I like Liquid I.V.  It is a hydration product designed to replenish electrolytes and provide hydration more efficiently than water alone. With its convenient single-serving packets, it's easy to take on the go and mix into water for a quick boost of hydration. The product comes in various flavors, catering to different taste preferences. Its formula is backed by science and claims to hydrate you two to three times faster and more effectively than water alone, making it popular among athletes, travelers, and those seeking a convenient way to stay hydrated. However, some users may find the taste too sweet or artificial, depending on their personal preferences. Overall, Liquid I.V. is a convenient and effective option for boosting hydration levels, especially during times of increased activity or dehydration.

Good product. I tried many flavors and my favorite is lemon ginger. It tastes a better than other products 

Pro/neutral: price seems to be average among electrolyte drink mixes. I can't comment on the nutritional aspects beyond acknowledging that these are of course better than your average sports drink. 

Con: it's salty. Too salty for me to buy again. 

Note: I would recommend these for a larger water bottle for sure. Their packets are larger than some others, so one pack has a bigger punch in terms of flavor than some other brands.  

These Liquid IVs are my go to nowadays during long exercises in the summer months to keep me hydrated. Love the lemon flavour. 

Overall I like this product. However, it does contain a lot of sodium, and the price is pretty high for the product.

I am sold on the sugar- flavors, however, I wish there were more options. I like that these packs are convenient for on-the-go travel & working out. Sometimes they are hard to dissolve in water though and I think the tablet form like Nuun would be better. Regardless, I will take electrolytes how I can get them and this one is effective for workouts and hangover prevention. 

I’ve been using LiquidIV since they launched a few years ago. I’ve always enjoyed the original lemon lime flavor - it does a great job making me feel hydrated when I can’t get enough water in or after exercise.

The sodium content is high (yes, that’s where all the electrolytes are from) and so is the sugar. So I try to limit to no more than one pack a day. I find if you buy them in bulk on Amazon or at Costco, they are a much better price

Tasted artificial, the hype is just that. A lot people say to drink it all the time but it’s for rehydration. It has a purpose. 

Amazing! They make your water taste good while also making you feel good! As someone who was in marching band during the 110+ days in Texas they are a lifesaver!
