Gymshark

I love the look of their products but have never really had luck with their sizing and fit. I've purchased multiple items but just don't love how they look nor the feel of the material.

Jim shark is probably the absolutely most durable brand of athletic where I have ever owned. Not only is it in style and cute but the fact that it is super durable, makes me happy 😃 definitely worth the price.

I love Gymshark's clothing I own a variety of leggings, sports bras, shirts, zip-ups, and shorts from them. The clothes are high quality and I feel good wearing them in the gym and in everyday life.

I have always found that this brand's sizing is way off. The pieces of clothing are uncomfortable and never have had luck with this brand.

Mixed bag. I've bought directly from the brand twice - once when it was first taking over the athletic space on IG, and then again over the pandemic when I wanted some comfy leggings at not-Lululemon prices. I still have both pieces today, but they're showing their age. I thrift occasionally, where I've been lucky enough to find some older GS pieces too - a cropped sweatshirt and some kind of running pants/leggings. The sizing on the leggings I bought years ago and these thrifted ones is strange - I'm usually an 8 or so in women's leggings, but the old GS Larges fit just like the thrifted Mediums. The sweatshirt might be a men's item that someone cut, so I won't comment on that. I don't go out of my way for this brand, but if a good enough deal pops up I would go for it.

I wear my gymshark workout sets, but they are not my favorite. Their sweatshirts, however, are so comfortable and I wear them almost every day.

I love wearing the leggings! The only reason for four stars is that the sizing isn’t 100% accurate. A lot of times I need to go up one size from my regular for it to fit properly! I do love the ombre styles though.

As a short girly, I always get the size S or XS and it fit me so well! The leggings can be a bit long but I find it cute for when I am doing pilates or yoga. The tops with the little hole for the thumb fit perfect but the tops can be a bit long. But again, looks cute!

I love the company and the clothing but I am frustrated when I received my bottle that came snapped (in the package) and didn't have the metal cap like it did in the photos. I tried returning the bottle but it doesn’t work because I got the bottle from $20 down to $18. I emailed Gymshark 6 weeks ago and still have no response.

When the 60% discount offer was on, I bought some pieces of clothing, I entered my address correctly and it turns out that my package was returned because it did not have the apartment number on the package, I contacted customer service, they said they were sorry. bad customer service! I bought a gift voucher for €50, but the voucher appears to have already been used. gymshark takes no action to find out how this is possible

Adapt Safari Seamless leggings Review: • purchased: March 10th • price: $80 • size: medium pretty pricy for a pair of leggings isn’t it? well in the beginning it was worth the price because they where really comfortable and well fitted when I’ve tried them on. but unfortunately it’s not worth it… a couple wears and sadly my leggings ripped on the bum area… disappointed…

The material and the colors are nice, but if you need to buy online... then, you better know your size. I got the small one and it looks like someone with a bigger body than small wore it. Now, I am trying to return it, but their website does not work well. I mean, it seems like they do not care about the consumers, because they do not reply me. Seriously, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND! They should put more workforce to deal with people, because their website only works for selling stuff.

I made a large order for my daughter's birthday present. The order was lost or stolen, still not sure what happened. I contacted Gym Shark customer service and the shipped the order again at no additional cost, making for a happy birthday for my daughter. A company's customer service says a lot about who they are and Gym Sharks is top tier. The products are also high quality, I hate cheap made clothing. Thank you again Gym Shark.

Customer service lacks. Their timeliness on answering in chat takes well over 30 minutes each time for a response. Along with what you say is not interrupted correctly. I have made an order twice now for the same issue of receiving the wrong size fit. On my second order I even emailed customer care (shown in the photo) for a confirmation to confirm the order I placed was the correct fit and item. I received the wrong fit yet again and was told to just return the items for the second time and place a new order. Making me waste my time of packing the items up again, drive to the nearest UPS, have another expected refund pending on my credit card and go all the way back to square one. super disappointed and👎 for taking no accountability regarding the situation. Update: after 3 more days of continuously emailing back-and-forth I received a 20% coupon on the day their up to 60% off sale ended.

Love the range of colour and sets you can’t get!! Sometimes the leggings give you itchy bum scratch when you’re really sweaty but I’d never wear any other brand to workout🫶🏽

Leggings are very flattering and sculpting! They are also comfortable enough to wear lounging on the couch without wanting to rip off immediately. However as a smaller chested woman I wasn’t a fan of the few sport bras I have gotten from the brand. They were more high impact with cups and padding. It wasn’t suited for me but may be better for someone looking for that type of support.
