Typology Reviews
Experience
Nice brand for gifting to someone who is fairly new to skincare as the products and simples and straight forward. I personally love the Glow Drops 5% Vitamin C + Aloe Vera which I use everyday.
Experience
I couldn’t tell you about the product itself because I never received my order. Their customer service is not helpful at all. They never gave me a resolution, I kept getting a response from a different representative, I was so frustrated at one point I got a little rude. The tracking number only says it made it to New York. Why sell to the U.S if it’s too much of a problem? I sent 2 more emails today. Let’s see if I get a response. I have a few more options to try. I am not trying to take a loss, especially when it isn’t my fault. All I did is place an order now I have all this drama and frustration. Not worth it.

Don’t buy from the website. As far as I can tell, there are no stores in the U.S. I wouldn’t even consider doing business with them unless they have a representative in the US or a phone number in the US. At least a live representative.
Experience
I tried the hyaluronic acid, the vitamin c serum and the niacinamide and I loved all of them. They are high quality and even with my very sensitive skin I didn't have any problems.

Experience
I love the products I have tried so far and they have l been reasonably priced. The packaging aesthetic is modern and sleek.
Feedback
Talking of packaging - I use the tinted serum and the dropper is awful. The product is too thick and it’s a nightmare to get out. Ends up being a messy affair. I wish the packaging for this product specifically was more efficient.
Experience
Currently one of my favorite company’s for skincare. Their Hydrolats are amazing as well as any of their night products specifically. I have used everything from body scrubs, masks, oils, serums, and cleansers and have yet to be disappointed. 100% recommend! Plus the ingredients are great (I worked in the industry for 2 years so I would know) and the packaging is nice and simple!
Experience
Ordered the tinted face serum and a few other products. Other products were so-so, but I can live with them (not my favorite, not wonderful, but probably not worth returning), The face serum was very orangey on me. I contacted the company to ask for an exchange or refund. They indicated that since they are in France they can't exchange a product, and they are not willing to offer a refund. I will not order from them again based on terrible customer care.
Feedback
If you are outside France, order with caution. They don't care if you are not satisfied; they are happy to take your money and that's it. The company needs to figure out US distribution if they are going to try to do business here.
Experience
Great clean brand. They have amazing products that are great for my sensitive skin and hyperpigmentation. I’ve used them for a few years now and I can say their products are of great quality. Customer service is impressive and very empathetic. Their shipping is EXTREMELY fast to be international and they are packaged with security. With their endless variety of products and continuous growth I know they’ll be around forever.

First, the packaging is lovely. I love that it has a more vintage feel, and the products are solid. I do think they are a bit pricey for what the products actually are, but that being said, the Vitamin C oil has become a staple in my everyday routine. I've also tried the hand cream and it's...fine, but nothing particularly special!

nothing really! It's a great brand with high quality products :)

Experience
I definitely was swayed into purchasing because of their prolific instagram following. Sadly, the product definitely looks of higher quality online rather than in person as the bottles showed up with labels uncentered. I ordered 3 products, a rosehip oil scrub, an eye serum, and a make-up remover. All of them were good enough for the price but I don't think I am rushing to reorder any of them. The rosehip oil scrub really didn't have enough scrubby pieces to be considered exfoliating and the few pieces in there were overly abrasive. The make-up remover was pretty standard - but I actually ended up using it as a pre-bedtime moisturizer for my hands in the winter. Didn't notice anything with the eye serum. I do appreciate the transparency on the website when it comes to ingredients and reviews. Its great if you have very sensitive skin and want to avoid synthetic ingredients.

Better labels.

Experience
On mostly every product, I can immediately see the difference before and after using. They are natural, easy to use and don't have any smell. Also, the after sales service is very fast and efficient.
Feedback
The containers are a bit small and if you have several products it is difficult to differentiate them because the packaging is the same.
