I found the packets too sweet. It was almost sickening and I love candy.

Won’t go on any sort of vacation or weekend away without liquid IV. My husband sent a doordash of liquid IV and snacks to the last bachelorette party I went on, it brought us back to life! Flavors are delicious and it’s so easy to take anywhere.

Definitely good for a hydration boost. Could taste a little better but it’s really pretty good all things considering. Has helped me feel better!

Good for folks with pots but the artificial sweetener flavor does ruin the experience for me. I am sensitive to this taste. Difficult to find an electrolyte powder that doesn’t have stevia, monkfruit, errithrytol etc.

I'm a huge fan of these. I mostly stick with other electrolyte tabs for training or recovery due to the price, but for actual pursuits, backpacking trips, long rides, and being outside for an extended period of time, nothing compares to Liquid I.V. The best tasting and fastest working supplement.

We’re a big fan of Liquid IV but so excited now that they have a sugar free option! Now we just need more sugar free flavors for us to fall in love with!

I’ve had these on hand for bachelorette parties and they seem to work pretty well to make my hangover decrease :) the only downside is that they are pretty pricey!

I think there are better electrolyte packets out there, ingredient wise. Liquid IV seemed to be first to market and have a decent % of market share but the space is diversifying a lot.

Great flavor but a little too sweet for me. An easy fix it to mix more water than suggested and then it is perfect. I do long outdoor workouts + summers in Austin are no joke. I noticed a substantial increase in my overall recovery when I added Liquid I.V. to my water. No more headaches + less achy muscles. I'm definitely a fan!!

Liquid IV changed my life! Sounds dramatic but it's true! I found Liquid IV a few years ago when I was looking for a product to help with hangovers for my destination wedding welcome bags. I tried it out on myself first and loved how it made me feel even on days I wasn't drinking. Our wedding guests also loved it and many of them can't live without it now either. I love Liquid IV for travel, for extra hydration on days I workout and love to have it before a night out. I haven't experienced a hangover since I've started using Liquid IV. Their energy and sleep formulas are great and I can't wait to try the sugar free flavors. Fan for life!

Appreciate the idea behind it, but flavors are very hit or miss and they often taste artificial. And too sweet! It was great at the time it launched, but now there are competitors in the space that are making better tasting products and achieving the same (if not better) end goals.

I dont love the ingredients in these - they taste artificial, but in an absolute pinch I will grab one. I would prefer to add Himalayan salt and lemon or other ingredients at home into my water, works just as well for hydration without the added sugar/flavorings.

Overall, I like the idea but find that the taste is hard to drink (they taste almost salty)... I have to usually pair these with a water flavor. I also think these are incredibly expensive for what they are.

Some of the flavors are impossibly thick no matter how much you dilute it with water. Issues with consistencies but when it’s good it’s good

they are far too sweet and the purpose of curing any hangover is evaporated by the power of my immediate nausea. i’ve tried several times, but the taste is unbearable for my salty palette
