I got laser hair removal. That significantly cut down my need to shave but I wanted a plastic free razor, still need a razor sometimes for the stray hair that is left and leaf looked like the closest thing to what I had been using previously. It is an adjustment, when you are used to razors with safety strips and lotions built in, you can't shave the same. you have to use soap or shaving cream of some sort and I have to be a lot slower around my knees or I will cut myself, but for me thats a small price to pay to not be putting plastic and metal blades and plastic razors in landfills anymore.

Recently invested in a few products from leaf shave and it’s totally worth it. I’ve purchased the leaf razor, dermaplaner and the shave oil. I love the shave oil for dermaplaning, it takes the experience up 10 notches. The great thing about the razors are that if you need (or want to) you can try out other brands of blades.

I have the classic 3-blade razor and I absolutely love it. So easy to use and to clean, and I love that I'm not throwing away unrecyclable cartridges every few shaves. The blades are easy to change with the little magnets inside the razor head, easy to hold for disposal in their cute little tin, and the razor itself has a good weight and grip for shaving. 10/10.

I've owned the Leaf razor for about 4 years and it's my most favorite shave of all time. It does take some re-learning how to shave, but I'm always happy with the results. I'm super interested in the new derma-planer. The finish will rub off eventually if you have hard water and keep your razor in the shower.

I started dermaplaning years ago with cheap, plastic face razors from Amazon but had to stop because I noticed it was making my breakouts worse. However, I love the effects of dermaplaning in terms of how smooth it makes my skin and how nicely makeup goes on. I thought I would give Leaf a try since it's a much higher quality product, and I was hopeful the breakouts wouldn't be an issue. Unfortunately, I think my acne-prone skin just can't deal with dermaplaning no matter what kind of razor I use. That being said, if my skin could tolerate it, I would 100% continue using the Leaf razor and recommend it to anyone. It has such a nice weight to it, is very well made, and I love the sustainability aspects. Incredible product, just sadly not for my personal skin type!

I grabbed the Dermaplaner from a thingdrop and, while i love the hardware design and simplicity of the functionality, I just don't find it effective for the purpose it's intended. Using a standard, classic razor is still more impactful and effective without much irritation, and the leaf dermaplaner just doesn't quite compare.

I have both the leaf and twig razors gifted by the brand for content back in 2020 when they launched twig and I recommend these razors to anyone who is looking to reduce waste in their home. I also got one for my partner to shave his facial hair and he loves it. After the initial purchase, I haven't had to purchase blades since. I think it's worth every penny and nice to get on sale or with a discount around earth month or plastic free july!

Love the sustainability and ease of use with the leaf! I hate buying razor cartridges and they fixed that issue for me. Great shave, great packaging, highly recommend.

Definitely better than the rinky dink plastic dermaplanners I was using! I’ll continue to buy blades for it. I use it every few weeks and love how easy it is to use and clean

I love dermaplaning my own face, but until I got the dermaplane tool through leaf shave I was using those relatively dull and almost serrated looking ones from Amazon. This has been a HUGE upgrade. Can verify that the razors are extremely sharp (have cut myself a few times but that’s absolutely just user error), but I love the product.

Works well as a dermaplaner and definitely way less waste than most razors

I got the dermablade from a thingdrop but already had the razor and I love them both. I bought the razor for me and my husband about 2 or 3 years ago and bought 50 razors with them and I haven't paid for any refills or new razors since. We still have plenty of blades to go, and everything works perfectly. I was a little afraid of it in the beginning since I had never used a razor like this, but as long as I exfoliate before I shave I have no issues with bumps, cuts or anything. It is pricey in the beginning, but I would have spent way more than that buy now if I was still using the disposable razors like before. And the derma lady is fantastic!

I am obsessed? I love the dermaplane and it gives such a clean look to my face and even shaves off tiny hair well.

Gorgeous product with really impressive attention to detail. I gave this product to my wife to test and she was floored by just how much more enjoyable and effective this was when compared to the plastic version from other manufacturers she’s used previously.

I was surprised how much I liked this! But it gave me a close and lux feeling shave!

I really love this product! Such an innovative design. Always looking to swap items I have for more sustainable alternatives, but they true test is if they function the same. This product functions better. It is a bit intimidating as the other review said (at first), but the instructions really helped me feel secure with using it. I highly recommend making a swap to leafshave since it is a cleaner alternative!

Pricey upfront, but worth it in the long run. Go very slowly, easy to nick yourself if you go too quickly.

WOW! I will never use another razor AGAIN - the high quality and weight of the handle/product is amazing - you can choose 1-3 blades depending how close of shave YOU prefer and the blades are very easy to replace and are eco-friendly option! I am so proud to purchase this item.

I love this brand! The Leaf razor and Dermaplaner are the most direct 1:1 switch from normal razors & dermaplaners to drastically more eco-friendly, low-waste versions. They're perfect to me. There is a learning curve when it comes to the weight and feel of the razor, but after a handful of uses you should be a pro. The only other issue is the slipperiness of the handle once you have soap on your hands but this was easily fixed by just putting a rubber band or two on it. I do believe they sell a grip sleeve now though. Definitely worth the money considering you only ever have to buy blades for the rest of your life which can be as cheap as 0.15 each.

I really love the twig! It’s a single blade it works so well! These are also really easy to care for and durable. 10/10 recommend.
