  • Durable, squat-proof leggings
  • Flattering, compressive silhouettes
  • Supportive, sturdy sports bras
  • Breathable, lightweight seamless fabric
  • Inconsistent, confusing sizing charts
  • Thick, uncomfortable waistbands
  • Sheer, see-through leggings issues

Gymshark earns mixed reviews: the brand delivers durable, squat‑proof favorites like Vital Seamless and Energy Seamless for many, yet inconsistent fits, see‑through or thick/uncomfortable fabrics, and logo‑heavy aesthetics divide opinion. Reviews also praise supportive sports bras and flattering, compressive leggings, while recurring complaints cite sizing irregularities, waistband discomfort, fabric pilling/tearing, and notably poor customer service and refund/returns experiences—useful cautions for buyers deciding which collections and sizes to try.

  • My experience with this awful company has been a nightmare. I returned my sons Christmas gift for an exchange of a larger size. Today has been 16 days with multiple emails and they wont give me any tracking information, tell me when where my order is, or refund me. I keep getting the same email "we're looking into this". Doing my research I have noticed a pattern of them scamming people out of their money, not sending items, but keeping the money. I will never purchase another thing from them again.

  • I ordered 3 items (2 bottoms 1 top) from Gymshark as Christmas presents - all three were in the sale. bottoms were too small so I requested an exchange. 5 days later they issued me a refund - I went online to check the items were out of stock - they weren't. They just decided to issue a refund as they didn't want to exchange at the sale price because the sale was over and the items were back at full price. If you order from these people in the sale, make sure you know its going to fit. I'm now let with a top without the matching bottoms because they want me to pay £90 instead of the £28 I got them for!

  • I placed an order on the 16th of November during the Black Friday sale. I received a confirmation email at the time of purchase, followed by an update on the 18th stating that my order would be dispatched soon, and another on the 19th confirming it was on its way. Yet, on the 3rd of December, I suddenly received two separate emails informing me that my entire order has been refunded. This is appalling conduct for a brand of Gymshark’s size and reputation, especially during a major sale event where they clearly failed to maintain adequate stock items they were promoting. I emailed them about this issue and they replied with a generic response with no care about the actual issue. The customer service is clearly lacking, as show by their cut and paste replies to negative reviews. Will not be purchasing from this company anymore.

  • Terrible! It's the second year that I order at the very start of the annual sale and then, after my order being accepted it gets cancelled 15 days later and all sales are over. Awful company.

  • There are no words that can describe how horrible their customer service is!!!! First of all there is no number to call, now I know why. To get hold of anyone even by email is impossible. First I was having conversations with AI on WhatsApp up then they realized I'm in Canada and the WhatsApp was only for Middle East, then I was messaging on email again by AI. After several emails it told me that im finally talking to human, that just kept on redirecting me to their rules and policies. Long story short my problems was not resolved and I end up paying for the same order 2x. Now I have two the same orders, despite the fact that I canceled it within 15 minutes and had pictures of it to prove it. No one cares!!! They get your $$$ and then they are done with you. Stay away from this company!!!

  • Gymshark has become one of my go-to activewear brands because their pieces are flattering and comfortable. The leggings especially have that sculpting fit that makes me feel confident at the gym, and the seamless fabric is breathable enough for workouts or casual wear. I also appreciate that the prices are lower than luxury brands like Lululemon while still feeling stylish and trendy. That said, sizing can be inconsistent, and not every collection holds up the same — some of my leggings look brand new after dozens of washes, while others pilled quicker than I expected. Still, for the price and the look, Gymshark is hard to beat. It’s a brand I recommend if you’re willing to try a couple of fits before finding your favorite style.

  • I was a massive Gymshark fan back in the 2015-2018 era when they were still an emerging brand, and I felt they had really high quality exercise apparel. As I've continued buying over the years, I've found that the quality isn't really there anymore - I think they've just pivoted into that "mass production" mindset. The last few pieces I purchased tore very quickly, and it's not like I was buying too sizes too small. I had a long sleeve top that ripped around my armpit, a pair of workout pants that ripped around the crotch, and another pair where a hole emerged between the waistband and the actual legging part. Bummer because I used to love their stuff. Wishing them all the best though - their designs are awesome.

  • Gymshark gear looks great on social media, but the fit and fabric are inconsistent. Some leggings are squat-proof and buttery soft, while others pill quickly and ride down. Returns can also be a bit of a headache.

  • I love the look of their products but have never really had luck with their sizing and fit. I've purchased multiple items but just don't love how they look nor the feel of the material.

  • Gym shark has great quality leggings and the fabric is thick and comfortable. However if you have no ass, you will not look like the model. The scrunch leggings do not scrunch with no buns

  • I don't understand the hype? I bought multiple outfits during their sale but hated everything and unfortunately couldn't return any of it. Their leggings were so uncomfortable around my thighs and I felt like I couldn't stretch properly in them. The bras were also incredibly unsupportive for my body (larger bust). The material was also really hot?

  • I would give the sports bra 10/10 but the leggings a 7/10. The sports bra has a great fit and has a thick bottom strap so it was very supportive. The leggings (for reference I love lululemon leggings) did not fit very well (specifically around my butt). LuluLemon leggings make you feel like they are part of your body but with these, I was constantly pulling them up or adjusting them. sports bra = "fit seamless sports bra" leggings = "training leggings" both were true to size

More high-rise features on the leggings would be nice.

  • Jim shark is probably the absolutely most durable brand of athletic where I have ever owned. Not only is it in style and cute but the fact that it is super durable, makes me happy 😃 definitely worth the price.

It's gym shark not Jim shark

  • I love Gymshark's clothing I own a variety of leggings, sports bras, shirts, zip-ups, and shorts from them. The clothes are high quality and I feel good wearing them in the gym and in everyday life.

  • I got a sports bra and leggings from Gymshark. I like the bra and it is supportive, but the leggings were sized weirdly and I ended up returning them. They also felt low quality.

  • Big fan of their workout shorts and tanks. You kind of have to comb through the website to find the more subtle pieces (lots of their stuff has the logo alllllll over), and I'm more of a fan of the items with a small logo on the shoulder or on the shorts. The shorts are probably my favorite item though. The material is comfortable and love the zippers on the pockets. Be careful of going too small sizing wise though. I've got thick thighs, and some of their shorts run on the smaller side and will bunch up / roll up around my quads. They usually run pretty great sales too!

  • These are fine. I got a pair of workout pants from here pretty recently, and the thread came apart quite quickly. The only reason why that isn’t an instant one star is that I really like the material. Just not sure about the value, but I wish I could try another product and see if it’s better than the pants I got

  • Gymshark makes some great quality fitness wear, but I’ve had a bit of a mixed experience. The fabrics are durable and breathable, which makes them great for intense workouts. The fit is generally flattering, and I love how comfortable the leggings and tops are, even during long sessions at the gym. However, some of their items do run small, so I’d recommend trying them on or checking the sizing chart carefully. Additionally, while the designs are stylish, I’ve found that some pieces can pill a bit after multiple washes, which is a bit disappointing given the price. Overall, Gymshark offers great performance wear, but there’s room for improvement in durability and sizing consistency.

  • Most of the leggings I’ve gotten from spring to put amazing. However, I have had a few pairs that get a holes in the groin area after just a few wears and washes.

  • I love gymshark workout clothes! They always have great sales and I have several pairs of their leggings.
