We have hard water, which causes a lot of buildup in the shower. Mostly, my hair and skin are not in good condition. I used their shower filter, and I definitely see an improvement in skin texture. My hair is also back. Happy customer.

Revolutionized my hair care and self-care routine in the shower. I was very impressed with the packaging and how easy inconvenient this was to install. it even came with the wrench. It was super easy to put in my showerhead and once it was on, it’s a very large sturdy high-quality looking showerhead and the filter looks very fine and I’m sure it filtering through it very well. the water pressure is slightly better, but this is mostly to filter your water and improve your skin body and hair.

We have a Jolie and I enjoy it. I do wish the filters were more price friendly, and that it was hand held!

I didn’t expect to care this much about a filtered showerhead, but Jolie seriously made a difference!! My hair feels softer, my skin isn’t as dry, and it just makes my showers feel a little more luxe. It’s one of those things you don’t realize you needed until you try it — I've been living in airbnbs since October due to some renovations and every shower I miss my Jolie :( only con is that you have to be SUPER strong to replace the filter haha

I received the Jolie shower filter through ThingTesting in exchange for a donation (I believe it was to support whales, which I thought was a really cool initiative!). I genuinely love the sleek, minimalist design—it looks great in my bathroom and feels like a quality product. One thing I wish they offered, though, is a handheld version. Right now, it’s a fixed showerhead, so I can’t detach it or use it for things like washing my dog. Having an extendable or handheld option would make the product way more versatile. I also had a less-than-great experience with customer service. My filter arrived with some weird gold residue on it, and when I reached out, it took almost a week and a half to hear back. They told me it was still safe to use and that I’d have to return it just to get a replacement—even though I wasn’t comfortable using it as-is. That part was frustrating and not quite what I expected from a brand at this price point. Still, I think the concept is solid, and the design is beautiful. If they improve customer support and offer more flexible product options in the future, I’d definitely be more likely to recommend it.

I’m not sure if it actually does anything, but I really like the look of the Jolie showerhead. It’s really easy to put on and change out the filter and overall I feel like it’s worth it.

I have been using my Jolie shower head for two months now and I can now say- it's worth the hype. I have definitely noticed a difference with my hair and skin. It was also SO easy to install- I did it myself in less than 5 minutes just like they advertised.

So far, my experience with this shower head is great. Good pressure, feels good on your hair and skin. My only complaint is the initial price, but I would definitely recommend this as an investment if you’re tired of spending money on products to alleviate hair and skin issues.

I got this as a gift and have been using it in my nyc apartment for a few months now. It was pretty easy to install and easy to replace the filters. I honestly don’t know if I can tell any difference in my skin and hair as it claims to help with (there’s so many factors that go into that so it’s hard to know), but it is a good showerhead anyway. I do notice some of the holes get rusted but I guess that’s inevitable with constant moisture. I can’t speak to its benefits but I do like it for my shower!

worth it

I got to try Jolie while staying with a friend this weekend and I really enjoyed the water pressure, vital aspect to any shower. I'm curious to see if I used it for longer or purchased one for myself if I would see a difference in my hair texture.

I really love our Jolie showerhead purchased through thingdrop – we live in Brooklyn and I've definitely noticed better scalp health and just overall body skincare health. I'm super happy with it for the price we paid (50% off) and had friends and family that requested it for gifts prior to us even purchasing. I really do wish it had an adjustable head for when I do a hair mask and want to rinse only my scalp or water the larger plants we put in the shower – I was gifted another shower head that had the adjustable feature and it's the only thing I wish we had for those reasons.

Consider me a convert. I was so skeptical of a pricey shower head, and thought do I really need to pay for ANOTHER subscription? But I periodically have an itchy scalp and use good quality haircare product so couldn't understand why my scalp was always so dry. After doing research, I decide to give Jolie a shot and it actually has made a difference. After a month and a half of using it, there's a noticeable difference in how healthy my hair looks and how much longer I can go inbetween washing it without it getting overly greasy. My skin is also softer which shocks me as I really didn't think this was going to work! I guess my water is just incredibly hard, and the filter is doing wonders. This is well worth another subscription to me.

Love the design, how it works, how easy it is to install, how often I get new filters, and how I feel...especially living in NYC and knowing that my old pipes could definitely use a filter for the eater coming out of them.

We are loving our Jolie shower head. Our water is super hard and I have noticed the difference since replacing our old shower head with the Jolie one.

I purchased a Jolie filter after talking to my hairdresser about the minerals in Austin water that build up in our hair over time and could contribute to making my hair oily. I've been using it for a few months now and it's hard to know exactly if it's been working, but I do think my hair has been feeling healthier and doesn't get as oily as quickly. The look of them is also super nice (I have the matte black) and the pressure/way it feels is so good and relaxing. Alsoo installing it was SO easy!

Easy install, would highly recommend for anyone renting. Haven't noticed a huge difference in hair and skin, but I feel cleaner after taking a shower.
