, until it reached this point where the flavor tasted extremely artificial and weird. Anyways, I highly recommend the sugar free white peach and I hope they make more natural flavors.

Some of their flavours are great, but generally have an artifically after taste to them. It's a bit of trial and error to find the one you like. Generally these are great and mix very well, but they are definitely a bit pricier than other alternatives on the market.

The flavors are really good, and I really enjoy that it makes me feel hydratated. whatever, i feel that it would be much better if it wa a little bit sweteer.

I’ve enjoyed the flavors of these that I’ve tried, but I generally only feel like splurging on them when I’m sick and need the extra electrolytes. They’re sweet, but not overly sweet and they mix well in bottled water.

In a pinch, these are great! I actually used them when I was out and about in Kenya in the summer and would get dehydrated quickly. I think a lot of people use them too often and are taking in more sodium than they should, but when you really need to be hydrated, these are great.

They come in convenient packets but are pretty sugary.

I have tried A LOT of electrolyte products in my life and Liquid IV is nothing special in my opinion. These are expensive and taste like fake sugar. For the price I wish they tasted better, but I do love the variety of flavors they have

I had high hopes for these but there are so many electrolyte packets on the market now and they just didn't stand out. The flavors are ok but I thought left a strange after taste and are full of sugar. I would use in a pinch but not my first choice.
