Is Typology good? Reviews indicate mixed opinions on Typology. While some users appreciate the brand's vegan and cruelty-free products, as well as its pleasing aesthetic and effective tinted serums, others find issues with customer service and product effectiveness. The brand's focus on clean ingredients and fair pricing are highlighted as strengths, but the inconsistent product quality and lack of responsiveness to customer complaints are notable weaknesses. This information is crucial for potential buyers when considering Typology's products.

  • A very minimal and clean formula that dissolves sunscreen and light makeup easily without irritating the skin. 🌿 It’s fragrance-free and gentle, perfect for sensitive skin. But if you wear heavy or waterproof makeup, it might need a second cleanse to fully remove everything. 🧼

  • I like the idea of the products but honestly don't see much difference after using them. I currently have their plumping serum and their skin tint. They are okay. I also have their 10 cream but have not opened it yet.

  • Good products that are clean and cruelty free. I first got into them because they disclose whether the products are pregnancy safe (a lot of them are). I used their test and they recommended a few products that ended up being my core skin care routine. Would recommend.

  • Extremely dodgy company, which I discovered is Chinese owned, hence the HORRIFIC customer service. I specifically ordered almost double the amount more for free shipping, carefully selected Free Shipping, then selected Apple Pay. I have this all with screenshot evidence. Their system then charged me shipping when processing my credit card, WITHOUT MY CONSENT, without notification. I emailed within 5 mins to alert them of their Checkout glitch, but they quickly marked my order as confirmed and then refused to rectify their mistake. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE.

What is Typology?

Typology creates vegan and cruelty-free skincare products to create transparent products.

In their own words

Typology was born from a mission: to demystify skincare with simple, straight-talking transparency. We make naturally active, effective and sustainable skincare in France. Our philosophy is not to add anything to our products to make them stand out; instead we pare them back and distil each formula down to the most-essential, natural active ingredients.
