It's decent, in my opinion. I've given it a shot before, and honestly, I wish there were covers on both sides of the suitcase. Plus, it doesn't always roll smoothly. On the bright side, they offer some pretty cool colors. Overall, it's not too shabby.

I received an away gift card for my birthday and purchased The Carry-On Flex in blue! If you are looking for the perfect carry-on GO FOR AWAY! the unboxing is very very cool, a little sponge is provided to clean the outside of the suitcase! The only inconvenient about the FLEX size is when you travel in a small airplane (small travels from Paris to Italy for example) it doesn't fit in the cabin but that was OK! I could fit 3 weeks of summer clothes on it kind of impressive. We gifted the exact same one to one of our friend for his birthday the suitcase arrived on time with our friend initials printed on it ! Was the perfect gift

I bought my Away bag the Weekender a few years ago and still use it today. It's a great bag for travel (I also like that I was able to get my initials engraved).

A cool brand to own and I bought one as a present for my husband. It's durable. For 25% of the price I have a xiaomi suitcase for myself and it works just as well. Not as stylish, but I think for these types of branded suitcases maybe just get a small one for the flex.

I got my first Away suitcase when they launched and the battery pack was the real selling point and I loved it, then as the laws changed and you had to remove it from the suitcase it became kind of annoying and I ended up just getting on without the battery pack in it. It is a really nice suitcase (I like the design and got a color-blocked edition one) and always feels solid and exactly what it should be.

love this suitcases they have the best quality, the carry on is my favorite. It is my must to travel specially long trips. I would like to try their bags too.

I've been using these suitcases for awhile now and I absolutely love them. My favorite bit has to be the locking feature-- it's super simple but adds such a good layer of security while I travel! The inner compartments are spacious and feature flexible dividers/pockets that keep your things in place without limiting capacity. The hard shell is sturdy and can easily withstand being bashed around on baggage claim. Very highly recommend!

Cool product. I want to like it more I really do. One of the first to market with a battery charger, customer service is great, idk maybe it’s the design that doesn’t make me love it.

I suppose it's basic, but I do really like my Away. I want to upgrade to a Rimowa, but the added weight of the aluminum makes it hard to justify--my away is so light! My handle broke recently and they repaired it for free.

Love my away suitcases! They definitely fit more and have held up really well. Also love that I can really stuff them and put stress on the zipper and it seems to hold up strong

I have 3 bags, small carry-on, medium and large & I love them. I also love that they all fit into each other for easy storage. I love the compartments and the charger is super helpful.

moves very smoothly, hard shell feels nice, but it gets scratched up easily. when empty, the suitcase has a decent amount of weight. love the hidden laundry bag. great lock system too. has everything you need for a suitcase.

I love my Aways! I have a full aluminum set and have given carry ons as gifts. Especially useful if you live near an Away store and can easily take advantage of free repairs and replacements.

Expensive, but worth it. I bought the larger carryon and I love the fact that it expands and rolls on four wheels.

Love my pink suitcase and have used it religiously for the past several trips!

The carry-on is functionally great and the battery is handy. I have an older one, and it has a tendency to pop out after a few years of light use.
