  • Impossible Foods is pretty good! The taste is surprisingly close to real meat, and the texture is on point. It’s a solid option if you're looking for plant-based alternatives, but still feels like the real deal.

  • I haven't personally liked any Beyond Meat products that I've tried but my vegan and vegetarian friends are huge fans of whatever I cook with them, so they must be doing something right. I like anything that helps people eat less red meat as it's horrible for the environment.

  • This is one of the better brands in it's category I buy them all the time and even my picky kids eat it

  • Impossible Foods has truly revolutionized the plant-based meat industry with its innovative approach to creating products that closely mimic the taste and texture of real meat. Their flagship product, the Impossible Burger, is impressively juicy and flavorful, making it a fantastic alternative for both vegetarians and meat-lovers alike. Plus, knowing it's a more sustainable option makes each bite even more satisfying. Overall, Impossible Foods has set a high standard for plant-based eating, and I highly recommend trying their products!

  • It scares me how realistic these products taste. They are so delicious and juicy and are my number one protein source. I highly recommend them.

  • great! if you are drunk you cant tell the difference with real meat. if you are sober its the roughly the same too

  • Delicious imitation meat products with *impossibly* good flavor and texture. Super impressed and happy with impossible’s beef and sausage products (especially the spicy sausage).

  • The "beef" is the best mock-meat on the market. The breakfast sausage has very good flavor and texture too. Not a huge fan of the sausages, but that's typical for me. LOVE THE NUGGEST but wish they weren't full of wheat and gluten.

  • Their burgers are wild. Legit try it!! I love that this is where we are heading to and saving one cow/planet at a time haha. And no none of my friends can tell the difference between this and real beef

  • I love their new sausage! Beef is great for parties where you have mixed company. I don't eat a lot of meat, and sometimes I crave a family recipe that is full of it. Impossible is a great compromise.

  • LOOOOVE Impossible Foods burgers. Too delicious. I've never ordered this directly to make at home, only in restaurants, but it constantly tastes amazing.

  • Have tried a few meat alternatives, and of the bunch, Impossible Foods is probably the one I enjoy most when considering taste and texture. They also have a rewards program, which is fun.

Price is still a bit high, especially compared to buying regular meats. Rewards program is fun, but the selection of rewards is limited at the moment.

  • I make Impossible Meatballs and they taste better than beef. The best meatball sub I've ever eaten was Impossible. 3/8 C Panko 3/8 C milk (I use cow but anything works) 12 oz Impossible ground meat 3/4 oz parm (we use the green tub and it's fine, veggie might also work? 🤷‍♂️) 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp salt sprinkle MSG if you're into that Mix panko and milk (this is a "panade") Combine parm, spices, meat. Smush together with your hands Mix in panade. Divide into balls (I get roughly 9). Saute in medium skillet or bake in the oven until cooked through.

I'd prefer the option of 1 pound blocks.

  • I’ve been a pescatarian for 15+ years and am a huge fan of Impossible’s products. Sometimes you just want a grilled burger or lazy chicken tenders, and Impossible always hits the spot. I don’t look at them as a “healthy” option but a solid choice when I’m craving comfort foods.

  • Beyond Burger was my staple, before I was able to get a hold of Impossible brands. Now I purchase them both equally based on availability. My partner and I enjoy getting the 'beef bricks' to craft a variety plant-based meaty balls out of for different dishes, and it holds up very well in his Albondigas. I haven't eaten meat in over 20 years, but I always enjoy alternatives to bring to cookouts to experiment with in my own home.

  • I'll keep trying these because I love the idea. The products are getting closer. Quality is good, taste and texture are improving.

  • Tastes good, very beef like. Allows a vegetarian or vegan to not feel left out of cookouts and BBQs which is great socially <3

  • I actually really like the taste of an impossible burger. A little less guilt than animal protein!

  • After nearly two decades as a vegetarian, Impossible Foods has made it possible for me to have dishes that I would never have been able to try before. It’s not perfect, and sometimes tofu does the trick better, but the level to which their products have been adopted in the restaurant space (through a great amount of marketing and money, I’m sure) has been a game changer.

  • I love their food. It’s one of the best vegetarian companies I’ve found
