My experience with this awful company has been a nightmare. I returned my sons Christmas gift for an exchange of a larger size. Today has been 16 days with multiple emails and they wont give me any tracking information, tell me when where my order is, or refund me. I keep getting the same email "we're looking into this". Doing my research I have noticed a pattern of them scamming people out of their money, not sending items, but keeping the money. I will never purchase another thing from them again.

I ordered 3 items (2 bottoms 1 top) from Gymshark as Christmas presents - all three were in the sale. bottoms were too small so I requested an exchange. 5 days later they issued me a refund - I went online to check the items were out of stock - they weren't. They just decided to issue a refund as they didn't want to exchange at the sale price because the sale was over and the items were back at full price. If you order from these people in the sale, make sure you know its going to fit. I'm now let with a top without the matching bottoms because they want me to pay £90 instead of the £28 I got them for!

Gymshark is one of my favorite brands. I love all their accessories and clothes. I’m always shopping at their website. I have these water bottles and they are inseparable for me. It truly makes me drink enough water throughout my day. It’s perfect to achieve your water goals and cool design.

I've tried a few different products from Gymshark and have had a great experience overall. My workout shirts have lasted me a few years at this point as well as my sports bras and workout pants. The only thing that is hit or miss is the sizing. I've always found that the sizing on pants can be a bit tight

I have had mixed experiences with Gymshark. My most recent purchase was a 10/10 — the women's everyday seamless long sleeve is really lightweight, feels soft on my skin, and has held up really well to multiple washes. I also have a short torso and it hits at the right spot. The leggings I've had poorer experiences with, where quality was really poor and I was really disappointed.

Ok this brand is one of my favorite for sport brands … love the quality, texture, the whole desings .. love to do combination with all of them… highly recommended quality/price so try them and let me know

Gymsharks AI customer service is a NIGHTMARE My parcel was intercepted within the delivery process. The parcel was successfully delivered to us by Gymsharks courier, Evri. However the parcel only contained one of the several items ordered and all the original packaging. ( see attached image) Gymshark accepted this and Redispatched our order. Unfortunately exactly the same thing happened again. I had asked Gymshark to use plain packaging or a different courier. They told me they could not customise orders and would it send it out in exactly the same manner. Unfortunately, exactly the same thing happened a second time. For reasons only known to Gymshark they refuse to believe me on the second occasion. Using their AI bot to reply to my repeated messages in a pedantic tone stating that; they apologised for the inconvenience caused but we’re not prepared to take any further action. I concede that this is not a direct wrong doing by Gymshark. However as they instructed the courier they are legally responsible for the package until it is safely delivered to the recipient. In my case this never happened. Gymshark claimed to have investigated this with the career company Evri, but as there was no report of damage in their system and the parcel was delivered they accepted no responsibility. It took a significant number of emails from myself to reach this point. And having deal with their AI bot response that didn’t appear to have any knowledge of any previous communication. I found the entire situation completely frustrating not least as I am out of pocket of £100. I would strongly advise people to consider carefully before placing orders with this company as their products seem to be targeted by thieves in the delivery chain and Gymshark as a company accepted no responsibility For the recurrence of the issue. I’m sure if you’re lucky enough to get hold of that garments, they are probably worth the money. Unfortunately i’m unable to comment as although I paid for a significant Gymshark order I have not received it. I won’t be using Gymshark in the future

I have a few pieces from Gym Shark, and they've lasted really well over the last ~8 years. The material is great quality. The only item I didn't like was a sports bra that had padding. The padding makes the bra itself look weird after each time I wash it.

Love the range of colour and sets you can’t get!! Sometimes the leggings give you itchy bum scratch when you’re really sweaty but I’d never wear any other brand to workout🫶🏽

Leggings are very flattering and sculpting! They are also comfortable enough to wear lounging on the couch without wanting to rip off immediately. However as a smaller chested woman I wasn’t a fan of the few sport bras I have gotten from the brand. They were more high impact with cups and padding. It wasn’t suited for me but may be better for someone looking for that type of support.

I absolutely love my gymshark x Whitney Simmons clothing. It makes me feel so confident and as a mid sized curvy girl, I find that a lot of fitness apparel doesn’t fit me comfortably. I have items from the last three Whitney collections and I love them so much I wear them in and out of the gym. I recently got the athletic dress and wore it out on a date night with my husband and felt absolutely stunning.

The brand has the perfect wear for every type of workout! I was really surprised to see that they had payed attention to every little detail. Soft, high quality, true to size and can be purchased in a lot of colours! Perfection!

I have mixed feelings on Gymshark. I really enjoyed their older design of leggings but their new design isn’t ideal as they have now created a really thick, tight waist band which doesn’t conform to your figure. As a result, the waistband is uncomfortable and can look unflattering. In the newer version they also use a thicker less stretchy fabric for the base and I’m not a fan of it either as it isn’t super comfortable. I wish they would go back to the old material and design.

I have ordered for many years from Gymshark but this year the quality of the leggings was disappointing. The are so see through that they cannot be worn. Given the high prices you expect the quality to be higher but when I complained they basically said "sorry there's nothing we can do to help" So disappointed because you expect this from cheap companies, not from these supposingly good brands.

Customer service lacks. Their timeliness on answering in chat takes well over 30 minutes each time for a response. Along with what you say is not interrupted correctly. I have made an order twice now for the same issue of receiving the wrong size fit. On my second order I even emailed customer care (shown in the photo) for a confirmation to confirm the order I placed was the correct fit and item. I received the wrong fit yet again and was told to just return the items for the second time and place a new order. Making me waste my time of packing the items up again, drive to the nearest UPS, have another expected refund pending on my credit card and go all the way back to square one. super disappointed and👎 for taking no accountability regarding the situation. Update: after 3 more days of continuously emailing back-and-forth I received a 20% coupon on the day their up to 60% off sale ended.

It's so disappointing and the worst purchasing for me. I do so many online shopping and I never seen this kind of service which charged return fees and even refund not correct amount. I bought first time from Singapore and the size is not correct. So, I return the items IMMEDIATELY! But the refund fees is NOT free and charged by customers and I had paid 21 sgd! Then I PAID but after the return process is done. So disappointed AGAIN for NOT receiving correct refund value! I ordered and paid 169.69 sgd but I got refund 156.99 sgd. They replied it's 12.7 Sgd deducted for USING discount code! They got 33.7 sgd from me for buying nothing! like SCAM!

SO SO SO CUTE THE WORKOUT SETS ARE PERFECT. They make you look and feel so good. You are your best self I love them.

Leggings are made with thick materials and are squat proof! Also, I bought a gym bra and I love it good material

I’m obsessed with their clothes. My workout clothes are almost all Gymshark. 😁
