As someone who doesn't eat meat, I was really excited by the introduction of Impossible Foods line of plant-based burgers and other meat-free products. I was even more intrigued when cooking them and noticing just how realistic they are to cooking and tasting like meat! Upon further review, I am disappointed by all of the added ingredients and oils to make them appear this authentic and tremendous degree of processing. I look forward to finding a less processed alternative.

Excellent meat replacement and, to my knowledge, environmentally conscious and healthy. I'll often reach for impossible products even when meat is available, simply because they satisfy the craving so well and provide the protein and nutrients you'd want from animal products.

Impossible foods was one of the first trendy meat alternatives on the market. I’ve had their products at restaurants and also purchased patties for home. I think they taste closer to “meat” than Beyond Burgers but people sensitive to textures wouldn’t like it. I do recommend it as a burger alternative.

I did not like the sausage alternatives

I love this brand. They make my favorite burgers ever, and I love that they are animal-free. These are easy to cook and have such great flavor that they don't need seasonings added to them.

I would chase impossible meatballs if I had to

I'm one of those junk food vegans, I want to be vegan but I also want to eat like I did prior to becoming vegan.  I really love their brats, sausage, ground "beef" and meatballs. So tasty! Another fantastic thing is it is gluten free as my husband has a gluten allergy.

Never been a fan of their faux meats, the taste and texture are awful and offer less benefits than real grass fed organic meats

I’ve never purchased impossible foods’ products to cook myself at home but I’ve had many a impossible burger out before. As someone who eats meat, it is good, but honestly makes my stomach hurt? Not totally sure why but have also heard the same from others. If I wasn’t a meat eater I do think it’s a great alternative!

It scares me how realistic these products taste. They are so delicious and juicy and are my number one protein source. I highly recommend them.

I like this brand. High quality and actually tastes like meat! A lot of different varieties which is nice

Honestly, I don't think I'm their target market for their burgers. I've never ate beef before. My friends have done a side by side taste of my impossible burger with their real burger before and I've only heard good things about how the taste compares to real meat which is super impressive. However, I personally am turned off a bit by the smoky meaty taste and it also makes my tummy mildly upset later :( 

Beyond Burger was my staple, before I was able to get a hold of Impossible brands.  Now I purchase them both equally based on availability.  My partner and I enjoy getting the 'beef bricks' to craft a variety plant-based meaty balls out of for different dishes, and it holds up very well in his Albondigas. I haven't eaten meat in over 20 years, but I always enjoy alternatives to bring to cookouts to experiment with in my own home.

Decent. I think they revolutionized vegan "meat" as we knew it but were quickly overtaken by other brands who would do it just a little bit better.

I love Impossible Foods, especially their burgers. There is even a local burger place that offers Impossible Burgers as a meat-alternative, which is great. Impossible Foods have a great consistency and flavor, so much that even my non-vegetarian friends love it. In addition to their burgers, my family and I also love their sausages and "chicken" nuggets.  

I like to try having meat free options at least once a week. I was presently surprised using impossible foods products. It’s never really going to taste like meat, but it’s a great substitute that doesn’t taste gummy or weird.
