I love the taste of Liquid I.V., especially the Watermelon flavor. The blend of hydration minerals is awesome. My issue is, I can't find a hydration drink that doesn't have over 200% daily value of B vitamins. I'm vegan, and almost every vegan product that has any kind of processing contains added B vitamins. My doctor was concerned with the extremely high amounts of B vitamins in my bloodwork. I understand that vegans can be deficient, but these days it's added to so many everyday foods, drinks, and unrelated supplements. I would love to find this quality blend and ratio of electrolytes without the added B vitamins so I can dose separately if needed.

As someone who feels dehydrated often, I always have one of these near me. The sugar free lemon/lime is my favorite flavor -- not too strong.

I’ve tried several flavors of liquid IV. I prefer to dilute these a little more than recommended only due to the sweetness of some of the flavors. These make drinking water much easier though! I like the added health benefits. Honestly a little on the expensive side.

My favorite electrolytes! Love the sugar free rainbow sherbet flavor. Only con is they don’t have a lot of sugar free flavors 

I think liquid IV does great when it comes to flavor. When it comes to their formula, however, I’m not as impressed. It has a decent amount of sodium and potassium, but no magnesium which is part of what we lose when we sweat, which is the point of electrolytes. It’s better than nothing but if you want an actually effective electrolyte, this isn’t the best.

Liquid IV if definitely effective and tasty but I don’t like how much added sugar some of them have. It’s a good thing to add to a mixed drink though. 

My go-to is Ultima replenisher, which is very mellow and has kept me hydrated at Burning Man for over 10 years now. Imagine my surprise when trying first the lemon lime and then the strawberry and getting a massive salt infusion when I was not expecting one.  The flavors do mix well, but I couldn't get over the the electrolyte punch in my first sip.

A must in my travel bag, great for optimizing hydration and for on the go electrolytes. Delicious flavors and a major pick me up when dehydrated!

It tastes super sweet. If you are not sensitive to the taste of stevia like me, then you might be more accepting of the taste. The sugary taste overpowers the flavor that it's hard for me to swallow it.

I was excited to try this product after seeing people talking about it so much! I love the passionfruit flavour. It’s slightly salty, which was a bit strange at first, but I appreciate that there aren’t a ton of artificial flavours and sweeteners added to cover up the natural saltiness of the electrolytes. I use about twice as much water as it says to and it’s the perfect ratio for me. Helpful when I’ve been sick, had a big workout, or just need a little boost for my day! 

The lemon 🍋 lime 🍋‍🟩 flavor tastes great, a little of this packet goes a long way. I used one packet over a course of drinking water and it lasted a long time. I liked it during hiking. Nice and light and easily packable in my snack tote. 

This does an amazing job at rehydrating your body while not tasting any water at al. The taste is a little strong a artificial but it is exactly what you would expect from a drink mix powder. 

Absolutely love liquid IV! The watermelon flavor is probably my favorite. I work 12 shifts in the ER and am a runner and this is my favorite way to stay hydrated. It gives you a little extra boost and tastes great!

Oh someone save my tastebuds. Not mater how much we changed the amount of water we used, this beverate tasted sooooo foul. The best solution we found to replenishing electrolytes was taking it down like a shot.

Once in a while i find challenging to keep up with all the hydration I need, especially during summer when I'm chasing my boys around. Liquid IV gives me a boost and helps me stay active, hydrated, and keep up with hydration. A little bit of flavor goes a long way and helps me drink more water throughout the day without intaking too much sugar or get a migraine. I love that it has electrolytes and vitamins. It mixes easily with regular water and easy to sip on or drink. Now I don't purely rely on one packet all day, I still keep up with my hydration as that's super important for my body. My only downfall is that I find these packets having too much sodium. This is great for a road trip, flying, and hiking as it helps replenish electrolytes my body needs. Taking a packet on the plane is super helpful as I can't have water going through airport security. I simply take an empty 40oz water bottle with me and then once I pass security I pour the packet with just regular water. It helps me and it helps the airport. Overall, a great product to have on hand.

I’ve tried Liquid IV on several occasions, however I find the flavors can be a hit or a miss. While this was effective, I did not enjoy the large packet. The amount of product that was considered a single serving seemed to be way larger than other electrolyte packets. Personally, I prefer a lower sugar/ higher salt content option for electrolytes, but this is not bad. I think the citrus flavors tend to be better than the non-citrus flavors. 

I really enjoy the Sugar-Free liquid IV. While i like the taste of the regular one, I find that it has too much sugar, so I opt for the sugar free ones. Delicious!
