Impossible Foods delivers convincingly meat-like flavor and texture according to reviews, with burgers, ground “beef,” nuggets, and sausages cooking and performing much like real meat and often pleasing meat eaters. • Love to see the new things they come out with and restaurant collabs. I have not tried much but the chicken nuggets and alternatives to ground beef have saved my vegetarian self many times when there is often nothing to eat!

Not available everywhere and not always the cheapest, but worth it when you want it!

  • A little too real for my liking, but I know that's the point!

Love the availability in restaurants - no complaints

  • The texture is great and it is very juicy. The meaty favor isn't overpowering.

  • Absolutely love this brand. After trying the "Impossible Burger" I knew I could leave my meat eating days behind. Been a vegetarian for 5 years, and don't look back! Love Impossible, can't wait to see what they come up with in the future.

  • Impossible has a decent taste. The Impossible burger was big a couple of years ago so we ordered one for my daughter & she ended up with food poisoning immediately or almost immediately afterwards. They have a decent taste but there definitely are other brands that are better. Ever since the food poisoning incident, we’ve been a bit leery of it anyways.

  • If only these were actually healthy! Just know though, the mission is to create an option to get people to consume just a little less meat, and I do think they've really accomplished something there (I'm not anti-meat, but it is commendable). The products I've tried are absolutely delicious, and do mimic the meat they claim - they are the best in the market in this space. Everything in moderation really.

  • Mixed experience with Impossible - some of their products are strong, others are...off. for me, it comes from the challenge of trying to mimic meat, versus sticking to alternative but not meat. I prefer Beyond, but wouldn't deny eating Impossible if that's what's available (said as a meat eater)

  • Their patties is all I’ve ever had and I love it. The closest vegan patty to taste like the “real thing”

  • I think it has too much SOY. And too many Thiamine (B-1) Grains. Grains aren't all that good for us. Per serving you put 2350% of Thiamin. OUCH! Thiamine, also known as thiamin and vitamin B1, is a vitamin, an essential micronutrient, which cannot be made in the body. It is found in food and commercially synthesized to be a dietary supplement or medication. Food sources of thiamine include whole grains, legumes, and some meats and fish.

  • I really like the taste of Impossible Foods. It really does taste like their meat counterparts! As more recipes become available, I look forward to incorporating more meat alternatives to my diet. Would recommend those that are skeptical to try it out!

  • This is hands down my favorite beef alternative on the market currently. It makes incredible burgers, beef crumbles, etc. Plus they recently have been making the product far more available and affordable.

Make more alt-meat products! I'd love to see a greater variation of products and not just beef.

  • I've enjoyed this brand for years and buy it in bulk about once a month. In the US, it's more expensive than meat, but that's because of national government subsidies and not Impossible's fault.

I had to edit my review as I realised it was giving me breakouts! I finally realised that the added B12 in their meat was causing my acne to flare up (a common side effect of B12 & biotin). If they would reformulate I would buy it again.

  • As a meat eater and burger lover, I was very pleasantly surprised by Impossible's plant-based burgers. They had the heft and feel of a burger, and a pleasing taste.

  • I really enjoy the burger and ground beef products, and I'm really eager to try their other products as they roll them out more widely.

  • THE iconic brand when it comes to vegan meat for me, hands down. They taste so much like the real thing it's scary. I almost always go for the burger patty ones which go so well with buttered burger buns.

  • I am a vegetarian due to ethical, religious and sustainability reasons, but I do enjoy meet. Especially for its texture, and do crave it every now and then. Impossible Food's fake meat is delish and satisfies me!

  • I have tried so many varieties of food from this brand and I am suprised each time I feel like they do such a great job at getting fake meat to taste like real meat. I don’t like to eat meat often and this helps

  • I've never really had meatless products before and this is my first time. I was very highly impressed by the quality and the taste and the texture of ground meat. I would like to have this more, but the price in comparison to ground beef is a very big difference.

  • The Impossible Burger has a convincing texture and flavor, but its overly processed ingredients and questionable health profile are a big turnoff.

  • It’s a really good simulation of meat. We’ve had the burgers, sausage, grounds. It always seem to cook up well. The sausages are nicely spiced, and the grounds are adaptable. The burgers are becoming more and more available at restaurants, so it makes for an easy meal while out and about.
