Liquid I.V. is a great product for hydration with delicious flavors, providing an energy boost and electrolyte replenishment. Effects are enhanced with cold drinks and a cocktail shaker. However, some flavors are disappointing and it contains a high level of sugar.

Great for hydration but has a large amount of sugar making it not good for health. Flavors also taste artificial. 

The grape is my favorite! I used it to prep for Coachella and I have never felt more hydrated. I find myself craving it now.

Candidly, I'm not a fan of Liquid I.V. I like the idea of an easy on-the-go electrolyte-packed packet, but don't like all of the added sugar in Liquid I.V.'s varieties. Thus, if I'm going to get my boost of electrolytes, I'm going to look towards sugar-free options.

I am not a huge fan of the flavors, but Liquid IV is the only thing that kept me alive during Bonnaroo. 

Some of the flavors taste better than others, but overall the brand is a tried and true favorite!! It consistently gets the job done.

I found the taste too salty for me and didn't notice much more of a pick-me-up compared to a gatorade and coffee combo. 

My partner and I are obsessed with Liquid IV. We love the variety of flavors, the taste, and that they help us drink more water. They can be kind of expensive for what you get in a pack, but if you can buy them in bulk somewhere like Sam’s Club, it’s really worth it!

I love this stuff, but it's a little sweet for me. It also sometimes settles at the bottom of the glass, so I don't feel like I'm getting my full serving when I take it. 

i love the convenience factor but i'm looking for an option that has less sugar.

Honestly I didn’t see a help of it, it tastes too salty for me to regularly drink it, and as someone that is very dehydrated it just didn’t work well enough for the price.
