  • Breathable, lightweight seamless fabric
  • Inconsistent, confusing sizing charts
  • Thick, uncomfortable waistbands
  • Sheer, see-through leggings issues

Gymshark earns mixed reviews: the brand delivers durable, squat‑proof favorites like Vital Seamless and Energy Seamless for many, yet inconsistent fits, see‑through or thick/uncomfortable fabrics, and logo‑heavy aesthetics divide opinion. Reviews also praise supportive sports bras and flattering, compressive leggings, while recurring complaints cite sizing irregularities, waistband discomfort, fabric pilling/tearing, and notably poor customer service and refund/returns experiences—useful cautions for buyers deciding which collections and sizes to try.

  • High quality + cute outfits= Gymshark. Nothing better than I perfect outfit as pre workout, go get some pieces!!!

  • This may be due to my personal style preferences but I didn't love the gym shark set I was gifted (from family). When I work out I prefer material that is more buttery (like the lululemon align leggings) so that I can wear it casually or for less intense workouts as well without it feeling overwhelming. The gym shark material was very thick so it did feel very durable but not very comfortable--or flattering on my body--in my opinion.

  • I have owned various Gymshark products, but my standout product is their Energy Seamless Legging (https://www.gymshark.com/products/gymshark-energy-seamless-leggings-black-aw21). I have owned it for over 4 years now, and they still wear well!

  • Everything I have purchased from Gymshark has been top quality. The material for the pants is some of the highest impact I have ever tried on. I find the sizing to be true to size and had no problem with returns when I needed.

  • I frequently wear Gymshark apparel during my daily workouts. They are very comfortable and high quality.

  • I ordered a cropped sweatshirt and sweatpants - and ended up returning them because the sizing was a bit off and the material was thin. However, I recently order one of their duffel bags and I love it. Exactly what was pictured and the color is really fun. I've gotten some of their clothing secondhand (or hand-me-downs from friends) and have really liked the quality and sizing.

  • Mixed bag. I've bought directly from the brand twice - once when it was first taking over the athletic space on IG, and then again over the pandemic when I wanted some comfy leggings at not-Lululemon prices. I still have both pieces today, but they're showing their age. I thrift occasionally, where I've been lucky enough to find some older GS pieces too - a cropped sweatshirt and some kind of running pants/leggings. The sizing on the leggings I bought years ago and these thrifted ones is strange - I'm usually an 8 or so in women's leggings, but the old GS Larges fit just like the thrifted Mediums. The sweatshirt might be a men's item that someone cut, so I won't comment on that. I don't go out of my way for this brand, but if a good enough deal pops up I would go for it.

  • I have always found that this brand's sizing is way off. The pieces of clothing are uncomfortable and never have had luck with this brand.

  • This is a tough one for me to review because I love the look of this brand so much. Gymshark is a super cool brand that I wish was one size fits all, but it just isn’t. Since we are all different shapes and sizes, it’s hard to generalize how this may or may not work for everyone, but I found myself forcing my body into workout clothes that simply didn’t suit my body type. I’m glad I tried it, but I feel like, this is a high priced outfit intended to squeeze your body into. If that works for you, power to you! But it just wasn’t for me, and I hate that I was so sad about it.

  • The only clothes I wear when I go to the gym! They don't shave any imperfections, you juste feel so comfortable in these. Only perk is that it's quite expensive, but it's worth the money !

  • I have purchased Gymshark leggings for a while, while the price is a bit more than I'd like to pay, they're definitely worth the quality for me (I have 2 pairs of the the Energy leggings that I've had for about 3 years that are still going strong). Definitely take advantage of the annual sales. Shipping is very fast, even coming from the UK. Definitely recommend.

  • I love wearing the leggings! The only reason for four stars is that the sizing isn’t 100% accurate. A lot of times I need to go up one size from my regular for it to fit properly! I do love the ombre styles though.

  • I wear my gymshark workout sets, but they are not my favorite. Their sweatshirts, however, are so comfortable and I wear them almost every day.

  • Love everything about this product! Great fit, true to size, great durability.

  • Very comfortable and good quality products. Too expensive however!

  • Finally an affordable activewear brand that really is train-proof. Their Vital line is the most flattering (smooths cellulite) and functional (not see-through) workout gear I own. I love the leggings and shorts. I bought these leggings and noticed that they were much less flattering/semi see through. If you're worried about your leggings being see-through when you squat/bend, I'd avoid these or those with similar fabric make-up: https://www.gymshark.com/products/gymshark-training-7-8-leggings-alpine-green-ss22

As they ship from Europe, they can take a little while to get to the US. I've had once instance when my clothes got lost during shipping, but they quickly resolved the issue & expedited me replacements.

  • I only have a pair of the leggings, they are rather tight and the legs are very long. Thick material is better for yoga or lifting but not for cario.

The legs are too long for me, I have to cuff them. (I am 5 ft 7 inches)
